    @reliancejio Very poor service, i got jio fiber installed and their top class engineer made me spend 12000 and the surprising thing is that the problem was in their hdmi cable, i disconnected their connection today Request number is SR00001819IH

    @reliancejio I lost my mobile while traveling so I requested jio not to raise any bill and cancel sim for time being and & I paid all the due for jio but again I getting call for bill, its ridiculous charge not using service also

    @JioCare this is clear fraud and misleading as I have never postponed and infact every time I received that message, I tried to prepone the schedule but it looks like the installation guys are the bosses of their own.

    @JioCare Marvelous! See @GTPLHathwayLtd how quick they responds to their customers and how much they care for their businesses. Feel the difference of their and your so called customer services. @JioCare I've checked & found that I've Availability at my location. I would switch surely.

    @JioCare I tried reaching customer care on 18008969999, which says my number is not registered. Tried reaching whatsapp, same response, send multiple emails to customer care and have received one standard bot response and nothing addressing my concern.

    @reliancejio @JioSaavn Due to very poor service of Jio in my area Vaishali - Ghaziabad sector-1 , since last 6- 9 months despite several reminders /complaints , I (mobile no.7011688056) am forced to stop Jio recharge this time. Please mind, It's not fair business practice of Jio.
