    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Someone from reliance jio has come to our home for upgrading the box and claimed your speed will be increased but we are facing constant connectivity issue after that. Even the downloading speed decreased from 140mbps to 12mbps

    @reliancejio .. Requested for a new gio sim through my jio app. After few hours I recieved a message that i was contacted by the team jio but i was unavailable. This is contrary to the facts. No body contacted me. Very poor and irresponsible attitude.. pull up ur socks plz

    Hello @reliancejio What is the behaviour of your calling representative, open threats of why you are not recharging, and saying " see, how your number will be deactivated in 30 minutes". Is this an isolated issue of that person or company policy.
