Giving 50 extra for good service is most worthy than having a recharge with no use. @JioCare i did complaint many times but no resolutions provided. Internet speed as well as signal strength is too much poor. Inside home i can't get or make any call.

Instead of this if a technician could have been sent to registered address I think issue would have been resolved by now. Please let me know if it is so difficult to send technician.
