    @reliancejio Can we expect at least 1 mbps network speed. I am getting around 50kbps speed. Please improve your network. We also pay you for network but at the end you gave speed to bigger cities not villagers(us).Please do something. Location- parora chhorahi, begusarai bihar

    @JioCare @dsingh_101 Jio is doing superb in terms of providing services and network even during the lockdown.. Kudos to them and Vodafone @VodafoneIN is not even helped me in fixing a Vodafone mifi that I bought as a corporate customer... Stopped working after purchase and they did not help me

    It has been more than a year since I complained but there is no positive result from JIO.The network is very bad. It is not possible to talk properly and the net also does not run, which causes a lot of problems. My address is Badapur kachhawa bazar mirzapur231501.@JioCare

    @JioCare my broadband 03379601701 want to know about setup box pkg & its installation. getting everyday nuisance call to set broadband right but ni one wants to inform me about setup box & tariff. won't renew broadband till setup boss issue is installed after choosing rt tariff.
