    @JioCare can't wait anymore totally exhausted 😣 from tomorrow I have online exam and still no network please tell me how much days I have to work without network and internet and i think. I have to give exam from my friend's house as I am not getting internet here nd network too

    I registered my complaint on 3rd Aug & was guaranteed resolution by 4th Aug 5:30 PM yet no engineer visit has been done & customer care are asking for another 24 hours. Even they are not sure if the problem will be resolved or not. I have to attend High Court hearings! @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Pay Ref 121683007753 Paid 1129 for accessing 14 OTT in phone as don't hve TV and u r not supporting/allowing access in Mobile phone. Are you happy to scam of ₹999? Cause, care team not supporting. Salesman said : write issue here. Will I get help?

    Joi Fiber is hust busy to acquire market with new customers, They don't have time to resolve the issue of there Old customers, It's 3rd time within 20 days my fiber connection issue not resolved in time @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima Sir your dream project is not in good hands.
