    @JioCare it has been 15 days and I've not received my refund. Neither you people are replying to my DMs nor my mails. If I don't receive my refund, there is no other way for me than to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum.

    Since yesterday, both internet and calling services on my Jio connection have not been working properly, causing significant disruption to my daily activities and important work.I have already complaint with the Jio Customer Care Centre, but no action has been taken yet .@JioCare
