    @JioCare In my campus Jio is not working since morning and even it's not given sufficient speed. Please look into it. As you you know what's even worse than no internet, slow internet. Expecting your reply.

    @reliancejio i have called the customer service 38 times but they didn't respond, my fiber optic cabel has been broken and the mechanics are saying they can't repair it only the person who had made the connection only he is responsible.

    @JioCare Sir, I'm a retailer of Jio in Saharanpur UP my retailer ID is 0684770985, Jio pos plus version1.0.7not login in my Redmi Mi ph. old version was worked properly. I have complaint many time since 29th April, but very sad; any SM, TSM not solved my problem. Sir Plz help me

    @JioCare Poor and irresponsible customer service. Request was closed again without resolution to show fake good SLAs. Resolved the issue on its own using google. @Airtel_Presence was best as they dedicatedly work and resolve the issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @AmbaniTina Reliance Jio does it again. They send me a DM saying I requested for the continuation of service. While they r sending me SMS for pick up of my device and cancellation of account. Varun from Jio calls me and tells me that refund will be processed
