    @JioCare @reliancejio Very poor network connectivity all time. When calling Jio customer care, the call is never connecting.

    @reliancejio You are providing a monthly free trial of 150 Mbps but ..I am getting it till 50 Mbps only ...now I am concerned ...what will happen when I will opt for 30 Mbps . thinking to terminate the the connection

    @JioCare We have been using Jio Fiber for months and so disappointed. We even upgraded the plan to a faster one and the speed and connectivity continued to be poor. Please help resolve this awful service, otherwise I think it's time for us to move to another internet provider.
