  If recharge plans are calculated day wise, then why timing is followed??if timing means you charging 2 times for same day.if my old recharge is applicable 84th day today means,day will end only @11.59pm not on last recharge time.people should avoid Jio service @TRAI @reliancejio

  @JioCare Now I'm not even able to call the customer care number. They don't transfer to the customer care executive but simply mention that work is in progress for my ticket and the call gets disconnected. My ticket has been assigned to Narayan Dutta who no longer works with Jio.

  @JioCare “No Signal Found” now. This should have been checked before KYC and taking advance payment. Why was the customer charged without verifying service availability? This is unacceptable. Resolve it immediately or refund the full amount. @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare I Shirisha, As mentioned to you, this is not the kind of service I expect. If you guys can’t get resolve the issue in 12-24 hours then it does not leave a good mark for customer service team. I am also a shareholder and not very happy with the way these issues are being managed.

  @JioCare What customer support number that you have to contact to human customer support? The computer saying same outage information and automatically quite the call. That is irritating lot. Useless customer handling.

  Absolute nightmare service from @JioCare @reliancejio. The technician closed my ticket without fixing anything, turned off his phone and never showed up for the rescheduled visit. Support is completely clueless and giving false promises. 3 days of no resolution! Fix this ASAP!
