    @JioCare The wiring issue has not been solved yet. I had paid 1197+gst for 90 days and was able to use only for 45 days. Now you are saying there is no validity extension nor refund. Do you care to explain about the lost money?

    Hello @JioCare i am using 5g i got unlimited pack data and it has been expired by one day before the recharge completed and i got option that provide unlimited data pack if you recharge i has recharged my sim with plan but i didn't unlimited data pack of 5g help me about this

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I trapped in a false promise of jio fiber sales executive. I complained about it,but I didn't receive any solution. & finally I was forced to cancel the connection.Never expected this from a brand like Jio. Feeling cheated.

    @reliancejio since one month my fiber Internet gets disconnected between 2 to 3pm. No resolution despite many complaints. Really disappointed. Now it doesn't work between 9:30 to 10:30 as well. Do you really care? Past tickets SR00001FE63I SR00001FHU3N

    @reliancejio very poor customer service . No one listens to complaints . Every time the company is short of employees . If This is the case the company should stop doing business . Why waste customers time . Before developing business must develop ur infrastructure
