    What's up with @reliancejio? No network since three days! Called @JioCare several times and all they do is ask to wait for an hour, everytime. Pathetic service! Fix it ASAP.

    @JioCare Okay, hope to get this resolved by EOD. Today marks 7 months since we first reported this issue to a Jio customer representative (1991). Since then we have visited ( in person) Jio stores and called 1991 again. All refused to help. :( @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio there was three day I am complainting the internet, calling and network issue in Jio care there is not resignation my issues they are calling Jio care there is no response and internet connection is very bad please slove this problem.

    Do not apply for @reliancejio fibre as there services are very poor. I booked and paid 6 months advance on 22 July and till today they have not installed and everyday they move the appointment 2 days ahead.. Worst services..

    It’s been third day without internet, after installation and activation. Issue not fixed even when registered 3 services tickets. Worst experience from starting. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @Sachinkr918 @JioCare @reliancejio They are absolute inhuman, money is first priority. They will never respect your request to keep services on. Sorry to hear of loosing your job but that make no difference to them & thier feeling. Only good for saying we are thier to help you in need. Wishing you good luck

    @JioCare Cross checked all the devices used. None of them have consumed the data. There might have been some problem at Jio end.
