@JioCare And in her case I had recharged ₹2999 plan two days before the previous plan was to be over. So in that case additional 23 days should have been visible which has not happened. It shows only 365 days validity only. Solve this problem.

@JioCare I understand this will happen in my case once my existing plan gets over but on my wife's number the new plan (₹2999) has already started but the effect of additional 23 days have not effected!! Give solution to this problem.
