    @ca_sandip I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

    @bahulapanguluri @JioCare Thanks for your recommendation! But to port me number in Jio I have to send PORT sms on 1900 but I can’t do the same because sms service is also not working.

    @Bhalchandras Their service have become worst now. Switch to @JioCare, their network quality is really good and speed is also awesome.

    @JioCare trying to report wifi issue since 4 days. The engineer visit keep rescheduling. Jio customer agents keep lying about a new date when engineer will visit. Stranded since days, but jio as usual does not care about its customers
