    @JioCare from past 6days there is no internet service at my place and no engineer is turned out till now. Such irresponsible behaviour from jio.I'm continuously reaching jiocare and they don't have any clue. Service Number: SR00001ET3M4

    @JioCare haven't heard any updates yet. tried all means. email,twitter, customer desk, appellate authority.. nothing left .. issue still not resolved even after 40 odd days. there is no escalation matrix too. #JioFiber service sucks big time @reliancejio @DoT_India

    @reliancejio @jiostore Brought the hisense tv from reliance jio store last year. The remote stopped working so I raised the request to replace it and it's been 15 days there is no response from your team. kindly resolve this issue asap
