Just lodge complaint in Cpgrams and they will do it, also they will refund the days you didnβt get internet. Their stupid policy is if you donβt get internet for 4 days straight then they will do refund.

Around βΉ1k gone. When I contacted them they said they canβt refund the amount. Hence I disconnected their service.

Pathetic service why not consider shutting down support channels entirely
