    @reliancejio Sir.ur jio network is great for cores of rich peoples not for village people. Daily my 2gb data wasted around 1000 peoples due to no network. Here we raised so many complaints no one responded. poor network work so many villages please improve. Vilage are backbone

    @JioCare Jio fibre WiFi network is not functioning in Savarkar nagar , Gangapur road . Nashik from Monday . What is so wrong that despite sending emails to jiofibre there is no restoration of the WiFi service ? Who will take note of this from jiofibre ?

    @JioCare I have mailed your Jio Apellete authority. This was the 2nd last option. If this doesn't work, I will escalate this matter to the National Forum Court.

    @JioCare Rey cheapfellow, requested for tower installation via DM. on 23 August 2021 and till now there is no response..your competitor @airtelindia already installed..improve your network coverage worst fellow... Otherwise the entire village may switch to airtel

    @JioCare This is very worst, I'm getting the generic automated answer each and every time. Atleast I want to know the regional manager for my request so that I can call and check the status with them.

    @JioCare @reliancejio No need to raise a fresh request. After this experience and repeated copy-paste responses, I’ve completely lost interest. If customer service is this poor before installation, I don’t want to imagine the experience after becoming a customer.
