    @reliancejio @JioCare If your services are not working what's the timeline to fix that 10-15 years ? If we try to contact customer support they don't pickup calls and mail they also don't respond back. As per automated response because of heavy rain service is disrupted.

    @JioCare I called those who have faced the same problem and not gotten the refund to come forward and make it viral so as it reaches to the highest level from where at least they work on customer service properly

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare. My JioFiber connection remains down for 2–3 days almost every month. Paying for uninterrupted service but receiving frequent outages and no lasting fix. Please address this recurring issue immediately. #JioFiber #CustomerService

    Worst ever service by @airtelindia in and around Nirjuli, Arunachal Pradesh. Lodged multiple complaints for the same issues (call drop,call muted or one way audio) but they seldom get solved. I reckon it's time to port out to @reliancejio for good.
