    @JioCare I completed Jio Fiber registration and payment 4 days ago, but there's still no installation update via call, SMS, or email. My case was escalated yesterday, yet no response. Is this the service customers receive after payment? Please resolve this today. #CustomerService

    Pathetic service from @JioCare @reliancejio! Requested a cancellation due to endless delays. Either get my JioAirFiber installation TODAY or process full refund immediately. If this is not resolved by tonight, I will file a formal complaint in the Consumer Court. Fix this NOW!

    @kasaudhanji99 @JioCare @reliancejio This is the reason I stopped recharging via GPay. Sometimes this issue will happen, you will get refund from GPay. Anyways, always use mobile operator app for recharging. And huge money transfer always use respective bank app.

    Most Horrible Broadband service provider..Out of 30 days , Internet will be disrupted 5-6 days in a month & The irony is that , this horrible company will not bother to solve the issue.. @JioCare @nch1915 @jagograhakjago
