  @JioCare Pathetic service from Reliance Jio in my area. Constant network issues and poor connectivity for weeks now. Service request: SR000036CK89. Still no proper resolution. Extremely disappointing.

  @JioCare It's been a weeks now they are not registering complaint nor providing solutions. Not able to use internet, affecting my work. Totally pathetic service by @JioCare @reliancejio . Now time to use another service for better experience.

  @JioCare My Jio AirFiber has been down for 7 days. Multiple complaints and engineer visits, yet no resolution. Diagnostics shows “Outside home connectivity outage detected.” Extremely poor service. Fix this urgently or I will switch to another provider. SR No: SR0000368ESZ

  @JioCare My JioAirFiber speed issue is still unresolved, yet complaint SR000036CY75 was closed without my confirmation or actual resolution. Immediate escalation to senior technical and nodal team is required, else I will proceed with TRAI and consumer forum complaint.

  There is no Help Desk for Consumers in #Tatmil Branch in #Kanpur @JioCare . No one is there to take complaints @reliancejio A Consumer is not able to use internet from four days still no one is here to responce. @_MukeshAmbani So called Manager of this branch is still busy.
