@iamkrwagle @JioCare @reliancejio In my campus Jio is not working since morning and even it's not given sufficient speed. Please look into it. As you you know what's even worse than no internet, slow internet. Expecting your reply.

@JioCare has the worst customer care team, They have not resolved my issues even after 1 month, after talking with 5+ customer care agents, all are saying diff things and they even don't know what they are saying. One disconnected the chat in middle, They don't reply in emails

@JioCare I actually raised complaint on 14th Sept for which different number was given. Are you asking time by raising new complaint numbers dverytime customers call?
