  @JioCare Dear jio I didn't receive any call or msg regarding my problem from your side till now. Right now I am at Phulera, Jaipur, (Rajasthan) and I am facing the same problem here too. Now I doubt myself, why I went with jio. Pathetic!!

  Horrible service from @reliancejio I have paid for the jio fibre connection on 8 it still not installed. There is no way to reach customer care. The person who came to for verification is not picking up the call @JioFiberVoice @JioCare

  @JioCare 1 call recd at 3.27pm from Jio Fibre. They just asked the problem of connectivity and That's all. Is this the service you are providing to your customers??? And what about your assurance that it will be resolved within 24 hours?

  @JioCare I am extremely aware that I am providing certain private information and I will take down those after the issue has been resolved and so far even after 24 hours I have not got the solution of the issue , this is extremely poor service so far I have received from jio @JioCare
