    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    @JioCare But Sir We get recommendations many times or u can say everytime . These are nowdays like a punchline of customer care services . No there are many users including me who are going to Port the Jio sim ..... Otherwise resolve the issue within 3 days.

    @reliancejio If you want poor service with lame excuses opt for jiofiber. It's been over a week and they still haven't restored my connection. There are much better alternatives right now

    @reliancejio @JioCare In my area pin 232101 Internet speed is too slow if you not able to give good service then why you provide services . Shut your shop it's really very bad @TRAI please see in this matter they charge full month but service is too bad

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioGigaFibre It's been 6 days since I have complained about the jio fibre internet issue. Everyday I hear the same thing from customer care that it will get resolved today on priority but no progress. Really disappointing service.

    @JioCare Keeps the customer guessing on its fiber service restoration. They don't even have courtesy to update the customer on ETA even after 24hrs. I am not expecting 100% uptime. They are also like ACT fiber.
