    @JioCare Dear jio I didn't receive any call or msg regarding my problem from your side till now. Right now I am at Phulera, Jaipur, (Rajasthan) and I am facing the same problem here too. Now I doubt myself, why I went with jio. Pathetic!!

    @JioCare @reliancejio I dont know why Jio customer care agents not understanding the customer's query. Jio agent asked me the full address to check the issue,I asked why it required many times but Jio team not at all reading my query and replying blindly we need full address
