    @JioCare Everytime We ask whats the resolution but we get a message like what's the issue and they always raise a new ticket which give 90 days again. Please let us know how many days or months you really need to resolve this issue.dont lie us that we will resolve in 90 days

    @reliancejio network is damn poor in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Never got any solution. Just waiting for 10 days and switching back to previous one.

    @JioCare Hi, please help to improve network and internet speed issue at my area, when I have talked to customer card they said your not getting speed because there are many users in your area. We are improving but still there is no improvement at shayona green, Gota, Ahmedabad.

    @idea_cares @Idea my sim card was lost and i bloke it on that time but thair after i visit many time to your idea shop for new card they do process for it but every time its rejected now i dont want to leave with your network @JioCare can you help me to port in your network

    @JioCare It's been approximate a year and you people are still not able to fix network issue. Really shame on you guy being a one of largest network. Every time you keep giving fake promises and not resolving a simple network issue. #shameonyouguys #jio

    @reliancejio The service of jio is disgusting. I'm not even getting 1kbps of speed despite of having data Balance in my account. When contacted Jio helpcare they told that this is because of large consumer activation during same time. I'm not at all satisfied with the service.

    Absolutely pathetic network @reliancejio @JioCare My WiFi is down, so had to switch to mobile network but it is absolutely ******! No network coverage since 7 PM!!! Forget 4G, not even 2G!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare I made a mistake porting into jio from airtel. I wish I hadn't don't that. I reached out to your team regarding my issue of not able to make calls on UK number they asked me to do recharge of 34 then 74 and now they ask for 501 recharge if I want to call UK

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare I've generated my UPC and want to port from Jio to Airtel due to ongoing network issues. Airtel, please advise how to proceed and whether I should share the UPC via DM. Jio, repeated complaints without effective resolution have led to this decision.

    Hi @JioCare, JioPhone exclusive recharge plans are not showing on my MyJio app despite using a JioPhone. Waited 48hrs as instructed by your support, issue still persists. Now I'm told to wait another 24hrs Please escalate and resolve my complaint immediately. This is poor service

    @JioCare The issue has been open for 3 days now. 10 such issue have been raised in last 5 months leading to 2)+ days of internet lost. I dont wish to continue. I demand @reliancejio refund the yearly subscription I paid immediately.
