@reliancejio Hi team.. i have raised a complaint regarding my TSB few days back and after so much followup it didn't get resolve.. in every call i get the new date and time to visit but no one is visiting..i am surprised with this service from JIO as this is a leading company..

@cm43525 @reliancejio Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. More than 1 month, no refund! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @Airtel_Presence
