    @JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

    Worst network coverage nowadays in my area 12.9066033, 78.6938640 (Masigam Village, Pernambut- 635810, Vellore, Tamilnadu). Kindly solve it @JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI @reliancejio @jio

    @JioCare why the hell do you schedule timings for support service when the engineers aren't unavailable? Absolutely pathetic and unnecessarily an entire day of waiting for the engineer to arrive and resolve the issue. Respect the timing and commitment given to a customer.

    @reliancejio @exploreIMC My jio fiber has no internet issue .please solve my issue asap I message you my registered mobile number I talk to the jio fiber customer care they told me that engineer will visit tomorrow after 11:00 am. Very poor support system...

    @JioCare Yes jio fiver is not available in my area from last 4 year it's available near by my area not not in my colony the distence is only 300 meter Please lay down the internet service in my colony as well @reliancejio @JioCare

    Jio sucks in customer satisfaction. Worst experience ever with a basic service request. @JioCare @reliancejio. I will never ever suggest to use jio broadband again.

    @JioCare I'm not using JioCall only. And on narrowing down the issue further on my end, I got to see that issue is happening from calls of non-jio numbers. Pincode - 500081

    @reliancejio has the WORST service ever!! You book an appointment, no one responds. You call the service centre, executive CUTS THE DAMN PHONE mid-conversation!!
