    @ViCustomerCare Bunch of idiots sitting there. Don't know the meaning of customer support Always says issue is resolve whereas nothing is resolved They only know to close the ticket and not listen to a frustrated customer. Its time to say Goodbye to Idea. @reliancejio here I come

    @JioCare @reliancejio My name is Ramesh Ranjan Prasad. I have recharged ₹2599/- on my Jio number dated 15'th Jan 2021 on 5:13 pm via Paytm recharge is successfully done but the problem I'm facing is that if I send a message to someone then it's not sent successfully or neither-

    @reliancejio @JioCare 12+ hours of internet downtime is not acceptable at all and raises a serious question on Jio’s network governance and sincerity towards customer experience. Your staff is incompetent to address the root cause.
