  @JioCare @reliancejio I have complaint many times on 198 regarding the internet issue I am facing, and the issue has not been resolved even after that. If I'm not getting any proper resolution on this I believe it's time to change the network provider.

  @JioCare It has now been 2 more days since ur last assurance & there is still no connection.Ur reply itself shows how old ur commitment is. Instead of resolving the issue,ur team keeps changing the service date & giving fresh promises.This is at least the 6th promised resolution date,
