    @JioCare @JioCare reschedule the service at their own will and wish since 24hours our wifi is down only automated responses on app and calls. Pathetic service by jio .. #jiosucks

    @JioCare Another 2 weeks have passed and still no resolution. I suggest you refund me the security deposit. I learn that you are not taking security deposit in respect of new connections .

    सर्विस रिक्वेस्ट नंबर SR00003F42N1 Made this complaint yesterday service engineer was supposed to come between 6 pm to 7pm Then it was rescheduled to 1 pm to 2 pm today but didn't arrived. Why there is always delay and always reschedule in service . @JioCare

    @JioCare Please escalate this issue immediately and arrange a technician visit. I need a permanent solution, not a temporary fix. Kindly respond and resolve this urgently.

    @sharma_suraj_96 @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio Don't recommend anyone vi The service is really worst, they never answer properly and they keep talking for long on calls even when we don't have time. Or rude too.

    @JioCare How many times have I told u ppl on call as well as here, that Internet goes blank after evry 10 mins. Ask ur employees Rupali, Gaurav who claimed to fix ths in 15 mins 3 days b4 nd one more who cut the call after telling me to wait. Hw mny tyms donI hv to shame u on this platfrm

    @JioCare Its been resolved but why after every complaint there was reschedule and delay..i am noticing this past 1 year.. Never ever on time
