    @reliancejio @JioCare Here is the state of this company: It has been two days since I filed a complaint regarding the Wi-Fi, yet the issue remains unresolved,and they expect you to give the customer service representative a 5-star rating. The service is absolutely Pathetic 😡

    @JioCare Service Request number SR0000343DD9 for your JioFixedVoice Number connection is still pending . Engineer rescheduled it again and again. Pathetic service from jio. Shame on @JioCare Please fix this or i will change to airtel broadband

    @JioCare I made a post on 16 april that I am not able to connect to any assistant for my query. You asked for mobile number also but still even after 8 days, there is no contact from the jio customer care team. After sale service is not available.

    Day 7 - zero calls, 0 updates, 0 accountability @airtelindia not a single response in an entire week. Complete silence. @reliancejio casually marked the issue resolved without any action, without contacting me. This isn’t poor service, this is outright negligence and disregard
