@JioCare @PratikKishorAs1 I am already with Jio and I understand how bad JIO service in New Delhi repeatedly reporting for bad network but nobody fixed it and still continues. Customers care advisors are so bad, they don't register complain they provide interaction ID and problem continues. #poor service

@JioCare worst type of customer service recieved and the person to blame is the customer didn't want to continue the TV box when asked cancellation was the only option cancelled within a month yet 1000 rs deducted disappointed

@JioCare Really disheartened n disappointed with the service. Had applied for a new Jio fiber connection 15 days ago n had paid 6 months subscription charge. But the engineers are still searching for a port to connect. Hope they find it before my subscription gets over.

@ajaykrpanday @JioCare Yes these people are thieves. Even today their engineer contacted and said that it will not be possible. He said that he is only confirming what the problem is.

@JioCare limited network connectivity for 4 years? multiple promises to improve in 120, 180 & yesterday 120 days again. 3 years back, i was told a new site has come up in my area & now i will experience seamless connectivity. Still NO PROPER COVERAGE. All LIES! @UfterYou @BandBajaateRaho

@reliancejio My jio fiber daily stops working with red light blinking. My neighbours connection is still atm. Everytime the executive comes mine wifi also starts working. It's creating a lot of problems, I need my connection wiring to be changed as it has lots of joints. #help
