    No one replies to customer care email, no human help in your MyJio app. All in all @reliancejio is a scam to users , need to search for better providers. I think I will give @airtelindia Fiber a try and throw this junk of JioFiber in garbage.

    @JioCare Jio customer care harassing by not coming to pick up router for deactivated fiber. Have called everyday for a week, they resolve service request without coming. Frustrated at pathetic service and wasting my time everyday and falsely confirming pick up slot.

    @JioCare It’s very difficult to wait for your engineer everyday. It’s been a no-show every single time. I need to work and I can’t work without internet. You guys have been turning a deaf ear all this while. These template responses are useless if you don’t solve the issue at hand.

    Hi @JioCare it's really irritating to press remote key in every 8 minutes on Jio Fibre setup box, when watching any movie etc..... There is no need of this feature... Please help #jiofibre #jiocare

    Hi @airtelindia, @JioCare from the last year I constantly contact your service provider for broadband. But they gave me excuses every time. Sir,we are working and after one-month broadband service will start in your area. At least 50 people are interested in my area for broadband

    Lately, the @reliancejio network has become worst. Internet connectivity is horrible. Don't know what I pay for @RelianceJioCare #vodafoneindia has surpassed @airtelindia for being worst connection.
