@JioCare your service is horrible. Been trying to connect to my jio fiber wifi for some time now and can't. On chatting with your customer care they ask a load of questions and tell an expert will connect with you but that never happens. Even BSNL was better than you guys

I had requested Jio to pickup Jio fiber in May 2022.After following up for 3months device was picked,now refund is pending from 3 months. It's been 6 months now,the most pathetic service and there is no update on the refund. SR00001AS47K @reliancejio @JioCare
