    @reliancejio advisor name nirmal and she was showting me on call and she don't have Ateticates how to talk with customer and finally she disconnect my call call time is 10:15 pm date 13 jan 2023 I don't know why joi is doing ******* customer services everytime

    @reliancejio @JioCare this is totally bullshit service you provide ! When something happens to Wifi broadband connection - you cannot even watch TV and you dont provide service after 6 pm ! What do we do then.? Wait till next afternoon or night again ? Totally worst service

    @JioCare @reliancejio The next day I went at 10 am but they asking go and come after 1 hour i don't know why. There is no rush in the service centre. Then i enquired about the closing time they told 7.30 PM
