    @reliancejio @JioCare Hello, I’ve been trying to get a resolution on a Jio request and can’t seem to get it over the last 10 days! I want esim for my new phone! Isn’t there any qualified customer care agent either on phone or store who can do this?? This is pretty frustrating.

    @Airtel_Presence I demand a guarantee that internet will never be down again. Else you have to refund entirely. I am still unable to login to work. Such a frustrating provider you are. @JioCare please start service in our area. @airtelindia sucks at Fiber 🥺.

    @JioCare Hi my jio fiber No. 1357963655. No connection due to issues at external end. We made service request(SR0000FD6E0) but technicians are not fixing the issue and are making falsified reason like "unable to reach the location" and are closing our request. Plz help
