    @reliancejio Sir.ur jio network is great for cores of rich peoples not for village people. Daily my 2gb data wasted around 1000 peoples due to no network. Here we raised so many complaints no one responded. poor network work so many villages please improve. Vilage are backbone

    It's been five months I am still waiting for the balance voucher of very reputed Jio AirFiber. My Service Request (SR) is SR0000351TJP. I approached every contact available in the name of customer care, but no solution yet. Feeling Hopeless now. @JioCare @jagograhakjago @cpgrams

    @JioCare 104th time same issue This team is so deceitful, incompetent, and arrogant that they don't take action on complaints. They just ask you to send a message, share something, or provide your number and location, but no actual work gets done—the entire Jio team is useless

    @JioCare Today is 7th day straight without internet. Still problem is not resolved. I doubt like are you actually escalating this to your team or not because after so many followup on all channels there is no progress, service is still down. #jiobadservice #bycottjio #worstservice

    @JioCare @reliancejio such a pathetic relocation service you guys provide! I'm running pillar to post for submitting the set top box and router. No body came to pickup the device, neither for installing at my new location. All of this is happening in Bangalore

    @JioCare @reliancejio disappointed with the consistently poor network coverage here in Jaunpur, UP. I paid upfront for a 2-year recharge plan, but the internet and calling services are practically unusable. Since you aren't delivering the promised service,I want a full refund.

    @JioCare how can you not resolve an issue with respect to internet outage in the metropolitan city. It’s been more than 48 hours and the time of resolution gets ahead by 24 hours, how? It is nothing but harassment. Kindly look into @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare 8 days have passed since my SIM request was processed and I still haven't received the SIM.The delivery executive number(Kunal Yadav 9310169085) remains switched off.This reflects extremely poor service,lack of accountability & unacceptable customer support.@reliancejio

    Struggling to get Jio Fiber conection issue fixed from last 4 days, technician visit is getting rescheduled on its own without any proper justification from last 3 days and customer care agent is unable to provide any help. Extremely disappointing service @JioCare @reliancejio
