    Very poor service from @reliancejio @JioCare for #jiofibre Our internet has been down for 3 months, we recharged it to get it repaired but it seems we are donating money. Field team told there is some issue with the box and OEM to come and repair. But no update after that.

    @JioCare Trouble shoot ?? Troubleshoot what? I Asked a question ? Simple . Answer that and it’s done … Prepaid user - pay as you go international roaming is activate on my number or not ? When will I get SMS . ?

    @JioCare This I have already told you guys is #useless as it never gives you option to activate roaming without any pack… someone from you support team told that you can have roaming without any pack( standard pay as you go ) , but it also needs activation . She activated it but no sms!

    @JioCare my router doesn't broadcast 2.4 ghz SSID.I have even did hard reset, however the problem still persists. Hence kindly replace the router on priority basis.

    @JioCare third class company full of incapable people. Could not resolve a simple issue. Internet is still down while the recharge meter is on. Feels like maine ambani ko bheekh mein paise dediye hain recharge ke.

    @reliancejio I am from a backward village of Lakhimpur district, Assam. My village (80 No Grant Solmari) is in the bank of River Dikrong. There is a severe network issue. Even we can't make a phone call. We have make a lot of complaints but no one has approached with a solution
