    @JioCare Dear jio I didn't receive any call or msg regarding my problem from your side till now. Right now I am at Phulera, Jaipur, (Rajasthan) and I am facing the same problem here too. Now I doubt myself, why I went with jio. Pathetic!!

    @PranavM44584734 @reliancejio Agreed. Still poor network in many areas. Airtel is pretty much better.

    Jio network services are very very poor at my location. @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Please solve this issue. I having so much issues regarding the network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago Issue has remained unresolved since 7 June. Missed visits, auto-closed tickets, and repeated requests for the same information. I now expect a clear commitment on refund and compensation, not more template replies.

    Sir/Mam I don't have the time to wait more it has already been four days since this problem started. Please refund my money amounted 1200/- and take back your fiber equipment. Your AirFiber service is very poor and very disappointed jio services. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Still no resolution despite raising this issue. The unsafe installation remains unchanged and the device is still at risk of falling. This level of service is unacceptable. Please arrange a proper installation immediately and resolve this without further delay.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare, what am I actually paying for?! Paying for a 100Mbps Jio AirFiber plan but barely getting 10-20 Mbps, sometimes dropping to a pathetic 100Kbps! Been complaining since March 2026 and absolutely ZERO response. WORST network ever. #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare Please help me with what is the status of internet restoration at the site . We are getting unreliable information and no progress .it's 72 hrs outage has happen , not a single correct answer is given to customer .all cooked and false information .
