@reliancejio @jiocare @TRAI Dear Jio, we are facing lot of issues with complete network outage, low data speed, call drop. I hv tried to reach ur customer care, took 12 mins to talk to your representative! He was nit ready to give me complaint no!! Pathetic service, very bad exp!

@JioCare @reliancejio Whenever there is power outage, the jio network is completely down, I have raising this many times, why there is no improvement in situation? Is this what I am paying for???

@JioCare Worst service from jiocare..i raised an issue on Saturday for internet connectivity issue..and CCE said they are going to visit on desired time slot on that day..but none of them turned up..called in the evening n flwing day..same situation..false assure ance from CCE..
