  What an Exceptional Service by Jio Air Fiber Team. Payment done on 27th July, still no one bothers about installation at home. Customer service closed all my tickets with no resolution to achieve the target. Actual customers suffer and brands lose trust @reliancejio @JioCare

  Service has improved, but indoor coverage is still an issue. Earlier I used to get full 4 bars on both 4G & 5G. Now even with power on, indoor signal is only 1-2 bars (it used to drop during power cuts). @JioCare

  @_cpsharma @reliancejio @JioCare They will never come , I am telling you, jio fibre is the worst DTH service provider better you ask for refund , that also they will refuse, you can raise complaint with national consumer forum and switch to tata sky, bit expensive but far better service

  Unacceptable service by @RelianceJio @JioCare! 😡 My JioAirFiber order was marked as "ACTIVATED" today without ANY physical installation or hardware setup at my home in Jaisalmer. Technician calling for OTP without doing the job. Is this how you treat customers @TRAI
