    @reliancejio @JioCare It's with utter disappointed with the indifferent service that I'm moving to another competitor for broadband services. 4 days of chasing for a new connection since we've shifted. Forget responding, the local rep doesnt even pick the phone.

    @TRAI , Trying to change my Jio plan, reached out to @JioCare for resolution, conversed with JioCare agents, Vidhi, Anjum, Tanmay, Ojas, Shridhar, Aditya, Jayalaxmi, Amey, Sameer, Minal, Jigar, Shanker but not action even after 1 month please penalize @JioCare

    @JioCare Your sales representative has visited my address 03 times before applying for connection and committed 24 hrs installation time.He collected documents and even captures my live photo at the same address. Plz come up with workable solution rather than being rhetoric on complaints.

    @JioCare Hi team, I was a Jio prepaid customer and am currently out of India and need a replacement sim to be delivered at my registered address in India. I stopped using the services 1.5 yrs ago and need to re-activate. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    @JioCare I have ported into your postpaid from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . But it seems your network in my office area is very poor almost all of the time. Please rectify or it will take hardly 15 days to port back to #Airtel
