    I am extremely disappointed with the poor and delayed service I have been receiving. This level of negligence is unacceptable from a company of your scale. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, there has been no proper response or timely action from your side. @JioCare

    @himanshu_17_10 @JioCare @jio_fiber Brother, Jio's service is absolutely terrible. I recharged my plan eight months ago, but the internet simply doesn't work. You should not get a connection.

    @JioCare Hi Tanya, soon doesn't define a timeline. There are TATs that need to be maintained. With such generic language it doesn't give confidence to the customers. Define a resolution timeline and stick to it rather than moving the appointments ahead everytime.
