@JioCare Dear jio I didn't receive any call or msg regarding my problem from your side till now. Right now I am at Phulera, Jaipur, (Rajasthan) and I am facing the same problem here too. Now I doubt myself, why I went with jio. Pathetic!!

I-UW-SMLI-ESC-0063 is a new site launched at my location(village-Mahrampur, district Shamli u.p.) But the day since that site start working , calling issue is not resolved quite call crackels is irritating, whenever we call someone, call does not connect @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Ur executive asked me share the delivery code before coming to my place.with having ur sim I was bit supposed to share the code. so I didn't share.ur executive behaviour was very rude and worst.false info was given to jio office that I didn't liked the plan that's y I didn't took

@airtelindia this is how Airtel wants to grow their customer base. Better is @reliancejio they atleast respond immediately. Very sad to see such approach from your team. Now don’t want to Join Airtel any more.

@JioCare i have 10 jio number in home and I am unable to make calls. Only internet working and facing call end issue after 1 ring. I chat with customer care & your executive told me handset have a software issue. All jio number facing issue but customer care unable to understand.

Recently I have changed from @reliancejio to @airtelindia . I'm very sorry jio,You provide best service to me.And now I'm crying why I changed to airtel.. Worst network ever.I want to go back to Jio.But port to port is 3 months.I want the same number in Jio.Any possibilities?

@JioCare Since a couple of weeks whenever there is a powercut in our area the signal automatically goes down and we're unable to use high speed internet which makes browsing experience from bad to worst. I urge your team look into the matter and address to our problem ASAP.

Worst Jio Fiber service @reliancejio it’s been 2 days since Internet got disconnected, still no action taken against issue. service agent is saying it will take another 2 more days to resolve, for this poor customer service y should I use your service? @JioCare @reliancegroup
