no one has contacted me yet. Only I am getting multiple messages that the appointment time has been rescheduled. I'm really sorry to say that jio has the worst service ever. I'm going ahead and cancelling my jiofiber connection.Thank you for your service. @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

@JioCare I have booked a complaint with @JioCare customer care with the service request number is SR00001BI63K. I have received no update on that and no impact in response or installation. I urge that we be provided with contact details of a sincere and senior POC who has accountability

@pandita_vasu Network services does they really have any such thing! I was frustrated with the services the same way you have been until I switched to @reliancejio I will suggest you to try the same @JioCare takes good care of their customers...

As @JioCare asked me to send mobile no. And jiofibre id in DM .I responded fast and did the same within few minutes . Now let's see at what rate @JioCare @JioFiberVoice will provide us (the customer)the service. Hope this time no excuse will be given .
