However he is pushing for new connection. Iam an existing customer for 2 and1/2 yrs Y should i go for new connection.

Sent many requests since 09 Jul 26 through email, mujko app etc but nothing happend till now. Plz do something.

I had such a good service with Airtel, yet I switched to Jio for no reason. I must have lost my mind—the network has been so terrible that I’ve been extremely disappointed.
