    Nothing working on the ground reality..every second day the same problem. Do not understand why @reliancejio isnt enhancing the network. Really fed up with the service. Seems I made a mistake porting to Jio

    And @JioCare the most frustrated thing is that i called on 198 & 1991 to speak to the customer care but there was no any option to talk to the customer care. Only nonsense is there.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear team, The network and internet speed is getting bad to worse in Saheed Nagar,Bhubaneswar. Internet speed is in KbPs even when daily quota is in use. I'm having 1.5gb/day plan, but I can't even use 800mb. Please help. Regards

    @JioCare Facing issues with jio mobile. No positive response on emails sent- Phone shown out of network inspite of full bars, no voice in incoming calls, calls getting disconnected immediately.

    @reliancejio one of the best "PATHETIC" services you people are offering, reaching their customer support is the first hustle and then their people say currently i can’t upgrade or downgrade to any of their plans bcoz they don’t have that feature yet.

    @StephenSummit Why don’t you give a try to @reliancejio better connectivity, cheap data plans, better customer service, truly 4G internet experience what else does one need! I will suggest you to switch to Jio and feel the difference on your own...@JioCare will help you port

    @Jeevanshaji404 I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.
