Pathetic Customer Support of @JioCare and @motorolaindia. I am getting no suitable response. I am unable to make and receive calls with JIO - IPHONE users from my JIO - MOTO EDGE 20 FUSION (8GB). There is a serious connectivity problem between IPHONE and Moto on JIO network.

@reliancejio Since yesterday my devices not detecting the jio internet network. After live chat also problem not resolved. Few days back whole Bangur Nagar Goregaon West area did not have jio internet for about eight days. Officers say due to outage. Real reason not known.

@GSaravanaa @JioCare Bro Jio is here for self vikas yojna, they take the money but they don't want to provide the service. We are paying for their salaries but they don't bother to provide services. My case is pending since June but they failed to resolve.

@JioCare @reliancejio worst customer service. My wifi is not working since yesterday morning. Even after several complain engineer visit is not getting scheduled. Will never recommend it to a subscriber.
