@JioCare The local executive who called first gave the lame excuse of less/shortage of manpower in #Dehradun, now he has switched off his phone, he shared an engineer number who is not picking the call! Customer care is repeatedly rescheduling the engineer visits!

@pkjainpankaj28 Even I was the loyal user but they don't even bother to solve their customers problem. So I Ported out to Jio and now I am happy with their services. If you want to port try to take a help from @JioCare they will help you from them

@JioCare Update as on 1722 Had a conversation on a Toll Free Jio Customer Care to know the status and guess what they have again reschedule the engineer visit! From three days @JioCare is just rescheduling the visit and telling me that they have highlighted the concern!
