I got charged for Netflix subscription in my mobile bill. I contacted Jio care for explanation they told me to contact Netflix support we cant help you in this, even though they charged.

I recharged my plan after 2-3 years thinking the service was upgraded but totally disappointed.. once again you fail to satisfy your customers.... lol service 😠 Oh god what a bad idea I got and I recharged.

Just lodge complaint in Cpgrams and they will do it, also they will refund the days you didn’t get internet. Over the last 3 months, my #internet has repeatedly gone down and then started working again automatically without any engineer visit. This suggests that the issue is being handled from the backend I would not recommend #JioFiber to anyone.
