    India badly needs some strict regulations and controls on after sales in service industry. Most companies suck. @JioCare actually does not care. Help apps hardly for app, helpline doesn't give you option to register if you have problem. Every interface just want to sell/upsell

    @JioCare This is not a temporary issue we are facing this issue from more then 1 year so requesting to you people kindly addressed an technical person at our location, because in the room internet are not working but out of the room internet are working properly. @reliancejio

    @PrataManitej @JioCinema @JioCare Idk why but it looked so bad to me, even I haven't recharged my Jio sim for a year, and wouldn't recharge untill 2023.

    @reliancejio Facing too much in terms of internet connection at PIN Code - 731201 from evening up to whole night. Since last 6 months this problem is getting. Recharged with Rs.999 plan of 3 GB and unable to enjoy it fully. Getting so many excuses from you. Problem needs to solve

    @JioCare we have installed 50mbpd RF net at @GalaxySivtek but most of the time the et is found down. Mails have been sent to local authorities of Baroda but still no concrete actions being taken. Should we surrender this line? Or someone will take customer seriously?

    The internet connectivity is not working due to natural calamity in Arakkonam region where majority of internet users use Jio. @reliancejio @JioCare please take actions to restore internet connectivity.
