    @JioCare I avoided for new connection, so they kept my wo pending purposely...... Whatever complaint i raise they reslove by themslef without visiting and without my knowledge. I want my issue to be resloved.

    @JioCare Hi, I'm facing internet connectivity issues, I have 4G data pack but my internet max speed is almost 80KBPS only but that too not constant. Even I can't send WhatsApp text also it takes longer time to send coz of network issues Error: Network congested Location: 601204

    @JioCare My complaint # Sr1401dwuu9 Against an num  93456 42098 He told me that he is frm service team and designated as TL... However he is pushing for new connection. Iam an existing customer for 2 and1/2 yrs Y should i go for new connection.

    Order ID: CO0002DO8I5S Relocation booked on 18/04/26, scheduled 19th, no technician came. Complaint (SR000033Y6JT) raised on 20/04/26, still “in progress” with resolution by 27th? Unacceptable. I’m shifting houses, relocation is time-sensitive. Need technician TODAY. @JioCare

    @JioCare The MyJio app is not showing any scheduled date or time for engineer visit, and no technician has arrived yet. This is very disappointing. Please confirm if my issue will be resolved today, otherwise disconnect my connection immediately.

    If the issue is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, I will be forced to raise a complaint with TRAI and other consumer grievance authorities. Kindly treat this as urgent and provide a proper update with a timeline for resolution. @JioCare

    @JioCare My complaint is that the red light on my router starts blinking right after 4 pm. I have been having problems since I installed the ubr device on the 7th April.
