    @JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

    @reliancejio Hi guys, I've recently got a Jio prepaid number and I'm highly disappointed at the service. The network, close to 90% of the time is unavailable. Thankfully this is a backup number because had I ported it, I wouldn't been left without any service most of the time.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I purchased a 24 month gold plan in the fourth week of Dec. 2019. My plan should have been active till Dec. 2021. I am being told I have no plan and Jio has misplaced my invoice history and recharge history. I have the transaction history. Can you help?

    @reliancejio Deeply unhappy about continued disruption in jio fibre services for last 3 days. Your customer service has kept on promising restoration within 2 hours from Monday onwards, refuses to give a complaint number or agree to any compensation. Should I look at alternatives

    @reliancejio @JioCare @GoI_MeitY There is no need to make one's life miserable a week in advance if the prepaid is about to expire. Constant reminder before every call, dozens of messages every day is ridiculous. In emergency call, your reminder on phone is a time waster. Fix it

    @JioCare I don't know from where you got information that no issues were found. Engineer came same resolved the issue and now we are getting internet. Thanks for the resolution
