    @JioCare am presently using @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia they have worst customer service. Am interested in jio but my friends told your net speed is slow in my place 503246.

    @JioCare @Rishabh_6446 I am from Rampar(Abdasa) Taluka: Abdasa, Dist. :Kutch. Over the 1.5 year, we facing the too slow internet problem here, we complaint so many times in jio customer care but they are still not solving our issues, sometimes they were very rudely behave with us.

    @reliancejio Converted to prepaid from postpaid in November 2020. Jio hasn't refunded any security deposit until end of January, while they charge a ton for late payments, didn't compensate a penny for their late. Still struggling for partial refund, jio service don't even reply.
