@JioCare No connectivity from morning on Jio fiber. Tried all the troubleshooting steps. To my surprise the next slot of service request is on Friday! If ur TAT is above 4 hrs then there it's cant be labelled as uninterrupted connectivity. Ur helpline execs r completely helpless

Beware before getting @reliancejio @JioCare Jiofiber. I am trying to get my connection discontinued but the customer executives keep rejecting my requests without any reason. I am shiftinf to a new place and have to surrender the connection. They are after your deposit money.

@reliancejio : I've been getting lot of messages over the past two weeks that a sim has been taken with my contact as an alternative number.I have received over 20 messages with different numbers for the same. Contacted the customer care but they couldn't help either. Please help

@JioCare You should read my first post, it explains why. It's been 2 days jio fibre is not working, nobody is doing anything and your call center has no clue on what's going on. I was promised that it will be resolved yesterday but nothing happened. So yeah, that's why
