    @reliancejio Went to JIO store as I am facing signal issue since long. Instead of helping me , they switch my network to LTE and said 5G will not work properly. When I insisted to SIM replace they said "we dnt know how to do that". REALLY ?? Should we expect this response?

    @JioCare If you can't the resolve issue by tomorrow, just cancel the connection. We have better service providers in market. You can't be irresponsible with customer service.

    @reliancejio Sir, I am in Bharswa village of Kaushambi district and here my Jio network is not working even for 5 days, along with I have some classes and my office work too, so nothing is happening the problem is the same every time .@JioCare
