    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    @JioCare I was on a chat to your executive via your support app and had complaint about network issues. To my surprise I was informed this "We are working on the optimization of our network at your location." There is no ETA when will that get fixed. Do I need to wait endless?

    @MukeshAmbani06 @reliancejio What a service provide by jio.. 8days has gone but no body resolved the issue.. whole area at my colony dehradun net connectivity are fail from 8days due to fibre cable cut .. every day customer care replied wait for a movement ho jayega . Kab hoga
