@JioCare Dear jio I didn't receive any call or msg regarding my problem from your side till now. Right now I am at Phulera, Jaipur, (Rajasthan) and I am facing the same problem here too. Now I doubt myself, why I went with jio. Pathetic!!

Dear @JioCare & @reliancejio, I was using jio sim as well by yesterday but since morning when i switched ON my cell phone it showing "No Simcard", I restarted mobile and reinserted SIM but still facing the same. Please support ASAP.

@reliancejio @JioCare what a wonderful service u have, my Internet is down since yesterday, I raised a complaint, now I receive a call from Jio rep asking me to disconnect my existing connection and pay upfront for installation and security & take up a new connection. Seriously!!

@JioCare The fiber conection that was installed at my place is not stable, 3 months ago the router was replaced by your technician the same problem started happening again, I just need my prblem to be fixed, please send some qualified technician instead of school boys

Why there is jio connectivity when there is no power supply in narayanpur dist jamtara JHARKHAND 815352. DG facilities are shut down and inoperative for uninterrupted joint connectivity.Please take stock of diesel when the power is off. @reliancejio @JioCare @RelianceJio2
