Have said it earlier too. Now reiterating, @reliancejio's service sucks. It's such a pain using its data service every time. And when it comes to recharge they start bugging you a week before validity ends. Awful!

Their 4G internet service is worse than 2G but they’ll provide 100 times faster internet service than the 4G by 2024. @airtelindia @reliancejio

@JioCare can anyone look into service request SR00001EHWK3? It was supposed to be resolved by 3pm but nothing happened and your call center has no clue on what's going on. It's a shame that I'll be surrendering my connection due to this experience.
