    I think it's time to port to #Airtel , because @reliancejio is unable to set any caller tune from @JioSaavn nor they'll be able to solve my issue so its better to port from #Jio to #Airtel It was a very bad experience from Jio Services, I didn't expect this.

    @JioCare Pls stop speaking trash and ask someone to call me which was not done since my first tweet. Aside, if someone is working in silos then I should have updated information which no one told on call or sms or MyJio App. I will switch back to my old as they dont have support issues

    @JioCare Jio failed to provide connection even after a delay of more than 15 days. I failed to understand why connection charges taken if connection was not possible. No feedback to my complaint recieved.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my jio fiber internet is not working since 18th MAY morning. 48 hours has been passed but till yet my issue is not resolved. What a service from #Jio I have raised 2 complaints also. 😡😡😡😡

    @reliancejio @JioCare device pickup not happened even after continuous followups with support/local guys from two weeks. More than weak coverage, Irresponsible behavior of your team towards customer is the reason I stopped using jio fiber. Acc 299376702492
