@reliancejio ,@JioCare I am a postpaid cust. of JIO. My bills are auto debited from my CC. Still JIO blocked my outgoing calls and data for 2 days stating non payment of bill. There was no solution avail at CC and jio store. Now I want to port out N u are not allowing that also.

@JioCare @reliancejio My senior citizen father applied for a second jio fiber connection Order Number NO0000HJ4L9M on June 6. The installation timings have been changed 6 times. Very poor service to onboard. The sales guy refuses to take my call. 4 days and no assurance. TERRIBL

I mistakenly recharged to a wrong number the amount was 555 and the number is 8638510610..i tried to contact that number i recharged mistakenly but the number i switched please help me..the actual number is 8638510910...how i can reverse the recharge? Help me please @JioCare

@JioCare None of your engineer or anyone from your team contacted me at its 5.30 but the visit was scheduled at 3 pm. What the hell is going on? If you guys can't provide real support instead of just giving assurance, let me know I'll simply cut the wires and throw the device in dustbin
