    I am talking about customer services. So many people are telling that the executive came took the money and nobody came for installation. I have no problem in booking i just want to be assured that if I book someone will come for installation #JioFiber @JioCare

    @JioCare The network speed is so slow that even a simple Google page load taking time. As you claim fastest 4G network. I am considering for port to other network. so pathetic network 😟😟

    @JioCare Customer care has been giving the standard response that it will be rectified in 7 hrs 40 mins (not sure where they are getting that number from). This is crazy. Can't afford to not have basic connectivity. Be prepared to lose 100+ customers...
