We are daily getting messages that we have reached 90% of data and today we have hardly used data and it shows total data consumed. I also checked on jio app but I do not see any such usage.

But for an existing customer asking for a simple relocation, there is no accountability. I already switched my Jio SIM to Airtel due to poor service. I work from home and this is now impacting critical work. Apparently, Jio’s idea of customer service is to keep customers waiting while work gets disrupted. Pathetic. Unacceptable.
