@JioCare @reliancejio Jio hacks your account and charge for it. Same thing happened with me. I got charged for Netflix subscription in my mobile bill. I contacted Jio care for explanation they told me to contact Netflix support we cant help you in this, even though they charged.

Its been More an 20 days i clicked Interested button But i think @reliancejio @JioCare is not interested in Providing me Acesss To their So called " true 5G" Network. I do have 5G handset with update and 5G coverage too. My friends enjoying and I’m still waiting 😞 #JioTrue5G

You can spend billions on making a good infra and all but it all boils down to zero if u don't gve a hoot to customer issues and rely too much on AI.. @JioCare is a great example of such a company... As long as it's working u hve a great experience but fos forbid u hve a issue

@JioCare I m very disappointed from jio network service in my area Pin 325223, vill. narayanpura, post office kanotiya, tehsil atru, district baran Raj. I had complained many times. Despite tower being available 500 meters away from my house, the signal does not come here.

@reliancejio @GoogleIndia I called at jio complaint helpline 198, they told me there is no one senior to him except mukesh Ambani @TRAI . They suddenly deactivated a jio no. after 3 yrs without any notice and deadline. What a monopoly.
