@JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani. Pathetic &Worst Jio Customer service. Recharged on 30th March no confirmation or refund yet. Fed up of emailing daily to grievance, appellate and jio care but getting useless replies everyday and getting harrased for such small amount.Fed Up.

Does Jio string everyone along when they shift houses and just want to get their fiber connection installed again or is it just me? I have been using it for a year and had no issues till now. Been a month of this nightmare but no use @reliancejio @JioCare

After ordering, the @JioMart app increasing the timeline day by day, and even not getting solution from customer support, they are just saying every day, You will get the order between 9am to 9pm. Very bad experience, I will never use #reliancejio in future.

@JioCare @reliancejio @ConsumerReports It was 13 days over no resolution was given from jio regarding my one bill payment now they are saying amount was credited in my account without taking any bank details from me. If payment done please provide UTR NO / TRANSACTION NO.
