    @reliancejio @reliancegroup In my area the Jio network is down by 6 days, we have given the complaint so many times, but nobody is responding. Please help here to get this resolved. Jio is bringing 5g that doesn't mean 4g network becomes worst. #location M.G.Road, Katihar-854105

    The worst Broadband service from #RelianceJio .I am using JIO GIGA FIBER since 4 months , I had recently one issue sometimes red light is continuously blinking in my Router, I had raised complain as well as raised SR no ,but still no Technician came to check the issue or resolve

    @reliancejio My Jio fiber is disconnected for last 1 week after repeated calls to customer care the issue is not getting resolved infact they are hardclosing the request.

    @JioCare please shutdown your services if you can’t serve better . You have made other operators quit by your strategy and now giving 3rd class 2g speed in the name of 4G . Please stop Drama of saying phone issue. Everyone going through this & no option
