    @JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

    @JioCare Hi! We're really disappointed with Jio's pathetic service. My mom has a JioPhone, and she watches JioTV on it. However, currently, she is unable to watch any channel and the problem seems to be persisting forever! Please help.

    @JioCare so jio is sending me msg and calling me saying my plan has ended and I gotta recharge with some 6 hundred something rupee. Well they don't know that if they don't solve the 100 kb/ps speed in my area, I will never recharge. I also received call from jio enginner and(1/2)

    @reliancejio One of my friend today faced very unprofessional service from ur team. He requested for reallocation 3 days before. Ur executive said reallocation is not possible as the box is full. So he said install a box but his request got cancelled by mentioning doc. invalid.

    Apparently I paid twice for something @reliancejio @JioCare don’t have in their portfolio. And their support team is up selling it on calls. Wondering where is it all heading?🫡 SALUTE. Still no hope for any refund. #JaiHind #JaiJio
