    @DoT_India Issue related to My Jio no. 9826525029. During ownership change process due to death of my father, my recharge of 999/- done days ago got lost. No solution from @JioCare. Process still on hold. So request nodal officer for solution and return of my balance.

    @HathwayBrdband It has been almost a month and over 50 calls that I have made to your local Kandivali office for conversion to Fibre. There is no follow-up whatsoever. Just b'cos you have monopoly in the area doesn't mean you can treat customers like sh*t. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Pathetic Service for last 15days atleast.Frequent tower signal fluctuations,evenwhen full signal no calls going through. Ssly thinking to change the service!! For ur info there are 3 towers (Oh!!sorry they are just white elephent!!) Within 3km of the radius.

    @reliancejio my jk pre on post jio number not showing wifi calling. Is there any issue related to jk numbers. Even jiocare not able to respond positively.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I book fibe, pay immediately two days for installation - my experience service not so good,- why not refund immediately-customer care said TAT is a month on process- this poor. very bad jio

    @JioCare That's alright the network in my area is anyways ****. Tell me how many days can I get incoming calls and messages without recharging my number.
