    @JioCare Dear jio I didn't receive any call or msg regarding my problem from your side till now. Right now I am at Phulera, Jaipur, (Rajasthan) and I am facing the same problem here too. Now I doubt myself, why I went with jio. Pathetic!!

    Jio network services are very very poor at my location. @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Please solve this issue. I having so much issues regarding the network.

    @reliancejio @jiogames @haptik If someones recharge is due , u guys keep remining him on every call he or she makes atleast for 10-20 seconds in hindi and in english..is this really a need..?? If someone is in emergency , is this acceptable to tolerate this nonsence at that point of time..

    @JioCare @reliancejio used Airtel Vodafone for 7-8 years but never faced anything like this. Unfortunately bill amount was not credited on time and Jio has suspended calling on 7th, due date 5th. See the approach for a cx having 1+ yr vintage with Jio. Poor customer centricity.

    @JioCare really pathetic how long will it take to solve my problem. It's been more than 3 months. No one from you customer case call answers. Do you even realise how stressful it can be.

    @reliancejio I created a mnp request to change from airtel prepaid to jio postpaid. I paid 1299 rupees as deposit. I canceled mnp request before port completion. I still didn't get deposit refund. Mailed your customer care, they created ticket SR000017SRC8, But no action taken.

    @JioCare I'm not worry, don't you be act smart, I told you not to send robotic messages, when ur service come contact, Ive already registered bcoz of that I know abut ur Engg's work. First delivery proper service to ur existing customers or you'll be next @Airtel_Presence.
