Dear @reliancejio My dad's phone got stolen 3 days back. His aadhar was secured with his phone number. Now he is stuck in a loop. To get the same jio num. sim he needs aadhar unlocked but to get aadhar unlocked, he needs otp on jio sim which is stolen. Please Help..(1/n)

@reliancejio @JioCare Jio only issue card via ekyc not using by documents. I m now in trouble by using jio card. I m unable to get my jio card which was lost and not giving support to get it back. I feel that i m stuck.even tho i m ready to give all document they are very rigid

@JioCare Jio should be ashamed of the way jio has been providing services in our area for the past 3 months. internet is not working in evening. A page doesn't open, evan a whatsapp photo didn't send. Shame on jio for providing such service. A horrible network
