@DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

@JioCare Double checked the call records again & it was filed for the correct mobile number & no dual SIM issue. Call record was shared with 1909 after filing complaint. So if Jio rejected this as call record not found it is incorrect resolution & needs to checked again. Resolve. #dndtrai

I even contact the customer care, they just say me give me some time. When I ask them what’s the progress, they say we don’t have any update yet. It simply shows they are not doing anything. No one really cares in @JioCare @reliancejio.
