  @reliancejio sharing worst experience I had with JIO regarding internet connection. After complaint and reminders there on nothing happened. I suffered as I couldn’t work from home on 1st sept and there is no hope of resolution on next day too.

  The actual Scam is that i am using this Wifi from past 1.5 years with 30mbps speed and speed was fine and i never had any problem. But after giving those scammers @JioCare 10000 rupees. I am having trouble. Shame on you Guys🙏🏻

  Hello, Big Mouth Broadband Operator @reliancejio For a company that talks so loudly about its network, this is an embarrassing level of service. The connectivity in Chaubeypur, Varanasi has been so pathetic for the last 15 days that you’re actually making BSNL look impressive. Local merchants are already discussing porting their Jio numbers. To make matters worse, even the JioFiber connection installed at my residence is down. 15 days of poor connectivity is not a “technical issue”. It is a failure of service. So, @reliancejio, what do you suggest? Should we stop wasting our time and port out?

  The dumbest network in Karjat Neral area of Raigad district is none other than @JioCare . Thanks @reliancejio to gave good taste of gprs Era in the name of 5g network. first of all please don't call service team to not port out, then give fake promises for resolve prblm. shame

  @JioCare Long time user of Jio. My esim needs to be reverified but i am facing issues in MyJio app. An error keeps popping up. I am outside India and not able to connect to customer care. My esim also does not have the network coverage anymore. Can anyone help?

  I've been calling customer care for 15 days, but I haven't heard back yet. Jio's service is terrible. The network is rubbish. The internet hasn't been working for 15 days.He says on X to send a private message, but there is no response.@JioCare @reliancejio
