This has been happening since Saturday, when I raised the request. Is this how @JioCare and @reliancejio resolve customer issues?

Today one engineer blamed the box, another said it's fine. My SR SR00003BONU9 is now on hold with no owner. Is this the service Jio stands for? @reliancejio @JioCare @AkashAmbani
