    @JioCare 6+ months. Voucher Generated ✅ Redeemed ✅ Service Request Created ✅ Installation ❌ Customer Support ❌ Resolution ❌ Still paying ₹599 every month. Is this the level of service Jio provides? @reliancejio

    @JioCare Habiba thank you for the update. It's beyond 2 months we had connected & discussed issue, it's getting tougher, I had disconnected fiber for the reason but due 2 the delay of resolution it has almost defeated the main purpose & caused stressed, pls resolve in 1-2 days 🙏

    @JioCare @reliancejio Paying for 30 Mbps but getting only 3-7 Mbps! Multiple complaints ignored. Engineers loop-reschedule visits, and tickets get closed automatically without any resolution. Fix this scam!🔴 Current Open SR: SR00003BQCJ9

    @JioCare Urgent help needed. Ordered Jio AirFiber 20 days ago (Order ID:NO0001ECJGJ2). Amount is fully paid. Technician missed the installation date 3 times. No one is responding. Please arrange installation or refund immediately. Registered No: 6901557833

    @JioCare New AirFiber (15 Jul) is already a nightmare. Unstable internet, Jio Join not working delayed/rescheduled visits poor support. PIN 735218. Earlier you asked me to DM but there was no real resolution. Same in 5G congestion issue too. Please stop generic replies and fix it
