    @JioCare i pay for a 150mbps plan but get only 20mbps speed that drops frequently disrupting my work. Can you please address the issue? Will upgrading router solve the issue?

    @JioCare @JioCare but she refused for any immediate help and asking 180 days.for resolution. But I can't waiT anymore. This is my previous complain no. Which is not settled yet.MR0000VB22MQ. If you are also not able to do anything pls let me know. I will port to other network

    The arrogance of @reliancejio is, you can't even contact with officials or customer care. There IVRS system doesn't allow to do so. Once you choose to port out then they consider and call. That's totally insane.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your broadband technician came to my house without mask. And when I'd asked them to put a mask, they left the house saying we will come later. Can you please escalate this issue to the highest level and provide the resolution for this!!!

    @JioCare As always 1c again as expected,vry poor customer response & post sales services exprncd by Jio #JioFiber Sales team took full payment 3 days bak & after that no response, I have made 100's of calls 2 al. Customer care no. is der but connects nowhere #PatheticJioServices

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have registered for Auto debit at the time of taking service. but however now the auto debit is not happening which has led to payment accumulation & charges. who will bear the charges here? i will not pay for the charges. your call centre is pathetic

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioGigaFibre our jio giga fiber is down from last thrusday. SR000016SDG1 logged on 23 sep but till time not resolved only fake commitment given by all jio team... verywrost service.... kindly solve this issue. contact no. 9352422555
