    @gkd123in @JioCare We have to ocoured same issue. I raised higher complaint many times but district level officer refused to solution. He said , we are unable to process 5G connectivity in your area. Also 5 -7 village atleast 4G connectivity are not available, almost 4800 jio users. Result 0

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber has been completely down for 3 days. Customer care keeps saying an engineer is assigned, but no one ever calls or visits. This service is unacceptable. Please escalate and resolve immediately! SR: SR00003ANWPX #JioAirFiber #JioCare

    @JioCare You guys are just a bunch of fraud..your team mentioned that there is no Jio fiber service at my current location hence took the router and assured that the relocation amount will be refunded. However now you are saying that the connection is activated. Refund my 1200Rs

    @reliancejio @JioCare absolutely worst customer service. My wifif has been down for 2 days now and after calling 50+ times only thrice I was able to contact a human. No engineer visits just rescheduling from your end even after state escalation no response. Failed mechanism

    @JioCare 2/2 keep asking, "What's the issue?" I want to buy a new remote. Isn't that sufficient? Can't you simply provide a platform where I can buy an original STB remote?

    @JioCare No one came they just closed it on their own your technician blocked my number after not picking up first few times if this is what the service is i dont know what to do after closing same outage message comes as a reason given by him @JioCare i am done emotionally with you lot🥲
