On customer care’s assurance that payment would allow one month of service, I paid ₹722 on 07.08.2026 and the connection was restored. However, a fresh bill of ₹798 was generated on 11.08.2026 without adjusting my ₹722 payment, and my connection has again been suspended. I effectively received service for only 3 days against my payment. Please verify the payment, billing records and call recording, adjust ₹722 appropriately, waive any incorrect charges and restore my connection immediately. Despite contacting JioCare and following all the troubleshooting steps provided, the issue still persists and no technician visit has been scheduled. I’m on a 100 Mbps plan but getting only ~15 Mbps.
