@JioCare Dear jio I didn't receive any call or msg regarding my problem from your side till now. Right now I am at Phulera, Jaipur, (Rajasthan) and I am facing the same problem here too. Now I doubt myself, why I went with jio. Pathetic!!

Waiting for more 15 days with more assurance that I will receive the amount. It’s worst work from Jio company. Tell frankly that you guys can’t follow for refund and yes still waiting for customer care call. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

No one is looking on situation properly and customer care is also sleeping on this situation. Shame on the company that you are largest telecom company in India. If you are really worried about the customer care then tell your employee to call me and handle the situation @JioCare
