  @reliancejio My Jio AirFiber internet speed drops badly every day after 8 PM. During the daytime, the speed is fine, but after 8 PM it becomes extremely slow and difficult to use. Please check the network in my area and fix this issue. #JioAirFiber #Jio

  Their response actually strengthens your complaint. They are now saying “there are no confirmed slots available”, even though you already had two confirmed appointment windows, both of which were missed. I would reply publicly to @JioCare with this: @JioCare don’t address issue

  There has been issue with Jio Users across our locality interms of call dropping and low 5G speeds. @TRAI This outage has been more than 2months. @reliancejio is taking customers for a ride. As per ur regulation, the outage if lasts >24hours customers have to compensated.

  @JioCare @RelianceJioCare The jiofiber is not working since yesterday evening 8 pm and the my Jio app is not allowing to raise a service request for the same please get the service restored asap. Currently it shows 8:44 pm today for resolving the issue which is more than 24hours

  @JioCare never every take jio fibre ,i had issue with wi fi in jio router,raised complain after multiple attempt,engineer was assigned for today morning 11am, ny 11 i gets sms that problem is resolved remotely, though issue is same. they are fooling the customers @jio
