    @JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

    @JioCare I recently moved my residence and am experiencing poor network coverage on Jio. The signal strength is -108 dBm 32 asu. And Speed tests show 3Mbps-1Mbps. Is there a way to get it fixed? I don't really want to port to another provider if possible.

    @JioCare Why there is no way to raise a complaint! Are the public dumb to complain without doing any self diagnostics? Why is your support channels circular looping? No response to email complaint too! Check your DM.
