@JioCare Tried to connect with appellate authority on 18008893999 regarding my issue, but the person who picks the call said that they are from Customer Care team, multiple times called on the same number but every time it was customer care no appellate authority.

@JioCare Still I am being asked today for a valid visa copy. Again. JioCare email asks to reach out to onground staff in India, I am in Ireland. My emergency contact went to onground staff, they say to reach out to JioCare by email. Are you guys serious to resolve the issue or not?

That's it @airtelindia . I am switching to @reliancejio as soon as my current plan ends. Have been Airtel user for more than 6 years. But because of lack of support from @Airtel_Presence I am switching. Even nodal officers are no helping in Gujarat.

@JioCare It’s been almost 2 months and the issue is still not resolved. The JioCare email says something, the on ground staff say something else. I provided all the requested documents on 9th October with a valid visa and then again on 8th November.

@reliancejio Bhim ussd code*99# not working.BHIM UPI is a Government of India initiative. On which bank transactions can be checked and processed by dialing USSD *99#, without any internet, but there is no *99# dial in Jio.
