    I don’t know how Jio is taking care of it’s customers just got hung up while on call complaining about my issue and not sure why customer support agents would do something like this. @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice I guess I did a mistake by switching my broadband services.

    @JioCare Hi team, I used Jiofiber trial plan and cancelled at the end of the month but didn't receive the refund. Can you please help with the correct contact number to check this.

    @JioCare If you can get it rectified on 14th April you may pause the cancellation request. Trying wont help. Please guarantee that it would be rectified on 14th April.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Need urgent assistance for Jio Fiber uninstallation. It’s been almost a month & every time i am contacting customer care a new ticket & new rescheduled date is created!!! Is this how customer support is handled now for uninstallation!!!
