  Jio, please fix the 5G network in my area. I’m near Mata Amritanandamayi Marg, Pocket 3, Sector D, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070. My Jio 5G keeps fluctuating between 5G+, 5G and 4.5G, with 4.5G being the most common. Even on 5G, speeds rarely cross 90 Mbps. This is especially frustrating on the ₹349 plan, where 5G data should actually be usable without constantly falling back to the daily limit. Please look into the network quality in this area. @reliancejio @JioCare

  @reliancejio please resolve the issue of internet in my area college para, Beliatore, Dist Bankura , state WB, 722203.... Absolute no connection , the whole recharge money going into vain ...

  @JioCare I still I have not received the resolution. Escalated SR which I have raised on 24th August has not resolved yet. And my connection will be ended on 28th aug'26. Dont trust @reliancejio . They are scamming people!

  @JioCare @reliancejio - Your latest assurance was that it will be resolved by 6.30pm IST today. Nobody has visited till now. It’s more than 72 hours since reporting issue. Stopping giving false assurances and wasting time.

  @JioCare Done. But, can you look into changing the terms? One minute of delay in recharging leads to disconnection of internet. But one day of service shutdown does not change anything. @reliancejio
