    @JioCare Iavoided for new connection, so they kept my wo pending purposely...... Whatever complaint i raise they reslove by themslef without visiting and without my knowledge. I want my issue to be resloved.

    @JioCare Hi, I'm facing internet connectivity issues, I have 4G data pack but my internet max speed is almost 80KBPS only but that too not constant. Even I can't send WhatsApp text also it takes longer time to send coz of network issues Error: Network congested Location: 601204

    @JioCare I am getting daily call from customer care and they are saying me to take new connection, not solving existing request.. I am using 999 plan and they are saying to take new business plan, don't know why they are not revolving anything and they purposely cut my connection.

    So after this post, @JioCare immediately reached out for a resolution and now I’ve been waiting for 4 days to get a resolution. The customer service is bad.
