Varsh (@Varshjain_1) reported@Lawyer_Kalpana @JioCare Ported the Jio number finally. Was just waiting for Plan expiry. And luckily there was only one number. However, it will not matter at all to Jio in the most populous corrupt country with only 3 service providers and an inefficient legal system.

A missed installation appointment, no engineer, no communication, and the same template replies for days. This level of customer service is unacceptable

We've never had a day/week or month without connectivity issues!!and the cherry on the top is their incompetent customer support system that will make you a BP patient!!
