    @reliancejio My father had a Jio Postpaid Number. Unfortunately he passed away earlier this year. I want to continue the number by transferring it to my name. Could you please help ?? Nearest Jio Centre was clueless and denied my request. Don't know what to tell them.

    @TRAI @JioCare Jio is giving 0.00kbps speed for its 4G network. Prepaid customers are being fooled by Jio. If you can't provide the service stop taking prepaid recharge.

    @JioCare And what happens by raising service request? Let me tell you an open secret which everyone knows except you @jiofibre , the service request raised by you to fool the customers is automatically closed without doing anything.....it has already hpnd ...find something new....

    @reliancejio Why cant recharge JIO high speed deta voucher of Rs. 25 from retail counter While my existing plan active till 14th January 2022!!!!! What type of service is this????

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice I disconnected my Jio Fiber connection within a month of 30 Days Free Trial but I only got Rs500 as a refund. costumer care excutive said that the remaining amout will be refunded after some days but still I didn't get the refund. Service Id - SR000017I1H0
