@reliancejio @JioCare Your network has been gone for last 4 minutes from 12.10 am to 12.14 am on the date of this tweet, now tell me what is the problem ? Why network gets down suddenly? I lost my things and money just because of this. Now what will you do?

"will get resolved within 24 hr". In short I am paying @reliancejio for nothing for these days. Really frustrated with the service. It is like @reliancejio is doing scam/ fraud with the customer. Really broke trust on such a large indian org. I will not be able to trust again.

@JioCare this complaint was raised on 25.05.2020 at 6:49. They just reschedule the time of visit. Today after much fight with call centre executive at 7:07 am it was scheduled at 9 am and now rescheduled to 7:00pm. Earlier she was thinking of scheduling it on 29th! 😳

@reliancejio @JioCare I took jiofiber connection on 23rd may. Unfortunately on the same day wire broke from the poll. I raised the service request on the same day. It been 5 day now. Haven't got this issue resolved. Whenever I call @JioCare get same response

@JioCare I hope this will get resolved by today.If not than would request you to cancel my service and refund my amount. I will take connection from local provider. Atleast they are trustworthy and provide better service then Jio. They come within 1-2 hr to resolve the issue.@reliancejio
