@JioCare What about the compensation part. 27th to 29th May ur services were completely down. Why not the existing validity of the aggrieved customers be extended for at least 3 days.. ?? @TRAI

@airtelindia @reliancejio Free Tughlaqi advise... Start time based DND service for voice calls. Will immensely help the customers not wanting to be disturbed during certain hours without having to go offline. Emergency callers can pass through by opting for higher calling rates.

1 week remaining of 150 Mbps jio fiber plan, upgraded & activated 300 Mbps plan.. same speed & everything, No change in service! Is it a fraud plan? @reliancejio @reliancegroup Also, refund the amount, will continue with 150 Mbps plan.

@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Please be informed that I have reached out to you here for a solution. Didn't want you to re-iterate what Mr.Jaineesh have informed..!! Also, I don't get why do you hide/erase invoice history or recharge history from the application.
