    @reliancejio Thoroughly disappointed with the way you handle complaints especially if money is involved. First you avoid speaking to the customer and later by giving dates that you never commit. You are just about to lose 5 connection and maybe a corporate customer too

    @JioCare Having ported my number from #vodafoneidea, having a sick & an harrowing experience. Unable to make & receive calls since the past 12 hours. #disappointed #reliancejio.Here is the complaint number SR00001GZ25J but 24 hours for a resolution is ridiculous!!

    @JioCare Some occasions does not mean you should continuously provide poor data service around 1MBPS for more than 24 hrs ....Is it justiafiable ...further we are paying Money ...it's not free that Reliance Industries nor Mukesh Ji is providing.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Our internet connection is lost due to a wire damage. I called to customer support and they said it can be done on tomorrow as everyone left for the day. I can totally understand as it's a holiday but isn't there any provision for an exceptional situation?
