    @JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

    @JioCare We are facing slow internet from few days and I have complained as well not no improvement. They only say due to many user facing this issue and i am hearing this from last 3 years. It means jio not have infra to support all his user. Tower- Aharan Suvansh Pincode-224225

    @JioCare Since day 1 i have faced multiple issues with jiofibre and there is no one responding to it the engineere never visit on time and even on visit no resolution to my issues i want my complete refund now including all security deposits

    @JioCare Pls solve our problems we are facing lot of problems for internet connection there is network strength but poor internet connection.We College students living on hostel were suffering for that, Install an tower near by if possible Address :- COA, Kyrdermkulai, Meghalaya

    @JioCare I don't have to inform any further information to this worst service provider, since one week I'm suffering and hampering my job due to jio fiber. The cancelation is still pending and the customer care idiots wants me to wait another 5days for device pick up and post that 14 days
