    @JioCare Internet down since 26 April night (SR00002KQUX2). Still no resolution. Calls connect only to Hindi agents; when I request English/Tamil, calls are disconnected. This is denial of service. Escalated to appellate & DoT. Immediate action needed. #hindiimpostion #harrasment

    @reliancejio Seriously fed up with @JioCare! My number is already recharged, yet I keep getting repeated calls asking me to recharge again. This is harassment, not service. Fix your system and stop spamming customers!

    @JioCare engineer just visited but the problem still exists. he showed me more than 15 complaints with the same issue. terrible experience with @reliancejio @JioCare
