    @JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

    Worst network coverage nowadays in my area 12.9066033, 78.6938640 (Masigam Village, Pernambut- 635810, Vellore, Tamilnadu). Kindly solve it @JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI @reliancejio @jio

    15 days of extremely poor internet service from @reliancejio , despite having 5G and full network bars. A 30-second reel takes almost 6 minutes to load, and basic internet usage is practically impossible.

    @reliancejio @reliancejioCare My Jio network issue is still unresolved despite repeated complaints and previous SRs. I am continuously facing poor network, call drops, poor voice quality and extremely slow/unusable internet.

    @JioCare Our entire village is suffering due to this extremely poor Jio service. We have never experienced such bad service before. Despite repeated complaints and assurances from Jio, there has been no improvement in the last 90 days.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejioCare DM reply is not a solution. 1 year, 100–120+ complaints, yet 5G→4G, weak 4G and poor coverage continue. New SR SRO0003DY3GP created. Please fix the network, not just close another complaint.

    I’ve spoken to your executives 5 times, and every time I hear the same response: “Your issue has been forwarded and will be resolved.” Still nothing has changed. @reliancejio

    @jio_fiber @JioCare .. I'm paying around 1.7k monthly for ur Jio fiber ...and in returning I'm getting pathetic speed from ur end .. Don't u have any conscience man .. I called customer care .. they told They will log a service request.. Which is not done ..Kudos to u
