    @reliancejio Slow network problem is occurring continuously since 2025 in our area. Most of people are using jio, but all are facing the same issue. We have given complaints many times, but we got the same result. We are approximately at 21.2° N latitude and 73.1° E longitude.

    @reliancejio My service experience was very unsatisfactory. I lodged a complaint on May 10, 2026, which remains unresolved. The ticket is currently held, preventing me from contacting customer care to arrange the disconnection.
