We are daily getting messages that we have reached 90% of data and today we have hardly used data and it shows total data consumed. I also checked on jio app but I do not see any such usage.

I had scheduled a service technician visit yesterday but no one turned up. If I register a call back, they just give generic pap and keep rescheduling service technician slots.
