    @JioCare I am Jio fibre user and suffering from pathetic services from last three days. I have made regular complaints & field executives have been visiting my place. Executives are putting blame on backhand team and vice Versa, but net is not working yet.

    @JioCare I have tried many times to complain through JIO app but due to internet connectivity the app is not working properly and can’t raise my complaint.

    @JioCare No, your installation team force me to cancel the order, they said to me that jiofiber team is not capable to provide jio fiber at my floor and joke apart that in my building Two floor already have Jio fiber.

    @reliancejio @JioCare So this is my weekly habit now. Calling up service centers in my hometown, calling up customer care and then tweeting at Jio. All because I am unable to redeem a STB voucher after migrating from prepaid jiofibre to postpaid plan.
