    @PranavM44584734 @reliancejio Agreed. Still poor network in many areas. Airtel is pretty much better.

    Jio network services are very very poor at my location. @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Please solve this issue. I having so much issues regarding the network.

    @JioCare Dear jio I didn't receive any call or msg regarding my problem from your side till now. Right now I am at Phulera, Jaipur, (Rajasthan) and I am facing the same problem here too. Now I doubt myself, why I went with jio. Pathetic!!

    @Bharath36502 @GaneshG72853118 @reliancejio Sorry I never got cheated in last 5 years of service. Internet speed might differ place to place and it’s common with other operator. As we are using the service it’s our right to report the fault and get it rectify. As only 4G based network it got best voice clarity throughout.

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst service of yours. Worst network. Can't receive calls n outgoing calls are getting dropped. All calls go mute. Pathetic service @DoT_India please help in this regard n register a legal n formal complaint.

    @JioCare Worst services ever. Very low internet speed in my area. I am unable to take my online classes because of jio slow internet. When I have conversation with customer care they always says that "OUR TECHNICAL TEAM IS WORKING". You fools, where is your technical team.

    @JioCare Jio fiber number 1513552618 service id 299853356614, jio fiber connection terminated, device pickup not happening, team updating status that they could not contact me without making an attempt for the same, please help

    @JioCare Just got to know from your Customer care that ticket has been resolved by backend team without resolving the problem. No communication, No progress is happening . Very poor customer service experience from Jio Fiber. Can someone tell me when will this resolve.
