Converted my JioFiber prepaid to postpaid today, got Set-Top box with old-used-not working remote. Even the buttons don't have anything written on it. Seems @JioCare wants us not use the Set-Top box. Very disappointing service.

From 12pm-5pm getting mad because of #heatwave and from 6pm - 11pm Getting mad because of @JioCare..I have complained many times..But still there is no improvement..if more users using at a time it's not my problem, i m paying you and your service is absolutely poor at this hours
