    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I am surprised from the response of JIO - my services for +91-1203144655 have been barred today. This is very poor customer service. I had already raised the concern on incorrect billing. Instead of resolution - JIO has barred my services.

    I'm regular customer of @reliancejio since 2017 . Also I have been recharging data plac for complete one year at a time. This is not i expect from Jio after doing full year recharge. Please work on your network and data speed in my area ASAP. Waiting for your reply. Thank you.

    @reliancejio Your services are getting poorer day by day, mostly the customer support. My Jiofiber connection is down for 2 days now and today is the third day. I called customer support and they scheduled a visit for 12th July 6:45 PM but the technician didn’t visit. (1/2)
