    @JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Speed was not upto the mark. I have raised the complaint to terminate the connection. It's been 18 days since my jio connection was suspended in the free day trial. No one took back the modem or called about the issue. Customer care making false promises.

    @reliancejio @JioCare what's wrong with you guys? i m filing same complaint continuously from past few months and it is not resolve even once , your customer care rudely cuts phone. i feel cheated , it's just getting worse now.
