    @JioCare @reliancejio I am extremely frustrated with the handling of my Jio AirFiber issue My service has now been down for over 16 hours continuously, and this is after facing repeated daily outages since installation.This is not an isolated incident anymore it become a pattern.

    @JioCare really shame. I posted and replied on post. There is no response. I messaged privately on X still no reply. I tried to connect customer support, can't connect through any means. I responded with the testimony that what is happening still no response. The big shame.

    @Dimensity45 Even I was getting constant download speed of 80 Mbps (actual) last year, but now average 5-8Mbps only. Jio need to address this issue in our area @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare This is unacceptable. Your 5G service on my number is practically unusable. The phone shows full 5G signal, but the internet is extremely slow or doesn't work at all. I've tried every possible troubleshooting step, but nothing has fixed it.@reliancejio #jiotrue5g

    @reliancejio - I have raised a service request to disconnected internet services since. Week. I just get the same message that internet in my area is disrupted and it will be resolved soon. But there is no timeline and no update. No service agent has even visited the premises.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, this is nothing but harassment. You are closing service requests without resolving the issue, and your own customer care team says they have no details of the closed tickets. Is this how Jio handles customer complaints? (Service ID: 778610860366)

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio, Please send a technician to my home to inspect the issue. The service has still not been restored, and remote troubleshooting isn't resolving it. Kindly arrange a technician visit at the earliest.

    Hello @JioCare your airfiber is not working since past 4 days and customer care is not raising a ticket for the same. Everyday they say by end of the day at night 9 it will be resolved. Who will compensate for the loss of 4 days and onwards while I advance paid for 6 months.
