    @JioCare Here comes the beautiful service. Rescheduled appointment given at 10 am to 11 am..tried reaching engineer and again no response..call jiocare. False promises given..now the appointment schedule has elapsed and no communication on issue resolution

    🚨 53+ hours without #JioFiber in Hyderabad. SR: SR00002MTV5K Complaint was raised immediately. Engineer visit was scheduled for 25 Jul, 10–11 AM, but without my consent it was rescheduled to 6–7 PM. It’s now 10:30 PM—no engineer, no call. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Please try to understand the problem b4 suggesting solutions. The issue here is that the technician is not responding and simply rescheduling the appointment at his own will. Why is the customer made to beg for service he is paying. Who takes responsibility for loss of service
