Price Finder (@pricefinder) reported@JioCare Thanks for the reply Smita, but the MyJio app has been stuck on "Assigning an engineer" for hours now. No one has actually been assigned yet. Since it’s a physical wire cut, I need a technician on-site. How much longer will it take just to assign someone to fix this? Please escalate.
