@JioCare Absolutely horrible service from Fibre. Contact us on website doesn't work. E-mail gets autogenerated replies. WhatApp chat doesn't work because I don't have a Jio number. Calling helpine doesn't work & they can't find my account altogether. How is Jio even a company?!

@reliancejio @narendramodi I live abroad, and I want to have good connectivity to talk to my elderly parents. But in my village, we don't have proper 3G connectivity, good signal to talk on, or broadband. A Jio 4G tower has been positioned in my village but no luck. Can you help?
