    @reliancejio ... Jio Fiber worst service provider. Not at all Good. Iam using it for a week now & i highly regret for Switching to it. Very unfriendly to use for old people. Bad Internet speed. All channels buffering. Avoid buying Jio Fiber.

    @JioCare Dear Jio, I've raised sevaral complaints regarding the Network issue but no action taken yet... I tried reaching in several platform seems no one looks in to this... Complaint numbers MR00012Z9VEB MR000137NPLF MR00013ATIZ6 MR00013HZ5X3.

    I paid my due bill yesterday but still there is no network in my VI SIM card @VodafoneGroup. I'm your postpaid member for 2 years and if you treat your valuable customer like this then I'm going to switch to @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Don't join Jio rather.... I would say 8 days & counting and still no solution for my problem my wifi is stopped due to some issue & no technicians have arrived & if they have arrived they have went without any solution for my problem....Did Lots of complaints everywhere

    @JioCare Internet services down from morning and appointment scheduled for 2 days later , no option for getting appointment tomorrow , pathetic services in this modern era!

    Day 5 - no resolution yet. Customer care says they have no information about when or where my child account number got converted to prepaid. They asked me check with agent who had converted my number to postpaid. @JioCare this is unacceptable.

    @JioCare You are doing nothing,just making a fool of your customer, without any survey you declared there is issue,and it won't going to resolve, pathetic service provided by customer care, I don't know ,how your team is making fool of you,and your doing the same with your customer @TRAI
