The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

My question is: if my next-door neighbor already has an active JioFiber connection, how is my house suddenly "not feasible"? Service team denied to change fiber due to 80meter limit. as your service manager suggested to contact customer care for refund. I can't keep lossing my business.
