    @reliancejio Sir.ur jio network is great for cores of rich peoples not for village people. Daily my 2gb data wasted around 1000 peoples due to no network. Here we raised so many complaints no one responded. poor network work so many villages please improve. Vilage are backbone

    @JioCare It has been one and a half hours since you suggested I will receive SMS with the engineer visit details. I have still not received anything. Note that the original engineer visit time as per service request ticket was 10 AM this morning.

    @JioCare @JioCare “No delay in resolution” is a shocking statement. My JioFiber service remained unavailable for 6 days. During those 6 days, I received nothing but repeated messages extending the restoration time. When a technician finally visited, the issue was resolved in under 10 mins

    @JioCare I already know my AirFiber order was cancelled. I’m demanding the “EXACT REASON” on your system logs. I never authorized this! Your staff cancelled it in pure retaliation because I filed an NCH grievance. Stop the replies and tell me “WHY!” @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Still waiting. 5 calls from Jio today to tell me Engineer is coming. Repeated messages with contrary confusing messages. Called Engineer Rahbhar, said he's coming. NO ONE HAS COME. 4 days with no wifi, no Jio. Terri le service

    The service and customer care people of @JioCare are a crap. I had placed an order for a prepaid sim through their MyJio app 2 days back. I got the numbers of three different delivery boys but none of them turned up to deliver the sim.
