    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare Placed an online request for Jiofiber, the salesman visited and took documents, full 6 months payment and left, installation guy called and cancelled due to no service in the locality. Now how do i get the full refund whom to reach. Disappointed

    @goanpaoofficial Vi and Bsnl are worst but others are not that great. I have ported from AT&T- BSNL-Reliance-Vodafone-Airtel. @reliancejio I will always stay away

    @JioCare Been trying to get it installed for the last 3 days, had been using jio fiber in Nagpur for past 2 years but highly disappointed with the service in noida. Have already got an airtel connection today, may pl cancel and refund on priority

    @JioCare Hi team iam cancelled my Jio Fiber connection on 06-05-2022 . But still your representatives no one calls to me and my Jio devices are also not picking up , when we take new connection your team follows up 100 times but when we cancel no one responds. (1/2)

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Internet services have been down for past 24 hours in Vile Parle , Customer care services is also not able to help and pin point issue how are we supposed to work? Such pathetic service,@airtelindia is providing better services in and around Mumbai
