  @JioCare @JioCare You’ve had 60+ hours to “check what is causing it,” yet I still have no internet and no clear explanation/restoration time. Stop giving generic assurances. Tell me what the issue is? when it will be fixed? and what compensation you will provide for this prolonged outage.
