    @JioCare @reliancejio very bad service . I have done postpaid to prepaid before 3 month but my security deposit money not waived to me . Many time I contact to jio regarding this via mail and required details provided but no response so I port out to Jio .

    @JioCare There is no network in our place last two days. Your tower is very near yet network is ZERO... Do something...or take responsibility for our exams. IS that HOW YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR COSTUMERS????

    Dear Officer JIO, Your service team is a worst team, they are misguiding & not working or providing servces properly. Yesterday your service guy came & changed the modom but not installed properly & not connected with set-top box. @JioCare

    I have given cancellation request to close my Jio Fibernet it’s been almost 15 days now no one has come to pick up the device . I closed the service for poor customer handling and they continue to do the same .. @JioCare @JIOFIBER1

    Jio has started its game of making data balance vanish. Even if used for 30 minutes, almost 800 MB gets used up. There is no provision to complain on JIO app. They don't offer any solution except to "recharge". Complained to TRAI but to no avail. @rsprasad @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia useless customer care support internet connectivity is gone suddenly during midnight & your executive is saying it will take 8 working days to resolve the issue. Even he couldn't tell what is exactly problem Thanks to @reliancejio I could connect.

    @JioCare will you please take care to provide services in rural India.. because people from rural India also working in many big companies and are doing work from home. while doing so facing lots of inet problem and for this they have been warned by the authorities @reliancejio

    Today jio internet is not fast so there is a problem. Please turn on the service as soon as possible otherwise we will port the Simcard @reliancejio @JioCare
