    Frequent disconnection issue with @Airtel_Presence broadband. Never faced this in my office where I'm using it for last 13 yrs. Probably bcoz in a hurry to install before @reliancejio came in Parel, they left the cables hanging & hence the issue. Pl resolve @airtelindia

    @JioCare @consumerforum_ It has been more than 12 hrs no visit of jio team so far. As per the statement over the call of jio representative it seems they will not help and put blame on me.

    @JioCare Last 5 days I've been requesting Jio Fiber personnel at Silchar Assam to install landline against 3842 353693, they keep changing dates, no action. Very, very, very poor service at Silchar, Assam. @reliancejio

    @JioCare now I will fire complaint against jio regarding my cancellation process. I have request for jio fiber cancel 10 Apr it's 23 and now they say the process closed. What the hell is going on This is big fraud and show pathetic service support. Now See you in consumer forum.
