@JioCare No Internet on JioFiber despite paying upfront till May 2022. Your Live Chat service is a scam. Just asking to restart. Nothing happens. That's why you have disabled direct voice call to customer care, so that customer cannot call after paying money. RMN 7002444328

@reliancejio I am in Uttarakhand , and I dont have any alternative network other than JIO...and JIO network in entire state is worst than any part of INDIA...as you know Uttarakhand is going through tough times,please do fix your network as early as possible #Uttarakhandfloods

@JioCare My request is still not resolved last more then a week. Only excuses no solutions fake promises your employee visited and promise me problem solve on Monday but I am in deep problem with network. Call me back urgently. Shame on you @MNS__5
