@JioCare I was using jiofibre without any problem for 45-50 days, now suddenly the wire broke, jio Engineers came with a new wire but they broke the new wire at the time of installation, then they used some connectors and now my router is not getting enough signal. Help please.

@JioCare I hv sendin DMs 4 last 3 mnth nw abt hw ur speed is low tht I couldn't even open ur jio websites and Apps to file a complaint ? For last 3 months no resolve on Net speed & thank god 4 @airtelindia they did resolved their speed issue & I cn post tis.

@reliancejio respected sir, l live in subhash chok, ratanara, jodhpur, rajasthan. From last 5 days yours network connectivity is very poor. I have to go outside to access net. It's your 5G planing or yours enemy tricks. Please solve network connectivity issue. Thnks. 7976122309.
