We are daily getting messages that we have reached 90% of data and today we have hardly used data and it shows total data consumed. I also checked on jio app but I do not see any such usage.

Amit Pandit (@amitt25) reported@JioCare I have my Jio Fiber Account with Jio Number 912235024112. I had incorrectly clicked on pay advance option and made incorrect annual payment of Rs 14145. I never wanted to make advance payment as I have opted for monthly paymemt therefore urge you to reverse the same.
