I've been raising complaints since July 2017 and they won't give me any improvements or a time line as to when they will adress the situation. On top of everything they are trying to get more and more customers adding to problem

@JioCare @somitsrivastav_ @somitsrivastav_ don't go jiofiber the kind of service they provide will leave you helpless. I have been facing no internet from 4 days. Apart from telling ****** stories they are not doing anything. The speed is average and worst part is service. Go for local vendors.

@JioCare Jio has not been able to resolve one issue for last one month and you are stating that the issue is on priority and you will need more time? I feel all of u are just waiting to see that the recharge validity expires once the month is over and u can have new excuse. This is how ?
