Going through worst customer service experience ever among all internet service providers. @jiocare Have let me go through an ordeal of harrowing experience after placing a request for relocation since 26th June. Will suggest at least 100 people whom I know about this experience and will ask them to never subscribe to JioFiber at their home. @Jiofiber treats it's customer in most pathetic manner. Most annoying of it is they don't give a damn about this even after realising this.

Your backend team closes the complain even without addressing it, engineer doesn't visits the house to be see what exactly is the issue.
