    @JioCare it's my 3rd day ..How much time you takes I want my money back .We don't earn money for wasting on your company. No response I getting from your team. I requested to everyone switch your network to local cable operator infact they pic your call.

    @JioCare It’s been 24+ hrs my internet is down & I have made 2 calls to your helpline. Another ticket SR00001BT97K was raised for engg visit but still no change. In my last call the agent told me it will take another 24 hrs for resolution & deliberately disconnected the call.

    @JioCare @reliancegroup I called ur Fiber Helpline to know abt the plan and bill. Ur agent {bushra} was so unprofessional, she dint listen to me and interrupted me while I was speaking and disconnected my call when asked for Supervisor. Shameful Customer service.

    @JioCare please collect your router device & Process the refund . It's almost 20 day's disconnected form JioFiber due to poor service issues.

    @JioCare Station start from tiptur - miraj in station i can able to get network but while journey the network doesn’t appears.
