@reliancejio Sir.ur jio network is great for cores of rich peoples not for village people. Daily my 2gb data wasted around 1000 peoples due to no network. Here we raised so many complaints no one responded. poor network work so many villages please improve. Vilage are backbone

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Very 3rd class service by jio fiber. I applied for jio Fibernet corporate connection and for that i have upload my documents. Documents rejected by saying that your pan card is expired and gst no. Expired. Have you guys check documents ???

@reliancejio @JioCare extremely poor customer service. It’s been more than 2 weeks for an enterprise customer with 16 mobile connections to get another 3 new connections with no success. I’ve been told my request has been rejected. Please disconnect the existing 16 as well!!

@JioCare This continues to be the worst experience with a customer redressal. 3 charges of more than Rs.50,000 on the same account and no effort to sort out the duplication. Still awaiting a revert @JioCare #SandeepDas #AnujJain is this customer service?
