What ridiculousness is this? All you’ve been doing is passing the ball with template copypaste responses! It’s frustrating but pushed in a corner, we WILL climb all the way up the escalation tree...including TRAI, should it come to that. Trust this is sorted in hours and not days.

However, due to their technical problems i wasnt able to get details and yet they have not reverted on email. Kindly look into this. @consaff
