    @JioCare @RelianceJio_DTH Jio fiber is fraud, I paid money but ott app amazon prime is not working. U all are fraud Jio fiber. No one should use Jio fiber these people will take money then no service will be provided.

    @JioCare My jio fiber connection was cancelled on 4th Jul however till date ur team is unable to pick up router and ST box. Please process my security refund. I cannot be waiting if ur team is unable to process uninstallation. Jio is Worst than a govt organisation.

    @prarthanajalan @reliancejio @JioCare Jio services aren’t proper in western UP. I had to dump their dongle and connection both after same rude and unethical behaviour of call centre

    @ViCustomerCare I have requested to upgrade my #VI_Sim yesterday. Thay have provided me the sim which is still not working. Very much pathetic service from @ViCustomerCare . Really need to think to port the same to @JioCare

    @JioCare @akolkar_raju Pincode 243001..Jio network cable is tied on near my hosue from last more then 1 year but still connection not active.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare @MukeshAmbanima I'm not having a single bar of jio network in my area for last 24 hrs. This is not the kind of service one expects. Customer service is the worst. Seems like customer is the most undervalued part of jio business

    Jio Fiber has become frustrating for end users like me. Support provided is pathetic, SRs are closed without issues resolved. I hear funny excuses like my fiber connection has speed & connection issues as I use inverter for powerback. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare Hie there is an issue regarding with the Jio fiber connection! I am not able to connect with whatsapp video call at any number. Kindly assist me on this issue. Before also I have tried to connect to your customer care but there was no response.
