@JioCare These people are fooling me since last 8 months. It was really such an disgusting experience with jio customer care. I have been mentally tortured. I don't know why they are not refunding my money nor updating my bank details.Even I have shared the bank details.

@reliancejio I'm regularly complaining for almost 1.5 Years about the internet issue in my area, a village with the population more than 10000. Why are not fixing the issue? Even students can't study online. Why are you acting so seamless?

@JioCare How can you charge for service that has not been provided? Being prepaid I had paid updront and no service has been provided for almost a month. Will you be ok if 1 month salary is not paid for the work you do?
