    @JioCare Hi, I'm facing internet connectivity issues, I have 4G data pack but my internet max speed is almost 80KBPS only but that too not constant. Even I can't send WhatsApp text also it takes longer time to send coz of network issues Error: Network congested Location: 601204

    @JioCare @reliancejio There is no proper network in our area and I am facing it since 3 months, When asked for supervisor call agent kept on hold for 3 minutes and told supervisor not available. I have no choice but to switch to other network. Really disappointed.

    @AmbreenShahh @reliancejio @JioCare I too have been frustrated by their scripted reply,that too for several times over the past week. JIO is not here to provide solution but to betray customers by giving this scripted answer every time we complain of a network issue. Their temporary problem is somewhat permanent.

    @JioCare lousy customer service, ur call centre agent was arrogant and disconnected the line when I asked to speak with his senior. Dropped a mail on your support email, just an acknowledgement without ticket no. And u are not honouring the recharge t & c.

    @reliancejio My jio wifi is down since yesterday 5 pm (26-03-2021). I called 2 times yesterday and was told there is an outage.. When I called today morning at around 8 am, I was told it will take another 2 hrs. Then I called at around 10:30 am then they gave me ticket no.
