    @JioCare Engineer visited 24 hrs later than the scheduled time ..now its being said that they can't relocate it....after requesting for the relocation and crying for 17 days...this is an answer..what am I supposed to get😑? Now they are saying cancel the subscription and get a new one?

    @JioCare,@reliancejio Dear sir my area there is practice to achieve new customer target by deactivating old customer ongoing connection and I have made several complain to resume my Jio service but they are not responding to it.I Think Reliance Jio is only cheating to customer

    @JioCare Please clarify does customer has to pay additional #AmazonPrimeMembership fee at Year end of #Jiofiber pre-paid connection with Rs999 plan ??? If yes, then why you claimed that 13app r free including Amazon prime for above plan subscription period?? M facing this issue.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @Akash_Ambani Its been more than 2 weeks our jio fiber connection is not working but seriously, here in #bhilwara our hometown, jio services are like so so awful. Nobody is listening to us. Every time we call a service guy come and say- Agey se problem hai.

    @JioCare - Rec'd a call in response to my complaint for JioFiber services for Service ID 2235541711 - was informed that the service will not be restored until 6 pm today. I was also advised that if i am not satisfied, i should STOP using your services! Does @JioCare really Care?
