    @JioCare In my campus Jio is not working since morning and even it's not given sufficient speed. Please look into it. As you you know what's even worse than no internet, slow internet. Expecting your reply.

    Activated long-term Jio plan with 1-year Gemini Advanced offer. Subscription cancelled automatically due to a technical glitch. Both Jio & Google support failed to resolve this. Need higher-level technical team intervention @JioCare @GoogleAI @GeminiApp

    Dear @JioCare, my internet service has been down since yesterday. I raised SR SR00003CI8AV on 28 Jul, but the issue is still unresolved. app only shows “Home visit scheduled” and “We regret the delay” without any resolution. This is causing serious inconvenience. Plz prioritize

    @JioCare how to cancel internet connection. Your IVRS doesn't have any such option. Your app also doesn't have any such option. On call you keep on booking service engineer visit, which is not at all required. Reply fast, as I have to switch soon.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @RelianceJio I must have missed the invisible technician who "resolved" SR00003BL9CF, SR00003C2FWZ, and SR00003BD23J. Zero calls to my numbers, zero internet. Phenomenal customer service!
