    @reliancejio have a look to the Marwal kakapora tower.we have a serious internet speed problem here. Sometimes we can't even load a page.Its disgusting to see this problem in this fast world.Hope you will resolve this issue.

    Very poor experience with JioFiber service. I raised a relocation request 17 April, but no one contacted me for installation. After repeated follow-ups, a service request (SR000034H5OV) was created.This SR has now been CLOSED without any resolution or installation @reliancejio

    I should shift to @reliancejio only. Because your airtel service is so bad, you took advance and booked me dth instead of connecting tv with smart box with help of my wifi. You are not even helping with you support no. . Neither giving proper reply @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, cancelling my order without resolving the issue is not a solution. My relocation request (SR000033UJZ1) is still pending, with no engineer visit or progress. Please explain why it was cancelled without my consent and arrange immediate relocation or full refund.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Not acceptable! Outage drags on with no clarity. Confirm the ETA and raise a partial refund, your ground team’s negligence is why our area keeps suffering. Customers deserve accountability, not silence.
