@reliancejio There’s no fix for Internet issues happening on Sunday? It’s been 24hrs the issue raised. Again postponed to tomorrow. Not sure they can fix the issue tomorrow also!!!

@JioCare @gv_chethan Hi, this issue is there for physical SIM users as well. I have been unable to enable 5G standalone despite using a physical SIM card, and it seems that there are many others who face the same issue.

@JioCare there's no network coverage at my residence, was told to wait some months, its still not fixed. Was promised i wouldn't regret recharging for an year but it literally doesn't give any network. Typing this using Vodafone network. Kindly refund me my money @reliancejio

@JioCare I couldn't understand one thing, when I uses internet then speed us very slow, but at time when I check speed in myjio App it goes up to 2mbps. And as soon as checking process completed it again goes down.
