    @JioCare My connection is not wrking since yesterday registered complain recived mail,service engineer will come btwn 10 am-11 am. Its 3pm now there is no responce,costumer care doesnt connect,chat service reply with only auto generated replies @JioCare @reliancejio plz suggest

    @JioCare I am tired of calling the customer care and even escalated 3 times on your social media handles but still even after 7 days of cancellation request given to customer care for order number NO0000N3XVBP (landline 01135754047) ,it's still not cancelled What's causing delay

    @JioCare Most of the operators are charging only ₹ 25 for Port or provide free port service. But @reliancejio is charging ₹150 for Port!I don't know whether the sales man overcharged me or this is the charge by #JIO itself? Anyway, required details are shared.Kindly,do the requisite.

    @JioCare Well, it seems there is absolutely no issue with Jio network since he receives all other sms and OTPs

    @JioCare As none of your customer CARE are were not CARE enough to reach me, I called your customer care and they kept me hold for sometime and they are disconnecting the call Do not call yourself as Jio care, when you don't care!! @reliancejio

    @JioCare Since last 2 months only communication is happening from your end,nothing concrete on resolution thing. I opted jio just for ott services but I'm unable to access prime vides.Tried every possible way to resolve this issue but it is turning out to be a nightmare for me

    Trying to transfer my @reliancejio E-Sim since 6 days visited stores 6 times and complained on customer care 3 times. Still no answer from anywhere and my ESim transfer is still pending. Harassed and pathetic service by @reliancejio !!
