    @JioCare Another reschedule - INSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number NO0000J7TKF6 is scheduled on 21-11-2021 : 13:45:00. 19 days we are asking to install a broadband connection Don't need Jio .. cancel my order , return my money

    @JioCare Same typical behaviour. Asked for my registered mobile number and service id and not replying now. Too mean behaviour from @JioCare . Who shall pay for my two days recharge loss?? Take any action soon or I will go for a legal action. #RelianceJioIsWorst

    @JioCare since yesterday I am not able to connect to internet from jiofi . At same location it is working fine from mobile. There is no proper customer care support to understand and fix the issue. Such a pathetic customer care from jio didn't expect this.

    @ACTFibernet My internet goes off with power. When I raise tickets for this, they tell me that they'll close ticket but work on it later but after closing the ticket, they never respond. If this continues,I've no option other than switching to @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @JioCare Well I am still waiting from someone from jio to contact me it will be nearly a month since I have raise my complaint no one from jio has been in touch so far I really don't understand how hard it is for jio to reactivate my number please what Iam asking you @reliancejio @JioCare
