We are daily getting messages that we have reached 90% of data and today we have hardly used data and it shows total data consumed. I also checked on jio app but I do not see any such usage.

Later, your escalation team said services can't be resumed AND refund won't be given. Please refund the money.

Their's careless attitude on fusing 3-4 locations under one tower, making all getting slow speed and network disturbances. It's been more than 8months I am suffering from this. No refund is given.
