    @ashishkbothra @JioCare @DoT_India @AnilSinghvi_ Nothing will happen. Port out as soon as possible. I've been raising complaints since July 2017 and they won't give me any improvements or a time line as to when they will adress the situation. On top of everything they are trying to get more and more customers adding to problem

    @JioCare Hi Team, today is the fifth day after scheduling delivery of Jio STB. The STB has to been delivered yet. Have raised complaint of the same issue more than a dozen times, yet no action has been taken. Please help. CC @trai @dot_India

    @reliancejio And your jio postpaid plus service is the worst.. airtel is improving from worst to better and you are going down to the hell.. one goodwill is lost you can't regain it.. i stopped believing in jio and my friends and family too

    @JioCare I know when to reach, each and every call automated message plays in English and hindi to recharge, so the mobile phone is not for the emergency.

    @JioCare @reliancegroup @reliancejio Hi, my jiofiber internet is not working since last 2 days. Without any resolution I got the message of resolved complaint yesterday. It makes work from home very difficult. This kind of behaviour I am not expecting to jio. Mob- 9045488279

    @PranavHegdeHere @reliancejio @JioCare I am using since almost 2 years jio fiber. And its working very good. Call jio finer customer care and tell the problem. Maybe some fix can be done as its a area level issue. Jio fiber toll free number. 1800 889 9999
