    Yet again another disappointment with @reliancejio @JioCare. My registered mobile number for JioFiber is different than what is used as RMN in JioSTB. When I try to update back to actual mobile number, it errors out with authentication failure! Called up multiple times, no help.

    @JioCare @Jiocare Ensure that you don't generate the next bill. I have been following up with you since June 8th. Else, I will have to take this further with National Consumer Helpline. Already I have registered a complaint with them.

    I tried to rich out with the jio customer care Help line number but they are not able to help me the internet connection The speed is less than 2g in the era of 5g I hope jio will resolve this problem @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service. No internet service from past two days. Your customer service sucks. No resolution till now. But you charge for the complete month despite these interruptions.
