@reliancejio @JioCare very poor customer support.. unable to get eSim over last 4 days.. tracking shows request closed.. but when placing new request it says old one is not closed. Unable to contact customer care also.. ported from @vodafone.. regretting now😣

@JioCare issue is such that it cannot be typed out in details esp given your short attention spans in understanding more than 24 hrs passed and almost 11 calls made to tollfree and i get this kind of support can you get someone to call me if I give you RMN?

No network in my area 395003 since last 2 days. Constantly calling but no problem solution @JioCare I am incurring 10k/day loss due to banking otp. My worst mistake was that I ported my main banking number to jii @Airtel_Presence please guide me how to port to @airtelindia ASAP.

@JioCare Ridiculous service, earlier you asked me to port my number to JIO network so that it can be added to my postpaid family plan. Now when you are unable to do so asking me to port out to another network/provider. My request has been cancelled 😡

We very needed JIOFIBER on my location. We called jio customer care on june month they informed me that JIOFIBER activated in our location within 2 month. But 2 month gone we not get JIOFIBER. Please sir this is my request. @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice
