    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Recently ported from Jio to Airtel. However, Airtel service is pathetic. Internet is very slow and now I regret to port from @reliancejio . Pathetic customer service as well. I raised multiple complaints and they say that SLA of recent one. #pathetic

    @JioCare @reliancejio When I visited Jio office in my area. Representatives are making us wait for an hour and nobody is ready to take onus and get the issue resolved. Didn't expected this kind of behavior from a company like Reliance.

    @reliancejio delivering the worst customer service, got the jio fibre connection 2 days back and it is down from yesterday with no estimated time to be resolved
