@JioCare So last update from service person was it might need to change the router as the landline receiver he used was also having the same issue, outgoing is working but upon dialing the number it says line is busy every time. So I just want a service person wo give proper resolution.

@JioCare I am trying to relocate my service. I am going in round in circles since yesterday. 5engineer visit promised. No one arrived. It got rescheduled again. I have never seen such disgusting service in my life ever & your customer care executive disconnect calls

@JioCare Same response was given to my similar query earlier also. Despite conveying my credentials and addres, weak network and internet issue still persists. I requesting u again, ser my network and internet issue immediately. Otherwise I will Initiate campaign against JIO.

@anilpatel24feb Don't get influenced by their worst class customer care bot replies... their job is to end our complaints by doing(cntrl c+ cntrl v).... port it to @JioCare as I did if you really want to experience something different.
