    @reliancejio @JioCare emailing is off no use as well as everytime u get a auto reply. SR00001A8L5P and others raised as well. But i am still waiting on the refund. Just the worst customer service experience ever.

    @JioCare If you guys really care for a customer then set up a call. I’m not here to wait for solutions on DM’s being sent on Twitter. @JioCare opera rates worse than a local internet service provider. Consider me unsubscribing if I don’t get a solution on call.

    @JioCare I am not expecting for instant solution as your team and company is not capable to give the solution since last 2 years. But dont close the complaint without solution, this is the only expectations from my side.

    @reliancejio as i am looking to change my connection from pospaid to prepaid i called to your customer service atleast 3 times and there words are that I can't change it until I surrender my existing one. I need connection and I can't go a day without internet.
