@reliancejio have a look to the Marwal kakapora tower.we have a serious internet speed problem here. Sometimes we can't even load a page.Its disgusting to see this problem in this fast world.Hope you will resolve this issue.

Before two days I have applied online for new jio sim but I have not received a call from @JioCare. I think network is fast but customer care of @JioCare is very slow.

@JioCare @reliancejio I am using your sim Jio and I am facing too much slow speed i.e. 880 B/s , 1.3 Kb/s from 2 days. The maximum speed reaches is 4 Kb/s. Please resolve this problem or I will port my Jio number to Airtel or VI within 4 hours because I have to online tasks.

@JioCare went to 6262 narayanaguda store. saifuddin tells me systems are not working, and even if it is working, no one is there to do e sim change. What do i do?
