    @JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

    @JioCare Very poor service from Jio store in my area. Store executive is not responding to calls & no one has come for installation. I’ve already paid for AirFiber, but even after 1 month, installation hasn’t started. Please cancel & process full refund. #JioAirFiber #poorservice

    Extremely disappointed with Jio Fibre service. My internet has no connection for days and neither customer care calls are being picked up nor is any assistant assigned on chat. This is unacceptable. Kindly send a technician urgently to resolve the issue.@JioCare @JioFiber
