@reliancejio @JioCare we have complaint regarding Jio connection on mobile 8780691332. We are daily getting messages that we have reached 90% of data and today we have hardly used data and it shows total data consumed. I also checked on jio app but I do not see any such usage.

@reliancejio The customer service provided by Jio or Appellate authority is pathetic and over 45 days they are not able to resolve the issue. Just playing over the emails. do not redirect to Jio Care or Appellate, both are not looking to resolve the issue. Yet you are giving ads for JioFibre.
