    Applied twice for Jio Fiber installation,but both times my request was cancelled. Engineer calls, confirms location, then asks for OTP after explaining plans.When I refuse to share OTP on call, they cancel my request. This is unacceptable n unprofessional. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @sansbarrier My dad used the same SIM for 8 years and faced the same slow speed problem recently. The service has become much worse now. I asked him to switch to @reliancejio , It works well even in villages where other networks fail. You should give Jio a try once.

    @JioCare I already gave the solution to your problem that there is a connection in the same place which needs to be relocated and it is installed in my own building and right now its not in working condition but your staff was not ready to listen.
