    I live in Wagholi Pune, using @jioPostpaid since last 6 months. But I have a lot of problems with network. Dropped calls, Internet speed is very low. Jio team is requested to improve the network at Wagholi Pune. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio from last one month experience extremely slow internet in jio postpaid. Internet is working well when in a call but other time it's not working. Already complaint to customer service but they keep repeating that it will be fine in 3-4 days.@Airtel_Presence

    @Dchakrabarti08 @JioCare @MadridPreeti Yes ... they need mail.. they don't understand anything unless it comes in mail. Corporate culture... had they understand the situation they should have hand over the telecast right to someone more efficient. I thought they learned it post yesterday's incident. Today same issue.

    @JioCare customer poc spoke to me for an hour explaining how processes are completed and asked me to wait till 21st Nov 4pm. He read all the guidelines and spoke to me in some tone! Guess what? I’m calling Jio at 11:30pm and begging to get this resolved!
