    @JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

    @JioCare I have been raising OTT Subscription issue via multiple SRs SR00001DZGNZ, SR00001DPOGN and few more .. but issue still persists. Seems JIO just wants to loot their customer..

    @reliancejio I am facing serious internet issues since a week and tried to complain several times on jio customer care number but no one is bothered about it. Customer executives are not only giving dumb excuses but putting the call down in middle of a conversation.

    @JioCare Thanks a lot Kajal... But can you advise me of the solution here and no on DM. A lot of people have the same query, so they will also know the solution to it. Also the query that i raised doesn't exactly need my ID. It's a pretty generic query.

    If my problem of calling 1800 all number's not solved then I don't care about pending 6 month recharges Because I am recharge for 1 year and still have 4 to 5 month remaining I'll port my sim to @JioCare @reliancejio
