@reliancejio @JioCare we have complaint regarding Jio connection on mobile 8780691332. We are daily getting messages that we have reached 90% of data and today we have hardly used data and it shows total data consumed. I also checked on jio app but I do not see any such usage.

@JioCare If you will not give us full unlimited plans then we will also go on another bord like vodafone. Please not that your network does not have any 4g speed and not work as 3g. Please do it fast. 9904134390

I've been raising complaints since July 2017 and they won't give me any improvements or a time line as to when they will adress the situation. @JioCare Data issue in our Jio network on mobile. V r daily getting msgs that v hv rchd 90% of data & today too v hv hardly used data and it shows total 2GB data consumed. Nothing shows on jio app too. Plz urgently look into this and reply. This is my 2nd tweet. FIX THIS URGENTLY
