    @reliancejio @JioCare I believe you don't care about our issue facing since last 9 days in our area. We are going to drop our entire Jio phone connections from our organization. Sorry to say, you are even a poor support system then a low-grade service provider.

    @JioCare @AkashAmbani__ after calling customer care and raising issue to solve network issue several times and not receving and resolution . Final deciding to switch to @VodafoneIN again with my friends are using and getting awesome result thanks @Mukeshambani_1 making fool again

    @suhas_bj @JioCare They said this is a temporary issue and will be fixed in 6/8 months. I was like 🤬 Later I came to know that Ambani has owned a dictionary where meaning of word Temporary is - Lasting for only a limited period of time(and that “limited period of time” should be defined by Jio)😑

    @JioCare As I told you my basic 1.5 data is neither shown in system, in my plans nor is it available after purchasing cricket pack. I understand the methods & manners of Jio customer care, one day a gentleman promises to resolve issue, next day all legible rights of Cust denied.@AurKyaa

    @JioCare @reliancejio do Jio really care for his consumers. I am raising complain for many days to do a single task and you all doing nothing. Have DM all the details if still no solution given have to raise a complain in consumer forum 🙏

    @RutuZala @Idea @reliancejio In my case they don’t even know the problem & hence don’t know the solution too ..!!! Infact they r unable to give rough idea about the time which is require to fix the issue. I asked them multiple tym but as usually no response as such. This is totally unprofessional & unethical

    Hello team @JioCare. There is indoor network issue in Sassoon Hospital, Station Road, Pune. There is no network available for even voice calls. Please improve your network in hospital premises at least.

    @JioCare Have registered a complaint and scheduled engineer visit on 29/08. Without my knowledge you have rescheduled it to 30/08 @ 9.00 AM. And now to 31/08. Is this a customer service or harrasment.

    From last 10 days,there is no proper network of @airtelindia in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand near Baridih. Neither able to make outgoing calls,nor incoming. It is ridiculous. Worst network now. Charges are high,service is worst. Wi-Fi is slow. Good to shift to @reliancejio or any other.

    @JioCare Since you all have decided not resolve my issue and keep dilly dallying, only thing to do- I want to surrender my Jio Fiber connection. Please arrange to discontinue my connection and refund my deposit and also this month's recharge 999 since I couldn't watch otts or anything.

    Never seen a worst service like @reliancejio Fiber. Since last Friday I have connectivity issues and still no ones sent to resolve it🙏🙏🙏 even government service providers are better than these private. Other than that now 5G rights👏👏👏👏 wow
