@reliancejio @JioCare I have been struggling to get the postpaid ownership change in blood relationship. Jio store is not entertaining the request, jio care is not help, dont know whom to reach out to. Very Very bad experience compared to other vendors.

@reliancejio Completely pathetic service. Advisors speak robotic with no authority. I ordered mesh but it is still not installed. Engineers does not know configurationl. Finally mesh is not compatible with main router model. Now, they do not know the way to replace main router.

@Airtel_Presence 10039962068. This is the complain number. Service personal is not picking up the call there is no update on the expected timeline or the status. modem and Broadband is dead it’s past 24 hours no update from Airtel! service is pathetic I think we better shift to RelianceJio!!

@JioCare after uninstallation the router has not picked up ,it has been rescheduled at least 10 times without giving me a call,I called customer service nearly 10 times and they are simply rescheduling and assuring it will be picked up but the status remains the same.
