@JioCare Hi, I'm facing internet connectivity issues, I have 4G data pack but my internet max speed is almost 80KBPS only but that too not constant. Even I can't send WhatsApp text also it takes longer time to send coz of network issues Error: Network congested Location: 601204

@JioCare After posting this on public I have been contacted by jio social media care team and they understand and raised complaint SR000015H282 and promise me that this will get resolve in 48 hr..after 4 days I did not recieved any update and now when I am checking <1/2>

@JioCare in jio fiber there is connectivity issue and to address it needs 24 hours? Which world are we in. I remember there was a 3 hour guarantee. Can someone help ?
