This is a daily ordeal with a monthly bill of ₹1,060.82. @reliancejio they offer you only 7 days to pay bill for this 5 star service.

Towers should have backup, so why the failure? Repeated complaints, no fix. Customers deserve reliable service or compensation. Urgent action needed.
