    @JioCare what kind of service are you giving..i have requested relocation request on 29 Aug and selected devices suspension request date 30 amd new installation date also 30 Aug but still no one came to pick up as well as installation. I m really fedup calling jio customer care

    @reliancejio Are rural customers less important to Jio? We need proper internet speed and reliable connectivity—not empty promises. Please stop ignoring the network problems in our village and fix the issue immediately. We pay the same. We deserve the same quality of service. FIX IT NOW!

Your support keeps repeating “refund within 7 days”without any actual update. Please process my refund immediately and share the refund reference number.#CustomerService

    @JioCare For two whole weeks, I’ve wasted my time talking to useless support loops while no service engineer or technician even bothers to visit. Stop testing my patience and fix this connection right now, or cancel it permanently!

    @JioCare We register a complain, smone comes, tells my parents we should install a new connection and close this one, why? Coz he would get some commission out of it, right? Else he would ask for an OTP to close the same, saying that its some central issue! This is ethics? @reliancejio

    @JioCare Bhai jab do din pehle recharge kar liya to last pack khatam hone take reminder kyu dete ho? customer extra payment kar dega kya? totally unnecessary sms notifications, whatsapp and email reminders when I have already recharged.
