@reliancejio Trial period is proving to be poor, I am getting latency of 20 ms. Ping must be from 2 ms to 5 ms considerred to be good. Tried to reach but no one is responding. Initially it was 2 ms & now i don't know what happen? Pl resolve.

@reliancejio @JioCare I have already raised my concern on 28th November 2020 my service request number is SR0000132N1Y where I have got a message on my phone stating that you don't have any solution before 120days. Is this a joke???

@reliancejio @exploreIMC Till now every time there is an issue with your 4g you give an excuse that “our network is being rolled out in a phased manner” first fix that..or in 5g too you are gonna say that the speeds are low due to high number of users?
