For last 5 days no jio network at my place and when I called jio @reliancejio customer care from another number they are asking me to check my phone setting. I said it's not only with my number and entire area having the issue. He hold my phone for 30 min to transfer to sernior.

@JioCare - pathetic customer care..my internet is not working and I am getting 24 hours deadlines for the last 3 days.. the engineer has not even visited the flat and put reasons as society permission is needed. On asking the society-no request was asked.
