    @JioCare Still no response or update from @JioCare regarding my pending refund for cancelled JioAirFiber Order NO0001EERJHE. Despite repeated emails and tweets, the issue remains unresolved. Requesting @TRAI to take necessary action.

    @JioCare @reliancejio really sucks in Bangalore! Absolute **** network. If you're in a building, forget getting anything above 2 to 3 mbps. Even vi works in buildings where jio fails.... I'm seriously thinking porting to @airtelindia

    @JioCare I do not want to proceed with the installation. Please cancel my JioFiber booking immediately, process my full refund, and share the cancellation request number and refund timeline. I am extremely disappointed with this poor service.

    @JioCare Technician visit was scheduled btwn 12pm to 1 pm today, and it’s 10 mins past 1pm but still no call or whereabouts on this issue?? Why is this getting delayed?

    Extremely frustrated with@reliancejio. Bought a new SIM from the official Borigumma (Odisha) store, only to find it was a recycled number flooded with loan spam and UPI history! Infuriating harassment for a month, and now the SIM is deactivated. Fix this! @JioCare #ConsumerRights

    @reliancejio @JioCare SERVICE, SOMEHOW WHAT DID NOT HAPPEN IN 3 MONTHS WAS DONE IN UNDER 45 MINS. I WAS OK TO PAY AGAIN BUT THEN FORCED TO PROVIDE ALTERNATE NUMBER EVEN IF IT BELONGS TO A TOTAL STRANGER. NOT READY TO GIVE CONNECTION WITHOUT ALTERNATE NUMBER AND NOT READY TO USE THEIR NUMBER. DEFIES

    Apart from that you made a new move by charging jio hotstar over night. Now we have to pay 1100 rs for so called jio network which is worst than 2G + 850 rs/ minth for wifi as this ****** network doesn’t work at home+80 rs per month for jio hotstar @JioCare
