    @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what a pathetic customer service you are providing. I am a post paid user where my plan is Rs.499 but you guys made my hill more than Rs. 2000. Also have raised complaint on the Airtel app but no solution since 2 days. Will switch to @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio My connection was disconnected on 6 Feb Still no update on refund and no engineer came for ONT device pick bcuz of these kind services Jio is loosing the customers. Ur engnr will say don’t raise complaint please call on my mobile & then no one will answer

    Truly irresponsible @reliancejio team, as I have complained to them about slow network issue about more than 4 times.. They are saying it will solve in 2-3 days, but didn't solved yet for more than 3 months,, . @TRAI please look into this.. 🙏

    @JioCare I'm an Employee, I have purchased Data AddOn plan of 30days 30 GB, but I'm unable to use it properly. Whole day got wasted just bcoz of Internet slowdown issue. When can we expect that the issue will be resolved ??

    @reliancejio @airtelindia SR00001I24G2 technician has not visited to my home but marked as door closed. I am very much available at home and in Mumbai city you cant send resolve the issue for 2 days and cheating people by marking as door closed.
