    @reliancejio @JioCare Need your assistance. Did a prepaid recharge on 2nd May for Rs. 1748/-. My recharge is not done. Raised a SR on 7th May, Still no solution. Amazingly the SR has been closed in the system without giving my money back. Pathetic Service.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, I’m done with the constant buffering on my JioFiber. I’ve tried raising complaints multiple times, but your team refuses to register them, claiming "there’s no issue." If buffering isn’t an issue, what is? Fix the service instead of gaslighting customers

    @JioCare Hi , my JIO fibre is not working from last 3 days we are getting message that issue will be resolved ASAP. I scheduled a engineer visit , now team is giving appointment for 18th May which is still 3 more days. How can a problem can take 6 days. My number-6123192751

    @JioCare I have recharged my mobile with Rs 899 plan which clearly states that JioHotstar is included in it. But When we login JioHotstar it shows the subscription message. Please clarify the matter.

    Despite multiple complaints and technician visits, Jiowifi network issue is still unresolved. Your own technician confirmed the village tower/router has a fault, yet no resolution or timeline has been provided. Paying for service with unstable speeds is unacceptable. @JioCare
