    @jio_fiber @JioCare We don’t have internet connectivity for the past 2 days. Fixed Line Number 040-79606655. The earliest slot being given is 6th June. Are you kidding me? WTF is wrong with your customer care? There is no way to talk to a human and the automated chat is a mess.

    Hi @JioCare, I got a new Jio AirFiber connection a few days ago Since installation I’m facing very slow speeds and frequent disconnections. Despite multiple SMS updates about temporary service issues, the problem is still unresolved Please help urgently #JioAirFiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare All the laptops Issie with all sites, download speed it pathetic Its happening every now and then, how can i tell exact date and time while thia isaie is repeatedly happening. Earlier also i escalated speed issue but you guy totally ignored it

    @JioCare #IR HORRIBLE SERVICE WORST BACKEND TEAM. Put me on hold even when called direct no +917018899999 2-3 times. Spent half of my money on hold! Wht a service! Incompetent ppl r wrkg at Jio. I hope #NitaAmbani sees this post. Maybe they were watching IPL final

    Dear @JioCare, your network quality has become a complete disaster. After countless complaints, there is still no proper solution. Calls keep dropping, internet speed is painfully slow, and even basic browsing struggles to work. Customers are paying full price for service
