I paid Rs.2500 for Jio Fiber @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio Free Trial Version and canceled it on 23rd Aug. The customer support said that the Engineer will visit on 30th Aug, which is the buffer time but there was no engineer visit to collect the device. I again called the CS

@JioCare However i didn't receive a single call from the engineer nor Jio Team. I literally had to follow up 5 times and customer support agents are good in disconnecting call when they don't know how to respond. Please cancel my connection and do the refund 🙏
