@iamkrwagle @JioCare @reliancejio In my campus Jio is not working since morning and even it's not given sufficient speed. Please look into it. As you you know what's even worse than no internet, slow internet. Expecting your reply.

@JioCare His 1st visit was on 01-07-2022 10:00 AM. He was informed about issue same day at 5:00 PM but he didn't come. Since then I'm trying to connect with him. I believe I've shared enough details with you. Please resolve the issue.

@JioCare @reliancejio i switched from prepaid to postpaid jiofiber connection. Booking done 3 days ago but not installed yet. Internet service is down since yesterday now and i am just chasing engineer and supervisor but no luck. Giving nonsense excuses, issue not resolved yet

@JioCare Worst service of JioFiber in Bangalore area. From 5 days no resolution of internet not working. All you will do to call your helpline number and email id and will be assured resolution in 24 hours. People are unprofessional on your helpline number too. Switching 2 Airtel
