    Jio fibre not refund money 1500 jio fibre . User create request before trial period end and after that jio always reschedule device pickup due to lockdown after that jio customer service team told younot eligible trial advertisement is fake ..😡😡 @JioCare @reliancejio @nch14404

    @JioCare fix the routing issue in Valorant . Facing 80 + ping in Mumbai server and 100 + in Singapore. I just recently shifted from local ISP to Jio and this is what I am getting . Fix it or I need to shift to some other brand .

    After trial period of JioFiber connection no support if any issue , my jio fiber has automatic issue of only light blinking no internet at all, i restart router many times but not working @JioCare @reliancejio no support at all called jio fiber support many times.

    @reliancejio One customer service guy said it will be fixed yesterday, then today one said he will at 1pm, another one said tomorrow. when they want customer they are calling 24/7, now when customer is facing issue no is there to help.

    @JioCare You find that the coverage is good in my area, but I think you have checked network at BTS but in my home or nearby network is very poor.

    @JioCare sabse ghatiya network hai jio ka .ek whatsapp sms tk send nhi hota 4G ke name pr chutiya bna rhe ho bs .call drop problem network fluctuations problem .i never going to recharge my number again I would like to port it in vodafone idea.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I don’t understand logic when customer care person told with Jio WiFi you can watch prime, hotstar if you have own account subscriptions.

    @reliancejio The cover photo it says (stay connected). I have been facing issues with internet connectivity since last 2-3 days. every time I call the customer care they lie and say "in 24 hours a technician will come and solve the problem". All customer executives are lying.

    The network of jio is too down they slow anywhere in my area and they can't give 4Gspeed then prefer to port the number jio to any other networks in area Cidco n 2 near airport area Aurangabad Maharashtra @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio My data doped is too slow and it finish fast with 1 hours of use and I am vary upset from jio internet and after this month I am going to change my sim, jio to Airtel If jio will not solve my problems . IT'S my a request to jio this all my problem please solve fast.
