    @JioCare jio is such useless sim that when I asked to raise ticket regarding network problem my area Customer care guys asking all details then they also need details of number person what I dialled, this is serious privacy issue @reliancejio Pathetic service useless.

    @JioCare we have MANY problem. i have not upload video or photo at what's up. no connect YouTube. or all Google side. not upload facebook. MANY issues. My address is. shri subhashri angan.2nd floor, B wing.flat 203,Ambegav Pathar, near ARYAN complex,pune 411046.always lower server.

    @JioCare I have a corporate connection. Want to retain the same number. Visited Jio Centre at Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. However was told by security guard that no staff is available due to Work From Home. Kindly guide & help.

    @JioCare In my area internet connectivity issue for mobile and dongle from 2 months. I have called yesterday evening to customer care the guys(Sharma) said, issue will resolve next 4 hours... But still facing issue for internet.

    @JioCare My family's jio connection no 9137278388. Recharged on 09/11/20 with 555/-. 3000 mins call to non jio nos. From 10/11/20 itself facility stopped and customer care advising to recharge again. No resolution despite repeated call. Very pathetic condition.

    @reliancejio there is no network in this area. Where as @airtelindia is having full network as well as internet speed.from last three days I'm in Pune , kesnand and facing this issue

    @JioCare very poor mobile network. Paid for 4G, but speed is of 2G. No solution provided by customer care. Area - Kesnand road, Wagholi, Pune It is now almost 2 weeks..

    @reliancejio you'll have the most ridiculous internet speed..I stay at undri pune area and finally I am giving up on your network and going back to VI ...our jobs at stake for using your internet..my dongle, and other 3 numbers r out of jio..go to hell!😡

    @JioCare @reliancejio #MukeshAmbani Are big CHOR they arey growing high by doing all the possible ****'s with customers. I recharged for My Number and got error of Transaction Failed for 3 attempts and post 2 hrs I got msg stating that I have done recharge for 3 times.

    It feels to good...to be able to tweet using mobile data. Thank you @reliancejio Was an Idea user for years, but have been really struggling with the connectivity issues lately. Everything seems normal after porting to Jio #Jio #Idea
