@JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

@reliancejio First give appropriate knowledge to your technician. Not sure what service he did. Internet worked for 30 mins and stopped working. Now again i have to wait for 24hours for new technician. OTP generation should be delayed for 24hours to see service quality @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare JioFiber worst service ever. I applied for connection day before yesterday and it’s still not done. Shouldn’t have switched from previous operator. Highly disappointed and regret choosing Jio.

I have applied for jio fiber 7 months ago. Jio fiber service is available in my society but whoever is coming to install jio fiber at my home, they are telling me that there is full connection in my society, Wait till 2 weeks and we will do your jio fiber connection(1/2) @JioCare

My Jio SIM was taken around 2017/2018. At that time no one told me there was error in entering my DOB. Now I am told its an error and that I need to find an old document. Imagine if we, considering we are educated have to face this, what about the poor/uneducated? @JioCare
