  @reliancejio Jio team update my old fiber router to new one on 27octumber but still not start my connection. I surendered my old connection on 27 and jio team assured me that they will start my updated connection on 28 but still not started my connection. I submitted complaint

  @JioCare What the hell is this. Still not able to set DND. Pathetic support over customer care and here on twitter. Tried almost all options to get it done. This number is ported from @Airtel_Presence to Jio. No one in Jio cares. Just feeling cheated here.

  @JioCare I have gotten the deactivation of my jio fiber hardly on 22nd October after making appointment , deactivation was lingered on by the service man and now I has been a long time haven't received refund nor any updation
