    @JioCare @JioCare No internet on my JioFiber for 10+ days Account No.100268543900 Multiple complaints raised, but given false hopes daily that an engineer is coming. Now my complaint is blindly put "on hold"! Fix it in 24 hrs or close my account permanently.

    @JioCare My Jio Fiber connection has been down since 12 June, and I am still waiting for a concrete resolution. Kindly arrange an engineer visit today and provide a definite restoration timeline. Customers expect service and accountability, not repeated delays and standard replies.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio Fiber connection stopped working on 12 June, and your team has scheduled an engineer visit for 15 June. How is it acceptable for a customer to remain without internet for 3 days?
