    @reliancejio my village is banito under block kujanga, dist jagatsinghpur or Odisha. We are facing poor service from Jio network. Although it is 5km from rahama bazaar still no good service. Kindly take necessary action

    @JioCare, I wanted to be a loyal customer of Jio, but it seems you guys really don't care about your network. It is really annoying that everytime I try to make a phone call, it doesn't connect what so ever. All my family members and friends are experiencing similar issue in Jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear Jio I know my calling/data validity gonna expire in 3-4 days, I'll recharge on time I know how it works. Please stop irritating your customers, stop reminding about plan expiry on every call I make, else I would say goodbye to your network🤦🏼🤦🏼😑😑😑😑

    @JioCare Being your customer no help from your side till date. However Airtel provided me Avery details on single call/ mail Your customer care has refused to register a complaint

    @JioCare They are just interested in getting the payment through for booking and then shoot and scoot without any accountability or service to the customer so that one feels he is getting a good hassle free service?
