    @JioCare Hi @JioCare - Following up again on this service request. Problem is still not solved but you still closed the request, I reopened it again and still no resolution yet…. I want compensation for this loss of reliable internet for over 10 days now. Extremely poor services. #jio

    @JioCare My jio air fiber payment which has been done is not reflecting in your server hence you have disconnected my internet. Which is pathetic as a service provider. The bill was generated yesterday, the payment is done this morning and yet you guys are in such a hurry to disconnect it

    @JioCare @reliancejio 3rd in a row - Jio Fibre services not restored. Almost an affair for a month. How come you can't fix the problem. Vile Parle East - PM Road area - will you be refunding for so many days disruption or do we shift to other operator?

    @JioCare They wil work on optical solution, not always think about money please... The people who work in corporate really need sable optical fiber solution which I believe only jio have as I'm experienced. Can you please actually prioritise this issue , need to say we are working, do it
