And he is saying continuously that the installation can't be done today if we do not agree for wire to be joined!! Why do I use joint wires? There will surely be connectivity issues. Tell ur guys to be professional else there are enough players in market. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Yes, the team came and said they don’t have adequate tools to finish the job. How can someone assign an installation team without tools? The sales person seems to have his phone switched off conveniently!! So no way one can complain. Can I cancel the order with full refund?

@JioCare Sir My mobile having no coverage for the last one month. It seems its tower issue. Many in my building with jio having same issue. It was good for the last 2 years. Now Signal strength -124dbm24asu at my registered adress gandinagar adyar chennai 600020 dead zone area

@JioCare it’s unfortunate that you take over 4 days to resolve an issue. The customer support is horrible, the technicians do not show up.
