    JioFiber has just pathetic service. To everyone waiting for Jiofiber in their area, beware. If internet goes, there will be no help available. They have a huge backlog and no one will address your complaint for weeks. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I called your contact center1800-896-9999 today morning and i was tild some engineer will visit my hime between 1-2 ist however no ine has came to my yet. Its pathetic customer service 😒

    @JioCare I received some calls regarding the engineer everyday but there is no show of engineer and the person who did enquiries regarding address never picks call or it is switched off.

    @JioCare @reliancejio every second day your internet is down the modem is just blinking with red light .Contact your support no one answers or reverts. All you do is reply to the tweet saying we here to serve you.Absolute nonsense. really made the biggest blunder to change to jio

    @JioCare @dasabhiseek Dear Jio, apparently my repeated messages and tweets to you have gone down the drain. I buy your 666 pack and i can't even use the data to send a message on WhatsApp! Speed is slower than 2G. The data pack goes down the drain every time I recharge. This is how u provide service?

    @JioCare 7999079401 is my number i had issue as I had validity for one year but currently I am getting msg that it is expiring tomorrow. And hence I was trying to reach customer care

    @JioCare It seems that you cannot do anything and my phone is still dead. It seems that I should also port to some other telephone operator i.e. airtel/vodafone. That will end my problem.
