  @JioCare Hi , Not receiving internet/tv since 1/11/21. Service request SR000017DAGY since then. Multiple calls, not resolved yet. Will it take forever? Will you extend the exp. date of the plan by same number of days you fail to provide service?

  @JioCare I recharged with talk time plan but I can't make any call and I don't even find any customer care number where I can call and get things resolved, only IVR option available with predefined sets of questions and answers. You should provide more support and resolve issue.

  As @reliancejio & @airtelindia failed to provide network strength in #Smartcity. Compelled to go for #broadband, already having @TataSky DTH. Can't afford DTH and OTT together. No Black/White/Violet need a simple broadband connection with no installation cost within 24hrs.

  @JioCare Pathetic service by jio store as i visited Nangloi n Vikaspuri. 1st store given me the token n say visit agn on aftr 2:45PM 2nd str staff said There's system issue so we can't provide u a new sim card. My no is nt working n my work hampered due to this. Jio no.9999985847
