  @airtelindia Your network is not working since today morning in Vapi city and surrounding areas, even @ViCustomerCare network off but they resume it, while it's only @JioCare who gives uninterrupted services during this extremely heavy rainfall. Shame on you #Airtel

  @JioCare Yesterday you confirmed my engineer visit was scheduled. Today the status has again changed to Assigning an engineer. Why is my appointment being changed repeatedly? My JioFiber has been down since 22 July. Please stop sending generic replies and assign an engineer immediately.

  @JioCare Let's see how long it takes to get resolved... Will Jio refund the money for those 4-5 days? If a payment is late by even a single day, the connection gets cut off... yet Jio just wants to harass people by keeping their internet down for 4-5 days.

  @JioCare I called up multiple times to your customer care and I informed that I haven’t received set up box while getting the jiofiber installed. Raised multiple complaints but got closed without any resolution or my any concern. Now the bill have been generated against my number and also
