@DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

@JioCare @reliancejio I did disconnect my jio fiber 16.06.22 but still we have not received refund money and he didn’t pick modem. Several times I did call to customer care for collect modem and refund money, he saying my engineer will come within the 24 or 48 hr for collect
