    @JioCare We had taken a JIO SIM for Port in to Jio from Vodafone. The Jio personnel told us that after 72 hours, Voda sim will get deactive and then we can insert Jio SIM and tele-verify. It has been 4 days, however my Voda SIM is not getting deactive. Plz help.

    @reliancejio I’ve tried every possible way to retrieve my old internet bills. Very surprising no data is available with Customer care and even my account has been closed. Does that means by no means by bills can be retrieved??

    @JioCare @reliancejio hey there.. My mother is facing some serious network issues in Karol Bagh, New Delhi.. It's really hard to contact her these days.. internet , video calls & voice calls everything is effected .. i don't know the cause of problem..but please fix it ASAP!!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jiofiber For full refund of security Amt have to cancel plane before 30 days completion and your executive haven't inform to me. where is my fault now you are saying that you're full security deposit is not being credit because i am late. Where I m wrong

    @JioCare at what point do you realise that the customer is willingly not doing a recharge? One SMS or two are enough, continuously pestering with SMS, what do you guys think, if you think at all?

    @JioCare I have raised the concern multiple times that the network speed in my area is not good. It is very good at night while it totally sucks during day time. I am attaching screenshot of the speed. Please donot give solution like check your mobile settings and all.
