    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm Jio users , they reduced the price but data speed is very slow and daily 2 GB data never used. We have to use another broadband for normal work in home. Biggest issues of Jio is in crowded place like mela,matches , one can't use simple Upi payment

    @JioCare @JioCare what is your turnaround time on issues? It’s about to be a month and I still don’t have access to my jio Fiber account. How do you expect me to recharge and use your account if I don’t even have access to it.

    @JioCare My phone got stolen recently and this morning I got myself issued a new SIM card of my previous number. The executive told me that it‘ll get activated within 4hrs. It has been well over 8hrs since issue, and I’m still not able to make calls. Please look into it ASAP

    @reliancejio This is total Pathetic that jio fibre is not providing good service since 10days iam waiting for connection customer support are saying some other plan and service engineers are saying some plans i don't know who i listen to #jio5g waste service
