What the hell is wrong with Jio network, i am having 5 connection at my home but none of the sim is recieving internet signal, the highest speed is 6kbps, i haven't got any solution from the customer care also, i'll change to Airtel if no solution @JioCare @reliancejio @JioNews

@utsavtechie @JioCare still not getting 5g network in Panchkula, Haryana. Every time they say to dm about issues and everytime we get the same computer generated message. If it's not available in Panchkula then simply remove it from the list of available cities.

Really upset that i have to reach out here. Out of 365 days i pay for fibre it’s down 65 days. The service executive who comes to fix it is not trained at all (even ask for extra cash). Your jio helpline executive just hangs up, when asked for a manager. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare They could have repaired the connection from Kanchan Ganga or put a new cable from Vishal Park, but they do not want to do it as we complained about the additional money taken under service charge. So they purposely disconnected it, engineer give different reasons
