    @reliancejio @JioCare The most shocking part was when I informed him that I was recording the call and would escalate the matter to the Nodal Officer via email. His response was, “Go ahead, no problem.” This clearly reflects the lack of accountability and concern for customers.

    @JioCare When a customer says internet is not working, you are expected to at least register a complaint and give an SR number. Your troubleshooting process can't see things from the customer's premises. We are busy working people here, no time to play pranks on you.

    Hi, I was expecting a refund from jio in terms of voucher. The refund is due to excess amount paid for my old connection. I was assured that the amount will be paid within 90days. But no resolution. The SR was also closed two times. It has been 120days. SR000039SF9V. @JioCare

    @JioCare This is unacceptable. Internet service in Thakurli - 421201 has been down/unstable for the last 2 days. I am paying for reliable service, not continuous outages. This is affecting my work and daily activities. Please stop giving excuses and fix the issue immediately.

    @MohitSood3 @JioCare @reliancejio They are just pathetic it would be better if you get this connection cancelled 15 days before the tenure ends. Honestly, I am a disappointed customer not even using their service anymore the connection is just there but no at my home uses it now.

    I bought a new jio sim. That number is associated with phone pe , gpay, paytm with others name I called them to deactivate his account they ask me to complaint to service provider who's gonna resolve my problem @reliancejio @JioCare
