    What’s the point of asking customers to DM details when nobody even bothers to reply there? Fiber support is completely useless, only scripted responses in public and zero actual resolution in DMs. Pathetic customer service. @reliancejio @JioCare #JioFiber #Ambani #Reliance

    Two days ago @JioCare said the issue was escalated. Since then: silence. No call, no visit, no fix. At this point it feels like customers are just being stalled instead of helped. Resolve SR0000357VZH or at least be honest about the delay.

    @JioCare @reliancejio what a poor service,, since morning 6am Jio fiber service has been interrupted disturbed in my Area locality, still no complaint has been processed or registered.. What a poor service help from Jio is this

    @JioCare @reliancejio JIO IS BECOMING ANOTHER MTNL WHICH HAD TO CLOSE DOWN BECAUSE A LINE MAN WILL DO YOUR WORK ONLY IF HE IS TIPPED. I AM PAYING RS 800 EVERY MONTH FOR JIO FIBRE WHILE HALF DE TIME IT DOESNT WORK AS THERE IS NO INTERNET OR THERE R ERRORS.CUST CARE DONT CARE?

    This is negligence now, not just a “temporary issue.” No stable network, no proper support, and no accountability even after repeated complaints. Still charging customers full recharge amounts for broken service. NCH Complaint No: 9269047 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Look, I already shared all the details in DM long back, but there’s still no proper response from your side. While making the payment, your sales team was calling me 10 times, but now when I need support, the same person is cutting my calls.

    @JioCare After tremendous follow-up and relentless efforts from my side, I have finally received the amount. Frankly, I believe that without escalating the matter aggressively, this refund would never have been processed. Nevertheless, thank you for refunding my money.
