    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I'm tired of calling your customer care repeatedly. My issue is still not resolved. How many more times do I have to call to get a solution? Extremely disappointed with your service.

    @JioCare Received the call from your back office, she did not say anything new. I am supposed to pay my bill within 5 days of generation, but your service engineer takes his own sweet time! Every 7 days my internet conks off

    @JioCare Engineer came and said that they can't do it unless all members having Jio complain. They will then attend to it. Horrible after service. Sending a mail to consumer court to seek redressal.

    @JioCare I have been doing that since the past 2 months, it is high time you upgraded your service quality for the amount of money that you have us pay you! Our neighbourhood cable people give us better internet services at lower prices!
