  @Ajaykumaarji @JioCare Same issue with me . I have tweeted the issue many times and even had a live conversation but they would say "due to various obstacles the network is unable to reach" ..in irl there's not even any obstacles even trees are not that dense.

  @JioCare It's a issue which happens every other week, still jiofiber is not answering why they cannot replace the wire or provide a new connection box as a permanent solution. For the last 3 weeks, every week issue is happening but seems JioFiber team is not interested in resolving it.

  @JioCare I haven’t got any appointment date or time until now, and no one has called. Just after my tweet, 2 service requests were raised, but none appear in the app when I track them. Don’t #scam customers. I don’t want your pathetic services; kindly refund my money in full.

  @JioCare Don’t test your customers’ patience every time. You guys could be the next Dish TV. @TRAI Please instruct service providers to charge customers based on actual service availability, not for days lost due to technical glitches, outages, or delayed resolutions.

  @reliancejio Jio Fiber's service is absolutely terrible. Whenever there is a fault, no engineer shows up despite repeated calls; the customer service staff are also useless—they just disconnect the call when you try to speak to them. This has happened to me multiple times over the past year;
