    @JioCare It been almost 2 month now. I have registered for jio fiber as the jio fiber box is installed on the electricity poles 2 month ago. But still the box is not activated. I have register for jio fiber but later i cancel because the service engineer said it will take 1 month

    @JioCare Unfortunately, I recently ported from Airtel Postpaid to Airtel prepaid. Issues started since that. Will have to wait for two more months now. Will switch to Jio asap. Thank you. @Airtel_Presence learn customer service from @JioCare
