    @JioCare How long will it take, already from past 10-12 days I'm suffering indoor coverage issue, give me TAT. As I cannot go ahead with this further, sincerely it's your service problem and ideally it's your responsibility to pay for it. Why pushing consumers to suffer.

    @reliancejio Existing jio fibre customer - relocating to other Colony where FAT is just 150m from house but relocation denied Also ok for fresh connection at location but engineer says not more than 80m allowed. For more length need to pay per meter charger but for whole 150m Loosing customer

    @JioCare I'm facing indoor issue at my residence, where no service appears, outside of residence coverage is there. Did you get the problem. Further I'm using your service from very long time, never experienced this problem earlier. Past 10-12 days having said problem. Did u get now?

    @BSNL_BR One of your subscriber ported to @reliancejio Bihar to Karnataka and his BSNL sim is still on network he can even make call from old BSNL ! Why you haven’t deregistered ported number from your network? Isn’t it a big system failure?

    @reliancejio while writing I have been waiting on call Jio Customer Care 198 since 1hour more & still going on.... Best Service in India.. Most 3rd class service of jio.. Most useless & most 3rd class type Jio customer care executive.. Shame On You.. JIO...

    @JioCare Do I have any update on this? @reliancejio pathetically pathetic experience this is. Just to identify and address this issue. Now even noone reply. Such a poor quality customer service. Is that why people switching to @airtelindia atleast they might feel they are being heard
