What's wrong with @reliancejio? @JioCare Getting 2kbps even after having a 2GB/Day plan. It sucks. They call it 4G, now talking about 5G. Can we even get 2G?

@JioCare very poor speed in our area. I tried to use troubleshoot on jio app it says 1. change your location. 2. Too many users in your area. (We have 4 sims in our home) We are still unable to serve 4g customer base and talking of fibre and 5g.

@JioCare Called many times your customer care number but gets same reply. Engineer has not visited yet. My office work is hampering but customer care has no concern. Last time in July , Engineer came after 3 days. Indore like big city has such pathetic condition of Jio fiber.
