    @JioCare Dear jio I didn't receive any call or msg regarding my problem from your side till now. Right now I am at Phulera, Jaipur, (Rajasthan) and I am facing the same problem here too. Now I doubt myself, why I went with jio. Pathetic!!

    Jio network services are very very poor at my location. @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Please solve this issue. I having so much issues regarding the network.

    @PranavM44584734 @reliancejio Agreed. Still poor network in many areas. Airtel is pretty much better.

    @JioCare jiofiber is the worst wifi broadband service available in this country. I am facing issue for past 6 days and even after raising multiple service request and wasting more than 5 hours on customer service call I have not got this issue resolved.

    @JioCare @JioCare 12 calls to customer care. No change to approach. Same answer we will immediately resolve it and get this done. Fake response here that they reach me out as well. Result frustration, anger. Best part they are not even refunding money. Pathetic services

    @naseika @JioCare @reliancejio I never received the service because the technician failed to show up, and they are not returning my money. In your case they will atleast take a decade.

    @reliancejio The jio fiber internet is the worst co and totally unempathatic towards senior citizens. Hv been asking a technician visit for last one month at home of a single 70+ Yr lady who is struggling with wifi, they have still not visited.

    Hello Jio, I'm your customer since long time, My current location is Mahadeva, Siwan, Bihar 841226. I always face slow 5G internet in my areas, 4G internet is good, But 5G internet is very slow. I contact jio customer care but still no solution. Plz help. @reliancejio @JioCare
