    @kkhushal9 I have been using it for long. Paying them hell of money but used less. There bluffer as they never roll back the data if not used. They give to other by changing IP address that’s how @reliancejio never give permanent IP address to customers.?

    @reliancejio I want to convert my prepaid number to postpaid plus and want to know more about the Rs.1499 plan. But your Jio Store people are stupid. Have no knowledge about the plan. Nor your website clearly mentions the plan in detail.

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is absolutely Pathetic. The customer care is pointless. JioFiber wifi is not working since 9th of December 2020. Its 16th December, 2020 today, i have called the Customer Care 3 times now and theres no response. Haven’t seen a single person yet to check
