    @reliancejio Urgent support needed in Kerala! AirFiber STB complaint (SR: (SR00003DSXCB) raised Aug 11 was falsely closed on Aug 15 with NO visit. Elderly senior citizens at home. Send a technician immediately to resolve this! No response. Thinking of switch to other SP

    @JioCare 2/2 and that you will try to improve it in the future. How is this a resolved complaint? I’m extremely frustrated after dealing with this for almost a week. Please stop giving generic responses and provide an actual solution and a clear timeline for resolution.

    @JioCare Issue standa not resolved. I guess by this approach u guys are working days will become months. Advice me if I need close the Jio Fibre & will inform neighbours as well to throw the jio router box in garbage. Go for Airtel/Vodafone/BSNL as new connection.
