    @reliancejio Since yesterday evening Jio internet is down in our apartment, but there is no one to attend it immediately , we are completely dependent on the internet for our work as we are WFH and TV runs on JiO set top box. This is helpless and hopeless situation for us

    @reliancejio @JioCare Went 2 Kotkapura, Punjab customer care centre, but the guy was really rude and mannerless. Didn’t help and said stuff like ‘Mera dimaag kharab hai’. Really disappointed that Jio is treating customers this way instead of helping sincerely
