    @reliancejio @JioCare The refund is still awaiting after surrendering the fiber devices on May-2022! PLEASE DO NOT FALL IN JIO'S EXCITING OFFERS, ELSE YOU WILL BE CHEATED FOR SURE. You won't get any resolution/support in future rather than acknowledging the messages withvdefault templates!

    @JioCare I have replied to your message on the link. Please resolve the issue at the earliest. Issue reported to customer care at 11:33. Was told that technician would turn up at 1 pm. Nobody has turned up yet.

    @JioCare @Ravinderkp2007 please handle it appropriately immediately notify the Monthly payment is being taken but the problem could not be solved, I have been watching for 5 years, have provided all the details with the letter Unable to find the answers or fix it currently 50 days.
