Pls discontinue the services and please refund my pending amount as you guys don't know when this can be resolved.

Nithish (@Nithishpk5) reported@JioCare I’m standing 5 feet from the router with no walls or obstruction. My TV and mobile are both getting only ~7 Mbps on a 30 Mbps plan. This is the same generic response I received last month. Please stop blaming Wi-Fi interference and arrange a technician visit to fix the issue.
