    @reliancejio Repeated complaints, ZERO response. Is this how Jio treats customers? Completely unacceptable service. Fix the issue immediately instead of ignoring customers. Consider this as my closure request from useless provider #Jio

    @JioCare Service Request no SR00003FNBPT JioFiber has been down since 2 PM. Engineer visited but left without fixing it, saying it’ll be fixed tomorrow. Why should my recharge money be wasted? Fix it NOW and compensate me for the downtime.
