Right now I am at Phulera, Jaipur, (Rajasthan) and I am facing the same problem here too. Now I doubt myself, why I went with jio. Pathetic!!

Technician broke a wire and demanded money to get new cable, later did not show up. Ticket waiting for 3 days without anyone visiting and getting postponed. 3 days without broadband!
