    @JioCare Dear jio I didn't receive any call or msg regarding my problem from your side till now. Right now I am at Phulera, Jaipur, (Rajasthan) and I am facing the same problem here too. Now I doubt myself, why I went with jio. Pathetic!!

    This has affected my daily work and productivity. Even after repeated calls & emails, no permanent fix has been provided No reply of mails and follow ups Requesting immediate escalation and a PERMANENT solution. Temporary fixes not needed Kindly act urgently. #JioFiber #JioCare

    @JioCare SR00002KLV7O raised at 9:50 AM for internet issue. Engineer visit promised 5–6 PM, but no one visited till 7 PM & no update. Multiple calls, only vague responses. Extremely poor service impacting my work. Resolve ASAP #Jio #PoorService

    @JioCare There is no temporary issues , its a permanent issue. Replace tge drop cable . And dont send the same person . Still from 3 days there is no internet.

    @JioCare Facts: Download as low as 2–6 Mbps, upload under 1 Mbps. Ping spikes up to 8989 ms, packet loss recorded. Service collapse across colonies since 28 Feb.
