@geekyranjit In Hyderabad, you have the option of ACT, Airtel, Jio, BSNL and more That's the reason of good service. Back at Ranchi, @reliancejio fiber had resolved my complaint of no service in about 10 days and @JioCare still hasn't replied on issue of compensating for no service days

@JioCare Have DMed the details to you. Also, the internet network is really poor. It's down this evry moment as well. We thought Jio will be better than Airtel. But guess we were wrong.

@JioCare pathetic service from jio. Payment update is been given by IVR and the system says it is not updated. Now service is suspended and despite of payment done twice in same day. Being a 5th strongest network as they announce its pretty bad that their payments are not updated

Hello @reliancejio @JioCare 4g data service is worse than 2g at my place. No one is listening my concerns. Pls do something or I will port my number out.
