    @JioCare No one has solved my problem till now. @JioCare shame on you. My Jio AirFiber internet has been down for the last 3 days. I keep receiving the same resolution messages, but the issue is still not fixed. No one is helping or providing any solution. Fix this ASAP. 🚨

    I have done Rs. 2399 recharge in Jio years back despite of 2 GB per day data in it Jio is not giving unlimited data in this recharge nor giving any upgrade plan. I have 2 more recharges of 2399 in my number. Please give me a resolution @reliancejio @JioCare @JioHotstar

    @reliancejio is such a disappointment. It takes them 3 days to send an engineer and on the 3rd day engineer doesn’t show up and there’s no communication from @JioCare. They force you to download the app to track service request, which doesn’t show up on the app. ******* useless

    @JioCare @reliancejio It’s been more than a month since you guys gave me confirmation that my connection will be closed. Still not closed. I will not pay any bills for that. Worst service. You guys don’t even listen to your consumers.

    My number has been cancelled and the amount has not been refunded @JioCare @AkashMAmbani it's been more than 2 weeks and customer care is not been able to resolve. Twice my amount has been deducted

    Pathetic service by @JioCare. Total scam IMO. Trying to reach them when is a nightmare. Waiting time is unlimited.
