@DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

@reliancejio Is deleting tweet make your service the best or the resolve the customer issue is making the best I have recharged ₹2599 in Jan 2021 but my disney hotstar has expired in five months. I have complained since 05/07/2021 but still my problem has not resolved.

I have been trying to contact jio Fiber team since last week to uninstall my Fiber device. But there is nobody responding me. I never expected this type of service from brand like Reliance JIO.After all this, I’ll have to think twice before dealing with reliance jio #reliancejio
