    @JioCare It has now been four days since I reported the service outage, yet my issue remains unresolved. What is even more unacceptable is that the assigned person, Mr. Rahul Pandey, advised me to cancel my JioFiber connection instead of resolving the issue. @JioCare @reliancejio

    9 days after payment, @JioCare still failed to install my JioFiber (Order: NO0001ERC87A). Despite repeated follow-ups, no resolution. Now I'm approaching Consumer Protection. Cancel my order and refund ₹2,221.46 immediately. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights

    @reliancejio , my jio fibre connection is not working since last 03 days, inspite of several reminders on jio app and calling on toll free no. Nobody is responding, never thought service of jio would be that poor
