    @reliancejio Sir.ur jio network is great for cores of rich peoples not for village people. Daily my 2gb data wasted around 1000 peoples due to no network. Here we raised so many complaints no one responded. poor network work so many villages please improve. Vilage are backbone

    @reliancejio complaint no SR000035mh35 pending since 11 may . No response from JIO . Four times reschedule to attend fault. I am thinking to get disconnected fiber. Service of Airtel is good

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber has had network issues for 2 days. I raised a support ticket, but no engineer has been assigned or visited yet. Tried MyJio app and customer care multiple times but still unable to reach a real support person. Request ID: SR000035PJ8H

    @reliancejio Poor network, slow internet speed, useless responses from customer care… this is service quality of jio! Please either provide proper quality services or withdraw from providing mobile services. Dont mislead customers and only fleece money.

    @JioCare Ported from Airtel Postpaid to Jio with clear request for postpaid conn., but number was activated as prepaid. Raised escalation through email, unable to reach human support, and service now interrupted. Need urgent for prepaid to postpaid conversion without additional deposit.
