    @reliancejio very bad experience. I can't contact any customer care executive. #JioFiber the Jio Fibre booked on 13 Nov, still pending, only getting msg "rescheduled at your request" without any requests. Service engineer compelling to rebook through him only then he will install

    @JioCare sir, Very Disappointed for 2 days no internet connection for past 2 days in our office our business are hold withour internet the customer care executive not taken the complaint for resume the service. please take immediate action and resume the service immediately

    @JioCare Karan hope you understand importance of time. When appointment was scheduled at 11am , accordingly I postponed my meeting in second half. Than it’s got rescheduled twice due to which whole day I can’t go out for work. Is this how customer time is valued.

    @JioCare @reliancejio With this kind of customer service,JIO is not gonna survive till end of 2022, Another service provider with better customer service will take over the market
