  @JioCare I am canceling without using properly and after paying 4 months money in advance which your customer care team arrogantly said they won't return. So my money is also lost and didn't availed proper service.

  @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio I paid for JioAirFiber and a technician visited my home for installation. He confirmed that installation was not possible due to signal and connection feasibility issues. I immediately requested cancellation and a refund. Despite this, my refund is still pending. Your local executive K Siva is now saying that I will only receive a voucher instead of my money. I do not accept a voucher and want the amount refunded to my original payment method. More concerning, my Jio order status shows Installation and Activation completed even though the service was never installed at my home. I have raised this with the local executive and his manager but received no proper response. Please investigate this issue and process my refund urgently.

  @reliancejio @JioCare Worst experience with JioFiber. Raised a no-network complaint on Sunday, and it’s Monday with no resolution. The technician is not answering my calls and keeps cutting them. Customer care keeps saying case is “high priority,” Very disappointing service.
