I've been raising complaints since July 2017 and they won't give me any improvements or a time line as to when they will adress the situation. On top of everything they are trying to get more and more customers adding to problem

@reliancejio i have paid ₹1500/- on 24th aug 2021 i was told by the service provider that connection will be install within 26th aug. Today is 30th aug still i have not received any update from their end . Also the service provider rude uneducated disgusting behaviour person.
