@reliancejio Sir.ur jio network is great for cores of rich peoples not for village people. Daily my 2gb data wasted around 1000 peoples due to no network. Here we raised so many complaints no one responded. poor network work so many villages please improve. Vilage are backbone

@JioCare Internet not connected in Jio Fiber, Red light blinking continuously from today evening and complain lodged by customer care and engineer appointment fixed on 29.07.2022, that means i.e. on 28.07.2022 internet service totally stop. It's not a fair service.

Hi @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Last week I complaint about call not connecting issue today my signal strength is full but when someone calling it is answaring switch off. Internet is working. What's happening i am loosing my customers. Pathetic service even I complaint

@reliancejio I bought iPhone 13 from Reliance Digital Store Jaipur in July which turned out to be a manufacturing defect after which the store refused to replace and the manager misbehaved, Reliance employees would call the customer and threaten to kill him.

Now 2 tickets raised so far. The Technician is just using trial and error methods to identify the root cause and trying a new solution every day. So disappointed after staying in Internet Blackout for 3 consecutive days due to callousness of @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice
