    @reliancejio Sir.ur jio network is great for cores of rich peoples not for village people. Daily my 2gb data wasted around 1000 peoples due to no network. Here we raised so many complaints no one responded. poor network work so many villages please improve. Vilage are backbone

    @reliancejio @SunRisers I am from Pakur Jharkhand pin code -816107 jio network is very very poor in my area please resolve this problem and give atleast 4G speed because not a single page open and the speed is like below 2G.

    @reliancejio @PunjabKingsIPL @RanveerOfficial No helpline to talk about delay in connection or any other complaint. 18008969999 number is given for complaints but that only takes jiofiber booking. That is not for complaints. Hell service by jio.

    @JioCare One of worst service from jio Fiber and customer need to wait for device pick up more than 8 days and refund will take another 7 to 14 days means you are taking customer money more than one month. Is it good service for customer.

    @JioCare What is the point of using the Jio Fiber if it is not working. Everytime it is down and no one listens. I have to follow up million times to get it resolved. Now it is again down and your team is saying that they are not getting permission to visit your place.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very pathetic exp. with Jio.recently I switched my airtel postpaid no.on Jio for better connectivity..however Jio has suspended all the services on this number due to some pending amount which I already paid to Airtel.Can someone pls resolve this issue ASAP.

    @reliancejio @PunjabKingsIPL @RanveerOfficial Worst service. Very unprofessional technical persons. I have ordered jiofiber. Order no NO0000H81E7C. But now I want to cancel due to very irresponsible and unprofessional ground staff of jio. I recommend not to order jiofiber.
