    More than 48 hours of complete service disruption and still no resolution. Customers are paying for uninterrupted connectivity, not repeated copy-paste apologies. Demand immediate restoration and appropriate compensation the outage period @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Hi @reliancejio Complaint raised. Multiple calls made to the technician and supervisor. Visit promised between 4-5 PM, but no one came. This is a safety hazard involving 11kV electrical infrastructure, not a routine service request. Who will be responsible if an incident occurs?

    @JioCare @JioCare because of there problem, are they giving me any perks for their service fault or mismanagement... moreover are they using cheap AI or wht as their app, customer care, and executive all three tells different time for resolution of issue..? Isn't it lack of coordination

    @JioCare If you were truly here for customers, I wouldn't be receiving the same copied template replies repeatedly while my issue remains unresolved. I need action and clear commitments, not repeated scripted responses.

    @JioCare The issue is not rescheduling. My appointment has already been rescheduled twice without my consent. Internet has been down since 06 June. Missed visit, missed commitment, and now no appointment at all. Please provide a confirmed engineer and resolution timeline.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI aapka network kab thek hoga? Jab adani, mask mangal pe shift ho jeiga kya? After continuously reporting network issue from more than 1 year you guys are not able to fix problem why?

    @JioCare Today, the technician has arrived to let us know jio fiber can’t be installed but the company has already taken 3 months money from us. WHAT A SCAM, sirji! The technician was absolutely rude and mean and we were just curious to ask questions but he wasn’t answering nicely.

    @JioCare My JioFiber connection is giving very slow speeds for the last half hour. I have already restarted the router and checked multiple devices, but the issue persists. Kindly check and resolve this at the earliest. Location: Bulandshahr, UP. Please assist. #SlowInternet
