    @JioCare your internet service is good but Set-up box service is not good. some channels not coming and few channels are not HD. any plans in future to improve the channels quality and quantity?

    7 days & no Internet. Called customer support so many times but it looks like no one care about it. Life without Internet #noWorkFromHome. All thanks to @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio Why do guys close the service request without even resolving the issue. Really pathetic service. I raised a SR to close jio fiber old connection as I got new one, you closed it stating customer retained without even talkin to the customer.
