    @JioCare Such bad service @JioCare. Your customer representative said “We have put your request on Priority service and today by 8, we will fix your internet issue” It’s 7 30 now, and yet no technician has been assigned. Such liars. I urge everyone to please not avail JioFiber.

    @JioCare WTH is this, Seriously? Another “Green LED” reply? My router has been GREEN the whole time and internet works perfectly. My issue is JioJoin calling on JioFiber, not an outage. Stop sending copy-paste replies and actually check the problem. Very frustrating support experience.

    I would like to report a network issue with @JioCare While talking on calls, the other person’s voice suddenly disappears, and sometimes the conversation breaks or comes in fragments. This problem happens frequently and makes it difficult to communicate properly.😒

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice This is absolutely unacceptable! Jio AirFiber has been a complete failure – constant network drops, unstable internet, and no proper support. Paying customers are being taken for granted.

    @JioCare This are typical DRAMABAAZI on every single day.. For one Sim delivery that I already Paid upfront and I have to beg around on Twitter for follow-ups. Why can’t @JioCare figure this out since 7 days and even not a single call to provided alternate number to apprise customer.
