    @JioCare I am attaching you the location of the place where every jio customer is facing some network problems , neither we can call someone nor we receive calls from other person. Kindly look into the matter ASAP

    It was a mistake to buy Jio Sims.There is no coverage,no internet speed,no proper connection being in the vicinity of your tower installed.We face big problems @JioCare @reliancejio plz take action Location:Village:Zagigam,Pulwama,J&K Coordinates: 33.51°N 74.50°E Near Tower:Rahmu

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Third class service provided by JioAirFiber 1. 3 weeks set top box down, till date no resolution 2. It's been 3 months I'm asking for invoice made for the payment but JioAirFiber is not able to provide. Is this any scam scheme run by JioAirFiber????

    @JioCare What is my fault in it, why jio can revoke this, I have already communicated through email to jio care within 20 min of recharge with all screenshots of my transaction. So, why would customer bear this.

    @reliancejio i hv not get the refund pf order no LR00001CPG1N..amount Rs1200.. ur customer care every time giving 7 working days time. Very bad services.. no connection no refund..

    @JioCare #JioFiber you've wrongly presented my bill of ₹424.2 as ₹1231.24 which included OTT platforms which I never opted for. I request you to do the needful. My service is suspnded affcting my works. I'd earlier writtn as email adresing my concerns but there was no action.
