    @reliancejio @TRAI I'm from Bhubanewar, Odisha. The 4G service of my locality is very poor. I think jio is not even maintaining 2G speed. I want a strong action against @reliancejio. They are charging every months but the quality of service is very poor.

    @JioCare After repeatedly complaining about the network issue no action has been taken to resolve in the particular area. Extremely disappointed with the service of @reliancejio Please look after it and take some serious actions to solve the issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio people are suffering real pain because of the poor network jio is providing in our locality, the mobile data speed is constantly around 8-15kbps range. Call drops are disappointing as well.

    @reliancejio @JioCare At Infosys BBSR SEZ Campus near Arisol network connectivity is too much poor. Some time no network at all. We r going here and thr for network. Can you please look into this matter as priority. There are almost 5000 professionals working here.

    Customers can be promoters of your business if you have the ability to satisfy with your good offerings as like @reliancejio but don't be like @BSNLCorporate which has 2 lakh+ employees but customer satisfaction is zero. And we can see the worst conditions of a govt. company.

    @JioCare @tssouthernpower Installing 5G boxes and cables on electric poles in Dilshadnagar Colony Mehdipatnam is not acceptable and may cause disruption in power supply.Please I need confirmation in writing that if any issue happens you are responsible and will rectify it.

    @JioCare I need to CANCELL my jio fibre connection number 91120-3517263, which is in the name of my wife, as we have relocated to delhi from Noida on 23.12.2022 and have got a new jio fibre connection there. Repeated phone calls to ur executives has not yielded anything.Plz help.
