    @LivingCrypto96 @JioCare 301139302769 is my Jio fibre connection number and i am not getting refund process done even after complain so many times. I got only message that engineer will come today but never came once. Such a pathetic and unprofessional people there in Jio fibre. #jio

    @jio_fiber @JioFiberChennai @JioCare I'm facing frequent drops with the connection for the past 1 month. Raised many complaints with your customer care no response. Very poor service. I will wait for another week, if not fixed will cancel the service.

    @JioCare @JioCare today's comitted time was 9pm yet no one has attended the service request. This is pathetic, you need to explain the delay or cancel the connection. Even bsnl responds faster than this.

    I tried calling customer executive. They are just postponing the dates. Kindly take a look and try to solve the problem asap. It's really frustrating and I'm tired of calling again and again and listening the same thing everytime. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @reliancejio pathetic customer service. Service request SR00001CQG05 raised on 06/08/2022. Not yet resolved even after 10+ calls at helpline and regular follow ups.
