    @jio_fiber @JioCare One of the worst app interface,makes it almost impossible to raise complaint, your chat assistant is as dumb as your associates who do not even understand basic request to raise a ticket for an engineer visit

    Does @reliancejio give its technicians a 'FREE HAND' to hijack any customer's account? It's terrifying that your system allows an RMN change WITHOUT any OTP or permission from the owner. This is a massive security loophole & threat to millions! @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @JioCare No use,As I said earlier we stopped recharge due to not getting internet and your support team has came to our home and asked the money to replace the airfiber due to water damage with new one
