    @reliancejio There is no network in and around my apartments, complained many got false assurance and ticket was Closed without resolution. Mine is postpaid connection.On the top of it Even Wifi calling is not reliable!!!!

    @reliancejio Jio Care is rubbish. Made several complaints whether I am at Kolkata or Noida. The Team will only throw dozen of questions to negotiate. Lack of infrastructure and huge customer base. 1.5 GB data remains unused everyday. M 8240597306.

    @JioCare experience the worst customer experience in Jammu ! For my service request dated 3/1/2021 no resolution has been provided so far! SR000013KY59 - hope now it gets escalated and I get a resolution soon!
