    The support from @ViCustomerCare amazed me today. I have been on and off Vodafone user since 2008 but it was never my primary number as the customer care was very poor up until few years ago. But now I can see that they have totally revamped their customer service and it’s way better than @JioCare or @Airtel_Presence . I raised an issue yesterday night and they started working on it immediately. By today evening, my concern was resolved. Less than 24 hours!!! Airtel customer care used to be best in class but now it’s just formality. Jio never learned a thing or two about customer support. But Vi has came a long way and right now best in class.👍🏻

    @reliancejio Yes, you're right. I don't believe Relice Jio can be responsible for shutting down Telegram. All the bad things are easily done through @telegram : movies,TV shows, paper leaks, and all sorts of bad things.All the bad work happens through Telegram groups and channels.@reliancejio

    @JioCare I did a recharge of 200 for ott subscription... Your stupid app is showing nowhere on how to activate it. In jio entertainment it is not showing zee5. Are you people doing scam again ? #jioscam

    @reliancejio I have not ordered any Jio SIM, but I received a message and a call from someone pretending to be a Jio staff member. He said that I had ordered a Jio SIM, but I denied it. Then he said that if I wanted to cancel the order, I should tell him the code I had received.

    @rutu609 @JioCare I also switched to Airtel because jio could not restore the network connectivity.Tried my level best to reach them but got no response.

    @JioCare I Switch From Airtel Wifi to Jio Fiber On 1st June this month...but this is my worst decision I ever made jio fiber has been very poor (1 - 18 june) I didn't get any proper internet bad service bad customer service support i live in Kolkata birati.. Airtel is far better

    @JioCare @DoT_India after paying charges in advance literally need to beg to fix the issue. Or Simply refund and advise to go for other network, I have 6 months advance.
