    @reliancejio Sir.ur jio network is great for cores of rich peoples not for village people. Daily my 2gb data wasted around 1000 peoples due to no network. Here we raised so many complaints no one responded. poor network work so many villages please improve. Vilage are backbone

    @JioCare Where is the actual resolution? What action is being taken against those closing tickets without visiting the customer location? Will my plan validity be extended for the 11+ days of unusable service?, I don't even know whether an engineer will actually visit or not. (2/3)

    @reliancejio,Recently i have opted for 1yr plan, with2.5 GB daily data option,Off late for past many weeks,not only me but many of us find that, Jio mobile's network is extremely slow. Is there any technical issues involved. Trust the issues will be resolved at the earliest. Thks

    @JioCare I don’t want the service anymore. Please understand my request and stop processing the installation. Kindly cancel the connection and refund both the installation charges and plan amount at the earliest. @JioCare

    @reliancejio please reintroduced 1GB/Day plan as there are some user who have less daily data consumption due to wifi connection and also improve your network quality and data service . You are taking plenty of money for which purpose?

    @JioCare I buy plan of 100mbs and last 20 days in getting 5-10 mbps what is this ?? Are you people going to provide me extra 20 days which I loss due to ur bad services - I paid money for that. @

    @JioCare I hv a strng negative gut feel about issue getting resolved. If it takes more than week for resolution and most importantly ur team denying compensation of it no 1 on this earth would believe this assurance
