    @JioCare Dear jio I didn't receive any call or msg regarding my problem from your side till now. Right now I am at Phulera, Jaipur, (Rajasthan) and I am facing the same problem here too. Now I doubt myself, why I went with jio. Pathetic!!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Internet was down 3 days back and some inexperienced guys took more than 6 hours to fix the line.They were not even wearing a Jio t-shirt or I-card. Jio needs to improve their service for catering to a large customer base.

    @JioCare Don't act intelligent I can't sit outside waiting for a good signal all the time. I first accept your signal is weak, I switch to Jio a few days before now going to switching to another network later.

    @JioCare 599 plan upgade to 999 and i am unable to add another circle. Neither Customer care nor retailer explain me that family plan is invalid for other circle. Now i had invested for 9337393063 to postpaid due to insufficient information provided by Jio.

    @JioCare I face a problem during 1 month..when Electricity cut in my area my jio network also gone. It's not only my sim I face this problem multiple sims of my other family members. Please see this problem @reliancejio @JioCare
