@JioCare Getting rid of JioFiber and moving to Airtel. Relocation is a pain and customer service is also v slow. Airtel is relocating in 1 day.

@reliancejio I'm a senior citizen (76). As I had problem with Voda connection, I got it ported to Jio. Your representative gave me Sim at home % promised to help insert Sim as I don't know. Despite many calls, he is not responding. Pl help. I can give contact number in private.

@reliancejio @reliancejio @JioCare Please come out with voice only plan, as your data plan is useless. As we have to take other broadband service (wifi) for basic mobile use. Jiocare says your data is slow because more people are using. Do you want people to pay for data but don't use???
