    @JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

    What a great network.. 2878/- only 2GB data for 365 days 2879/- 2 GB data, unlimited calls, 100 sms for 365 days. For 1rs difference. Even if it is typo or mistake they won't refund/transfer. No options for you. You have to recharge with 2879 again WTF @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare applied for disconnection on last day of trial period but being refunded only500 instead of full 1500, if i had known it earlier i would not have disconnected. Service Id 299852766317. Please provide full refund. Note down my complain and provide me with complaint number

    @amandeepkausha4 Using mobile phone from decade. But the service provider was worst, till the time jio came in picture, every one was looting money from their customer. Thanks @JioCare for giving us better service at reasonable price. Will suggest you to go with Jio

    @JioCare what the hell the back-end team is doing from 4 days, don't i have any other work ? I kept on calling the local service manager his reply is the back-end team is working on it. Such a shame on you guys.

    @ansariarbaz182 I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.
