    @iamkrwagle @JioCare @reliancejio In my campus Jio is not working since morning and even it's not given sufficient speed. Please look into it. As you you know what's even worse than no internet, slow internet. Expecting your reply.

    @JioCare Till now I haven't received any feasible solution from Jio except for "we are trying our best to resolve the issue" type of assurances. As I mentioned earlier, if I dont get any solution till Today 5pm (5th Feb), I will cancel my connection request.

    @NaveenNnc @JioCare @reliancejio Hard Luck. If the company was good, their technical team will damage your patience. Customer support was top notch but they have some limits, they can't push your ticket further.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Want to buy a JioFi and it's been 6 months & and I didn't get any positive response from other side. Customer Executive denied its discontinuity and JioCentres only gives hope. If it is discontinued then please tell us so that we can look for alternatives.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare !! My international roaming plan is not working and I am not getting any signals. Already recharged 2 times with IR plans and a top up plan. I have contacted customer care numerous times and also have sent emails for which there is no response.

    @JioCare All the settings are as u had asked for but still I am facing the issue, from last few years I am Getting the same response that you people are working on improving the network in my area due to inadequate network. Why dony you stop selling the sim to people in my area until 1/2

    @JioCare Are you telling me that the said details have not been captured in the complaint i raised? How have you closed the request then? Seems like these are just standard replies which are given to innocent customers who raise the request
