    @JioCare Day 2 without internet - Engineer has already visited and Engineer is saying that this particular Service Request is to be closed & request for relocation is to be done in Jio App. But he can't close the Service Request, it has to be done in back-end.

    @JioCare Raised service request but no response SR00001CY56P. As i have made recharge for 6 month so there is no option for me to move from your services as there is no resolution for service request. Appreciate to look into the matter on priority.

    @JioCare The most shittiest service provide we saw till date . I booked my connection for jio fibre on 19th July with order id NO0000MM3DOO. The Jio service provider promised me the installation on 20th . Everything was fine till then . They changed it to 21st .
