    @reliancejio If jio will not give us full unlimited plans then we will also go on another bord like @VodafoneIN or @airtelindia Please not that your Jio network does not have any 4g speed and not work as 3g. Please do it fast. 9904134390

    @idea_cares It is not problem of week or month it is problem that i am facing from the merger of @Idea with @VodafoneIN . I hope your network is as fast as your reply. @JioCare please help i want to port to jio.

    @JioCare Data issue in our Jio network on mobile. V r daily getting msgs that v hv rchd 90% of data & today too v hv hardly used data and it shows total 2GB data consumed. Nothing shows on jio app too. Plz urgently look into this and reply. This is my 2nd tweet. FIX THIS URGENTLY

    Worst service ever in this scenario also, how can a person work from home when the internet service provider is so reckless @JioCare . Since inception this is the problem faced by a specific area but no response.. zero service #jio #worstservice #WorkFromHome

    @ashishkbothra @JioCare @DoT_India @AnilSinghvi_ Nothing will happen. Port out as soon as possible. I've been raising complaints since July 2017 and they won't give me any improvements or a time line as to when they will adress the situation. On top of everything they are trying to get more and more customers adding to problem

    @reliancejio @DoT_India @TRAI last 2 month my complaint already raise. I do 1 year recharge this month but internet speed not coming. Already give address where I face problem, in my city most of area facing problem. Jio care did not resolve issue. Porbandar city

    @reliancejio @JioCare we have complaint regarding Jio connection on mobile 8780691332. We are daily getting messages that we have reached 90% of data and today we have hardly used data and it shows total data consumed. I also checked on jio app but I do not see any such usage.

In my case too, the visit was repeatedly rescheduled without any prior consent, and I even received a “technician is on the way” message despite no one showing up. This isn’t just a delay—it’s a failure in communication and service.

    Complete blackout of @reliancejio AirFiber since July 4! Pathetic service in Gujarat/Daman. Support fraudulently closed SR00003AFCFF on Fri night to block weekend TRAI escalation. Services still dead! New SR: SR00002MHJIA. Paid for annual sub, getting harassment! @JioCare

    @TRAI I have a home internet connection wit @reliancejio. Service has been interrupted, but customer care says no technician is available for the next few days and my bill won't be adjusted for the downtime. We shouldn't be billed when the service isn't available.
