    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been a week that I have requested to port my number for postpaid plan,but I received a sms saying your request has been cancelled as I denied to pay SD. So far i haven't received any calls from your end till now. Is this the way how you treat a person?

    @JioCare mistake from jio sale executive why they assured me 101% that connection will be done when you people can't do. Since morning they are telling 10 mins engineer will call will call using my money for 2 days returning back worst services by jio I will never use jio in 2/3

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Netflix activation not happenin. Called cust care, no help. U askin me 2 pay 300 extra for activatin standard plan, but Netflix reduced std. plan by 150 n basic by 300 2dy. I rchrgd 2dy at 1499. Even myjio showin my Netflix sbcrptn at std plan

    @JioCare Is Jio Fiber's engineer not able to solve a problem since last 1 month. Great 👍 Never seen such poor service in my life.

    @JioCare I have raised 4 service requests over last month for the same issue and each of them have been closed without any resolution or visit from technician. Please arrange technician visit asap to resolve my issue. Very disappointed at services and customer care communication
