    @JioCare I have been raising multiple SR’s from more than a week for my jio router replacement. The issue has been identified nearly couple of weeks before. I am just getting promises from 2 weeks that router ll be replaced very next day and that day hasn’t arrived till today.

    @JioCare @JioCare Please raise a request to permanently terminate and close my connection immediately. I do not want any further discussion or follow-ups. Due to the poor service experience and repeated delays, I have decided to discontinue the connection.

    @JioCare I am not getting help that is the main problem. Just because of your delay in installation by 9 days my salary got deducted, I requested for compensation of Rs. 13500.00. Can you or anyone afford 9 days salary deduction due to other's fault? Very bad service by Jio.
