    @JioCare Dear jio I didn't receive any call or msg regarding my problem from your side till now. Right now I am at Phulera, Jaipur, (Rajasthan) and I am facing the same problem here too. Now I doubt myself, why I went with jio. Pathetic!!

    @JioCare to continue from my earlier tweet, so for my father to go through that hassle is not on at all. They've even said that in solving his issue, they've taken about 1000 INR from his balance. So I need to know who can I speak to make a case about it.

    @reliancejio I am getting call from concern team Mr.mariyappan from Karnataka and he told me my mobile have problems thats why iam facing the issue.brand new mobile rog5 @ASUSIndia and he told the network team have identify my problem without touching my mobile how? @JioCare

    @JioCare @Nimish9 @JioCare I have been asking. Please answer. Why do you ask alternate number from every one? Are you not able to reach them on their Jio number? Asking for alternate number itself is acceptance of poor network!!!

    @DoITCRaj I did not get my refund after 15 days as they promised earier. Now Jio care is asking to wait for another 30 days. Lot of complaints have been logged by many people still no action against them. pls help 🙏 @reliancejio
