@reliancejio 'Jio jee bharke' means live life the fullest but I can't even talk with my parents properly how can I live my life fullest. Since 1 year we are facing network issue. I stay away from hometown and used to call my parents but due to low network signal I can't do it.

From last 1 month @reliancejio @JioCare your mobile network especially internet is very bad in my location. You have launched 5G and even 2G is not working properly here. Hope you will improve your service very soon.

I have recently shifted to a new place and everyone is using jio fibre over here as their source of wifi . I was using the same in my old house but over here there is some port issue and hence I'm not able to have any sort of access to the jio wifi @JioCare

@reliancejio It's been so long that we are raising complaint against no proper network to jio customer care.Since it's a student area we are facing many problems not even to connect a call & Internet issue.Hope this problem reache you and sort it as soon as possible.
