@JioCare Hi, I'm facing internet connectivity issues, I have 4G data pack but my internet max speed is almost 80KBPS only but that too not constant. Even I can't send WhatsApp text also it takes longer time to send coz of network issues Error: Network congested Location: 601204

@JioCare My complaint # Sr1401dwuu9 Against an num 93456 42098 He told me that he is frm service team and designated as TL... However he is pushing for new connection. Iam an existing customer for 2 and1/2 yrs Y should i go for new connection.

Just switched from jio to airtel . Your service sucks , ghatiya experience no network even in open area . The place where I use to do my work only 1-2 point signal available . Miss you jio Wrost thing is that I can't port to jio again for three months. @airtelindia @reliancejio

@reliancejio Customer care service is worst and rude . They don't have knowledge about the issues. They are incompatible and giving one answer to every issue. If I ask about jio fiber, they simply tell we don't know , and telling to visit website . Worst service.

@JioCare unable to provide duplicate sim. I have been visited two jio center at Yamuna Vihar & Brahampuri , Delhi-110053.But they refused to provide duplicate sim stating that server problem. But still they are providing new sim & port sim. Sim needs on urgent basis. Please help.

The way @airtelindia screws its customers is mindblowing. They slowly increase their plan rates in the background and then just cut the service after 7 days of validity expiration. Now wonder we move towards @reliancejio everyday.
