    @JioCare The installation was supposed to happen on 31st but everyday it is being postponed and now the customer care is saying TAT is 7-14 days which is laughable as it's already 8 days now. Pathetic Pathetic condition.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio fiber wifi is down from 6 pm of June 6 and will be revived on June 7 only. DISGUSTING. This type of service in posh south Kolkata. INTERNET BLACK OUT for so long. WFH totally shutdown. SHAME on JIO. my number 03355059*1

    @reliancejio @JioCare it has been 4 days since I have lodged complaint still no one has visited my apartment to fix the wifi speed pathetic service pathetic staff!! Plss give me my refund I will file consumer court complaint now!!

    @JioCare It's been 17 days since I booked Jio AirFiber, and the installation is still pending. Despite multiple follow ups, there has been no proper update. Very disappointed with the service. Please escalate this issue and provide an immediate resolution....

    @reliancejio @JioCare Facing very poor network and extremely slow internet speed for the last 4 days in Indaipur Market, Ambedkar Nagar,UP(PIN:224129). Internet is barely usable and calls are also getting affected. Please resolve this issue urgently and improve network coverage.

    With respect to the conversation with @jiocare I have shared all the credentials including Location of the store which was demanding Rs 350 for activation. My number got inactive and as far I know Jio Doesn't charge for activation but customer has to only recharge amount

    @JioCare I dont want to waste money on some pathetic service provider who doesn't care abt their customers. Atleast local service providers are better as they restored the services within a day @JioCare @reliancejio just care abt money from people I am registering a case in consumer forum
