    @JioCare My #JioFiber has been down for 5 days. I have called customer care 20+ times, but no resolution. Service Request SR00003A2DLD still shows "Assigning an Engineer." My wife works from home and is unable to work because of this outage. Please resolve this immediately.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I booked a new JioAirFiber connection, but the assigned installation executive is not responding to my calls or managing the installation. Please resolve this urgently or assign another executive. Very disappointed with the service. #JioAirFiber

    @jio_fiber @JioCare mine issue is not been resolved its been 24 hrs and money is stuck and internet services are pauses also a senior wasted my time and then cutted the call saying he'll check and help but blank nothing happened #jio @JioCare fix this or i gotta take it legally

    @JioCare @reliancejio such pathetic service you have. Since yesterday my internet is down & all you are saying is we will assign an engineer but nothing happens. How much time do you guys take to assign an engineer to rectify a problem?

    I've a pending service request with Jio AirFiber, I directly contacted through the helpline number, but couldn't connect, there is no network issue in our location, but the call automatically gets disconnected saying that network issue. @reliancejio @JioCare
