    Hey @madebygoogle , I've been experiencing numerous call drops on the @reliancejio 4g network since the last month or so. This started happening after I ported my Vi primary SIM to Jio. Even my secondary Jio E-SIM which didn't face call drops, does now. @RelianceJioCare Help..

    @reliancejio @JioCare visited a store - said they cannot handle esim issues. They redirected me to the helpline where you executive made me repeat the issue thrice and then said to call when the issue occurs or you guys won’t be able to solve the issue. Pathetic customer service

    @reliancejio my jio sim 8789239882 my internet is not working from 3 months property and when I am calling on customer care they are not giving any resolution and disconnecting the call. Is this the service of jio . I was thinking of to take connection of jio fibre but now not.
