  @JioCare whats the problem with your airfibre that no government sites are operable on it each time i have to lodge a complaint and turn off my router for 8hours to be able to access them is there such a ritual or something as i have lodged the issue n number of times but still

  @JioCare It's been over 20 days. I've already shared all the required details via DM, yet there's no update. Jio True 5G in Arjunpur, Varanasi (221403) is still extremely slow. Please provide a real resolution instead of keeping the complaint pending.

  @JioCare Has some of the most nice and cordial engineers working for them. Today I was on bed rest as came from Doctor who diagnosed a serious disease and possible hospitalisation. Net was not working. The engineer came and automatically fixed my net, took the code and left. The epitome of professionalism.

  @reliancejio @JioCare WORST NETWORK. After using vi for 8 years I ported to Jio postpaid with family plan but there’s so much of network problem. Just 2 lines in the network column and I’m already frustrated. Please improve your network and help me with what is to be done!
