@JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

@reliancejio Today had a call with @JioCare and had a bad experience as the executive denied scheduling an engineer visit as I'm facing bad uploading speed, All she said was "I've checked your router and there is no prob with speed". Not satisfied with the @JioCare .

@reliancejio @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia I have recharged my jio portal a/c with amount Rs.5k but now it is showing zero amount, I didn't utilise even the whole amount. Contacted customer service didn't provide any proper solution. I shared all documents with customer care team.

Dear @JioCare you kept on messaging me that you have updated to 5G and I will be wowed by your service. However, since I updated I have stopped receiving or making calls. Indeed wowed. So should I shift to someother network or you will downgrade me to 4G so I can make calls.
