    @JioCare Thanks a lot but this assurance has been given to me by quite a lot of you customer service people. I have complained atleast 5 times about this and the coverage doesn't increase. And the fact that, I get 5 times more speed at just a distance of 200 meters to my house annoys me.

    @JioCare connection request is pending from last 15 days and installation was scheduled for 2nd March has not been done till now, when you don't have the required manpower why are you taking new request for installation, pathetic customer service

    @JioCare for last 4 days our Laukaha (Madhubani Bihar) tower is not working at all in our market. It seems that range has been withdrawn completely. It has created big problem to massive consumer. If problem remains, customers shall be constrained to port in airtel/bsnl

    @JioCare one of your technician (may be mistakenly) loosen my cable from pole. I am not receiving any internet. Kindly send your technician to solve the issue.
