Your customer care @reliancejio is terrible. Every time I call the customer care number, I invariably end of talking to a machine and the automated responses do not have the option for resolving my query!

Every time I call the guy who got me the connection, he appears to be helpless and clueless. I literally don’t know how to get my problem resolved. At this rate, @reliancejio makes the terrible @HathwayBrdband look good.

Because I was tired of the shitty @HathwayBrdband I switched to @reliancejio and now I’m stuck with shitty Jio Fibre service. Terrible service and non-existent customer care. Worked well for first 2 months and hasn’t been working all of this week!
