    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio #Jiodown- horrible customer support. Service down since the last 4 days & have not been able to schedule an engineer visit. Call centre execs have become an expert in giving excuses.

    @JioCare please collect your router device & Process the refund . It's almost 20 day's disconnected form JioFiber due to poor service issues.

    @JioCare Tower problem exist in my flat. Not only myself experiencing this issue. Please check the tower strength in this area and install xtra tower for better connectivity. Pincode : 600100
