    @JioCare hi guyz i'm texting you in your inbox regarding my queries related to amount deducted from my bank account on the basis of ENACH also haven't used your services and amount of 6300/- approximately got deducted. Really you have a worst customer service no responses.#fraud

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice From the last one month, I'm raising the request for the relocation and every time it's getting rescheduled and cancelled, I've raise an complaint several times to the customers executive but they are not providing the resolution.

    @JioCare I got jio fiber connection yesterday and it stopped working after 1 hr, I called the engineer and they told me they can't do anything, we need to customer care.. Customer care said we need to wait now for engeener visit. Pathetic experience on day 1.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio Hi @reliancejio Got sms for 5G, checked myjio app & seeing 5G network too but no internet. In packs, I can see unlimited 5G for 23 days but not getting internet.
