@reliancejio I took subscription of Jio Rs. 2999 plan which had Disney+hotstar, but today when the plan was activated I have not received the one year subscription of Disney+hotstar. Backend team are deliberately disconnecting my call when I raise the issue. I need resolution

@JioCare #jiocare @reliancejio Since one month am facing internet issues in my location pincode 560042. I have called jio customer care multiple times but my issue is not yet resolved. I think your employees are least bother about customer service satisfaction.

What is wrong with @JioCare ..why are u harassing me calling me daily .whenever i want to recharge, i will recharge. Your person call me and tell me rudely, if u don’t recharge we will deactivate your number. is this the way to talk with the customer ?
