    @JioCare In my campus Jio is not working since morning and even it's not given sufficient speed. Please look into it. As you you know what's even worse than no internet, slow internet. Expecting your reply.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Very disappointed with the customer care and support team of jio. As per call from jio team, upgraded mu old jio fiber connection to new 5G fiber enabled connection however facing issue in wifi calling through mobile. Have raised this but no reply from jio

    @reliancejio 3days since my sis landed in Dubai, and is without connectivity. Visited Sultanpur outlet b4 departure for continued services in Dubai. After recharge, ensured her services will prevail in Dubai. @JioCare didn't help while a lady is STUCK in Dubai without any connectivity. #Shame

    @reliancejio Hello Team Jio, I am , user of Jio fiber Internet from rohtak. I am disappointed with the behavior of Mr Sumit from Jio Rohtak office. Instead of helping me, he told me to end the jio service. Which is certainly not appreciable.@reliancegroup @reliancejio

    Hi @ViCustomerCare, I am just 200+KM away from Bangalore and your network doesn't work! Is this a joke? You say super 4G connection and we are being stupid paying for RED Plan. Here @reliancejio's 100Rs plan is working on 4G. Really bad @ViCustomerCare, looking for a solution.
