    @JioCare had taken jio fibre. Guy came for set-up, couldn't complete it. Asked me to cancel request.Said whole Rs 1500 of previous request will get credited to me.But only Rs1250 got credited. Why should I pay if jio service guy can't do setup.? Why cheat customer of their money?

    @reliancejio @JioCare realy realy poor network. Not even able to make a call at our place then how to do wfh?? I can not stay always at mil's home to do wfh. It is all because of jio's network problem. Consider it as higher priority and solve. Loc: 10.7311487, 77.1442805

    @JioCare Yes. The address is same and we have 1 tower installed in our village since many months but it is not started if that tower starts, issue will be reaolved completely.

    @JioCare It’s almost 19 hours Jio Fiber internet service is not working at my area. Customer care is giving 2 hrs of timeline every time I called. But nothing has resolved yet. Would U please resolve it soon as it’s affecting our work hours.
