    @JioCare I have recharged my prepaid mobile on 12Ma21 6:35 pm through paytm with reference number 9953560141 but i am still not getting network it's already 4 days ..tried calling from my other Airtel number but unable to connect very annoyed no way to get this fix.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Secondly, Your customer care tried to help me with getting me through the process via app or website but In the address proof part, I just have the electricity bill to be upload but unfortunately there is no option for electricity bill.
