    @JioCare @JioCare Again I'm getting SMS with a link to fill the e-refund form. Is this a joke? Because, sometimes your team asks for bank details, and then sometimes to fill the e-refund form. Shall I file a complaint to the consumer court?

    @JioCare Hi.. The issue is not yet resolved.. Just engineer comes and does time pass for 30-45 mins.. Den leaves... 3 different engineers have visited.. 2 said problem with box.. The 3rd came and said back end issue..
