    @JioCare worst customer support. I’ve been facing a complete internet outage with JioFiber since 14th April. What’s worse is that your technician is marking tickets “on hold” without my consent, instead of fixing the problem. This s highly unprofessional nd extremely frustrating

    @JioCare I opted for jio fiber last week. Dealing with de local guy was quite unpleasant. Asked me to call the nxt day morning for installation as usual didnt attend the call for 2 days. Called Jio customer care and share those details. Within 1hr router installed up n running!

    @reliancejio Hi Jio, I have JIO towers on my building and it's been Months i haven't got the rent payment. So yesterday I contacted one of your executives for payment reminders but he failed to answer questions and he said he can't help me in the payment process.
