    Unfortunately #RelianceFibre services not working in Nanganallur area for past 24 hrs. Complaints yielded poor results. Appointments kept rescheduled by them. Hope @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberChennai show more professionalism in handling the same.

    @JioCare Hello, raised a complaint regarding Security deposit of Postpaid with complaint ID- SR000018E1NH. Estimated resolution date was 17/01/2022 but still now no update regarding the same. What is going on? @DoT_India

    @JioCare Still not resolved. WTH is hapng? I've tried all the things as u said. All I am getting is msd call alerts after 30 minutes someone tried calling me. Net is ok but why calling is an issue? And now don't tell me to try the things again u msged me. DOESNT WORK

    @reliancejio Jio is cheater Inrequested to refund my deposit but they are not refunding and even not collecting the device...cheater company. I have shared my complaint several time but they making fool.

    @reliancejio please provide your network in FRI Campus....since we have only airtel network comes in shisham hostel area so we are forced to port to Airtel from jio.

    @reliancejio @ril_foundation The company needs to hire logical and sensible associates for customer support.They simply cut the call and do not solve issue,have no decency to even call back why are they running the company if they can't provide a proper internet connection.
