@JioCare I have returned the device before 2 months, no acknowledgement for that too. After continues follow-up your staff said they will send ppl to cancel the connection. If i talk to the person, they say it will take a week. I am sure it will not be done in a week. #poorservice

@reliancejio after so many complaints of net speed and network no solution. Network test by jio app it is suggested by jio to use mobile at other location because so many user are there. So funny Jio says users to leave there home to use jio connection. Then why use Jio, why not leave Jio
