    @JioCare Hi, please help to improve network and internet speed issue at my area, when I have talked to customer card they said your not getting speed because there are many users in your area. We are improving but still there is no improvement at shayona green, Gota, Ahmedabad.

    @JioCare Everytime We ask whats the resolution but we get a message like what's the issue and they always raise a new ticket which give 90 days again. Please let us know how many days or months you really need to resolve this issue.dont lie us that we will resolve in 90 days

    @JioCare I am jatan from ahmedabad i had per book @oneplus 7pro 8gb/256gb variant. From jio digital store chandkheda .. and haven't got any phone and they are asking me to take 6gb/ 128gb variant which is not pre booked . I think i will get the Solution hear. Thank you

    @reliancejio I have relocated within same city I.e Ahmedabad. I have been trying to reach customer care since 5 days but call gets disconnected. The person who installed jio fibre connection says you will have to make request at jio care only. Very bad experience

    @JioCare @reliancejio Total loss of network in [DAHEWAN Pin Code - 388550 ] every time there is a power cut. Signal vanishes instantly, showing zero battery backup at local towers And when power arrives then network arrives after 1 hour thats frustrating 😡 in my town 70%..

    .@JioCare @reliancejio What's happening in Lakarmara, Godda (Jharkhand)? Your 4G network is extremely slow and unreliable. Calls drop, internet barely works, and online work becomes frustrating. Despite all the talk about 5G expansion, our area still doesn't have 5G coverage.

Could you please let me know if I am eligible to install Jio Air Fiber here and if the signal strength will be sufficient for it to work well?     @JioCare @reliancejio I paid for my Jio Fiber on May 31 2025 for 12 months period with 30 days extra that means my prepaid invoicing should last till June 30 2026. But Jio has disconnected my WiFi one month ahead and the customer service is unreachable. Anyone cares at Jio??

    Very disappointed with the response from a Jio executive today. After I inquired about porting, the caller (Yamini) allegedly refused to help and spoke unprofessionally. I have the call recording and request Jio to investigate this matter. #Jio #CustomerService @reliancejio
