    @MiralSalunke @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Honestly I agree with you. I so wish I couldn’t have recharged for the year. Hoping @VodafoneIN to resolve the issue else definitely once this recharge is over I ll switch to other network. There’s no option only even after being client from almost 6-7 years.

    @JioCare i have frequently called jio customer care but no one are answering and even denied to register complaint.i have recharged 401 plan on 22th july and also i got confirmation massage for same and aslo seen this plan in my jio app but suddenly it deactivated, why??

    @JioCare @saurabhbatham17 Hahah nice and streamlined joke. Jio has been telling me the same for more then a year. Finally i found a solution and that worked. Rake out sim, bend and break it. Go to any better company store and buy new sim card. It was pain to get everyone on new number as jio was primary.

    @Idea I left @reliancejio and connected in idea with oneprepaid and one postpaid connection. But now network is so pathetic that even showing full network my number shows switchoff. Thinking to move my both numbers to @Airtel_Presence, not sure if they can port me in lockdown.

    Dear @VodafoneIN I don’t know when you ll resolve network issues. It’s been almost five years I am facing network issues at home. For data connectivity I started using @reliancejio as secondary number. I wish not to port Vodafone number with any other company. Do something.

    @JioCare I'm using jio pay for cash payments always and I came across an issue and I tried in other devices aswell, whenever I make payment using QR code, I enter amount and pin,home page is getting loaded later payment is getting done. Fix it please

    @JioCare very poor network in Rotary hospital Purulia W.B. Atleast 500 people and 200 staffs uses mobile daily.Repeated request to customer care but with no result.

    @JioCare your team updated that Jio fiber can not be relocated to other cities and asked to cancel the connection, your team suspended the connection as well. But still no one contracted me to get accessories and to get my refundable money. Service is very worst. 😭😭

    @JioCare See, now too u are not mentioning a date and time.. After this pickup only u will be initiatingbthe refund of my security deposit of INR 1500.. I am doubting that, u ll delay that process too.. If u really wanna help, then kindly make sure that my concern reaches the right ears
