@_MukeshAmbani @JioCare @reliancejio Really having a tough time with jio fiber been more than 3 days no one came even after raising two service request pathetic service .And the worst part is that they don't even provide good service in cities and they plan going to villages. WHAT A SHAME!!!!!

@reliancejio Sir, I have tried repeatedly to speak to customer care executive by dialing 198 but I could not able to speak. Hence I request the concerned to take promt action to ensure to make customer care executive always available.

Multiple assurances from @JioCare and many reschedules later, no one has still visited the premises for #JioFiber relocation after about 13 days of requesting. One guy even told that it takes minimum of 15 days. This is the pathetic state of service @reliancejio

@JioCare Keep the engineer with you he might come in handy to fix internal issues you guys don't have the skill to manage customer problems. A simple problem you are struggling to fix for 10 days. Shame.
