  @JioCare @JioCare I have received your team's response, but the problem remains unchanged. Please let me know when the "No Internet Connection" issue that occurs during the evening and night hours will be resolved. Customers need solutions, not just ticket numbers and standard replies.

  @reliancejio last 6 days facing outage due to power adapter and Unable to submit complaint due to your ivr system. Who will responsible for 6 days outage. Today i call to jio phone and then request to add my complaint eng visit scheduled but no come.

  @PratibhaGalaxy @JioCare @JioCare nowadays basically a scam service. They took the money in advance. After they didn’t install the connection. When you request for cancellation the amount you never get back. Never give any money before service to Jio.

  @JioCare My internet service is stopped since 7th June 2026, evening. I have already raised complaint on 8th June 2026 morning. Request ID is SR00003AJWDD. Yet no response is done till now and the problem is not resolved yet. Kindly resolve ASAP.

  Issue in kazim irfani area too. Frequent call drops and very poor internet speed have been affecting daily work for a long time. We request @JioCare to investigate the network issue and provide a permanent solution as soon as possible. please conduct a proper network survey and install a new tower to provide reliable coverage.

  @JioCare Extremely disappointed with #jiofiber Service. My service requests are being cancelled repeatedly by the assigned technician without resolving the issue. No Proper support despite multiple complaints. Please investigate and resolve this urgently. Service id.2503570956

  My internet has been really bad with the 3-month plan from @JioCare. I can’t even load my posts or scroll through X properly. It’s frustrating to experience this even after paying over ₹600. The service has been very disappointing. Please fix this soon, @JioCare, or I’ll seriously consider switching to Airtel once my current plan expires. To make things worse, the MyJio app doesn’t even provide a proper way to connect with a customer support agent and explain internet issues. I registered a complaint a few days ago, but it now shows as “resolved” even though nothing has been fixed 🤦

  @reliancejio I tried to put my number Airtel to Jio I got request no. NO0001EHS02A. it’s been 4 days sim isn’t delivered After five calls to customer care they finally understood my problem and given me 1 more complaint no. Very poorest service already. I wish now why i did this

  @JioCare very bad service from your side from last 4 days I raised a complaint but no response from your side your customer care representative also telling lie highly disappointed still my problem is not solved
