    @JioCare i am facing internet issue since day before yesterday. I have lodged complaint against it on yesterday also. But till today internet is not working in my area and this is 3rd time jio service is down in my area. Jio customer executives also don't have any answer for that

    It’s been more than a year being a @reliancejio customer but now I’m thinking to switch to @airtelindia because @reliancejio has started to take it’s customers for granted. No customer support.

    @reliancejio @JioCare So disappointing and unprofessional service provider so far ever with regards to Wifi/Jio Fiber. Internet down since two weeks, made several calls and email yet no one turn up despite being in Metropolitan city such as Bengaluru!!

    @JioCare Due to unforeseen circumstances, there is a delay in the restoration of JioFiber services for Service ID 4479685017 in your area. Please be rest assured that our team is constantly working to restore the same on priority. Services are likely to get restored by 31-08

    @JioFiberVoice @JioCare @reliancejio Jio fiber Internet is not working at all in south Mumbai. I need immediate action , all my official work are pending since yesterday . by tonight , net shud be back to normal. Else I will be forced to opt for local cable fellow.

    More than a week ago after suspension of internet internet become too slow even now govt has closed on Sunday 10 to 12 n 2 to 4 but still slow after also of these @reliancejio add: Manja Bazaar Manja 782461

    @JioCare network a nuisance, causing trouble for last 4 months, resulting loss to my studies and other works, technicians visit and just update router, of no use. Recently jio stopped picking my calls, a new trend. Speeds sometimes goes 0 in 150 Mbps plan. Matter of grave concern

    @JioCare one one of the worst service in recent times my bros sim card number has been diverted to some other number without any permission though the recharge was done on time he is not able to make calls or receive please close the the sim permanently
