It’s been 3 days without internet because of an optical fiber issue, and still no resolution. For a company as big as Jio, not being able to repair a fiber line for 72+ hours is unacceptable.

Asked me to solve the issue myself. What kind of behaviour is this ? You should go through the call recording . I had the JIO complaint number
