    @JioCare Hi, I'm facing internet connectivity issues, I have 4G data pack but my internet max speed is almost 80KBPS only but that too not constant. Even I can't send WhatsApp text also it takes longer time to send coz of network issues Error: Network congested Location: 601204

    @JioCare My jio fiber internet is down since yesterday noon and have been calling customer care for hours, only to get an IVR response that service will resume at 19Feb 12.44 am. It's been 12 hrs past that time but still IVR repeats the same and doesn't let me raise a complaint

    I am facing very bad internet speed rather I can say worst internet. No internet connection even with good network. I didn't expect this type of service from @reliancejio @JioCare . Even VI and @airtelindia having more faster than you.

    @JioCare You guys just bother. Your customer care people are dumb. They have no resolution, Neither your local service engineer. You people collect money but hesitate to provide service.12 days since my issue in JIO fibre connection. Open Service requests. No response to my mails either
