    For last 4 days Im calling jio people several times, did whatever they asked me to do, bt unable to relocate my fiber in the same building, what a pathetic service @reliancejio In Guwahati #MukeshAmbani ji u need to improve ur service, its nor free, i pay for it

    @JioCare @reliancejio My jio fibre is still not active almost 40 hrs passed after getting the installation done. I m complaing since the installation done but no positive outcome. Just cheating the customer.

    @ViCustomerCare Your internet speed is very low can't even get messages in whatsapp. Truly this is the last time I have recharged with your company. @JioCare is better than yours in complaint redressal also.

    @JioCare Looks like I do not have feasibility, can you escalate the issue so that we can have JIO Fiber in our society! There are 30-40 people waiting for connection.

    @JioCare Raised a fiber relocation request for change of floor in the same building on 30th noon. doc approved & engineer visit scheduled on 31st 10am. But it keep on rescheduled at least 10 times and it's still pending. Per day charges wasted,no in time service. CO0000J5HCMP

    @reliancejio I am not able to call from my child ac no since i added it in my family plan, it is three week over, I am really disappointed the feedback received from JIO appellate team who is not reading my emails and just keep replying stupid feedbak.

    @JioCare Extremely horrible customer service . I ported my number 9833403653 to add to family plan but it has still not been activated for calls even after 10 days of porting. No call operator answers the call and I am tormented by pre recorded audio sets. Sick.
