    @JioCare @reliancejio We need a little help from our beloved Jio company. I use Jio SIM and everyone in our neighborhood uses CO SIM. But three days ago we had a lot of storms and rain here and since then the internet and calls are not working, please fix it.

    @reliancejio @RIL_Updates Again @reliancejio Dear Customer, Unfortunately there is a delay in restoration of JioFiber services for JioFixedVoice Number in your area. Be rest assured that our team is working .... the same on priority. Services are likely to get restored by 21-05-2026 03:01 AM.

    @shobhit087 @JioCare Ran into this exact mess with a vendor, once they say connection not possible after charging, refund should be immediate. I switched to pushing every complaint into Replymer first so nothing gets missed, support games are the worst

    @JioCare Rey cheapfellow, requested for tower installation via DM. on 23 August 2021 and till now there is no response..your competitor @airtelindia already installed..improve your network coverage worst fellow... Otherwise the entire village may switch to airtel

    @JioCare your Air Fiber services are continuously interrupted from last week in my area even on calling your customer care number too I'm not able to connect your representatives this is absolutely ridiculous experience as a customer.

    Complete downtime on #JioFiber. Customer care voice calls fail & app forces a 2-day wait for an engineer. Unacceptable. @JioCare please expedite! Since I pay for daily service, my billing validity must be extended for this downtime.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pls disconnect the JioFiber connection asap and refund the security money and collect your equipment etc if any from my premises. I no longer required your service as it is useless for the last 18 hours.
