    @Atif31677340 Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

    I am going to encourage my other colleagues as well to get themselves away from @JioCare @reliancejio and switch to other due to there unprofessionalism and confused behavior. They are simply good for nothing because they are not been able to resolve the issue even in 24 hrs.

    @reliancejio Rather than paying attention to the IPL, Kindly pay attention to customer issues as well. I have a ticket opened since more than a week without any resolution on a routing issue from my Jio fiber circuit. Registered mobile number is 9891366300

    @JioCare Hi. I use Jio Sim in my Redmi 9 Prime Phone. I have travelled from India to USA last week. In USA, my Jio Sim is not working. I would atleast like to receive OTPs for the card transactions being made by my family in India. However, I'm unable to receive OTPs. (1/2)

    @Ashokg4460 @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. More than 1 month, no refund! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare Service are not available while applying in shared link however jio fiber connectivity is passing through the my residential area. Hence could pls ask if possible to setup a connection.. It's not for a single 30+ users are awaiting for this. team can connect with me on 9829100274

    The service condition of @JioCare has became pathetic. There executives are simply saying to keep patience. They don't have any knowledge and they don't know how to assure the customer, they are simply pitching few words. Time to switch to @Airtel_Presence @airte .
