@JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

Ever since @JioCare updated to 5G, the network on my phone is amazing but the broadband services has become pathetic. One minute of video streaming on my mac takes around 27 times of buffering. Are we in 2012 again JIO !!

@airtelindia Your site lists Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra as a 5G compatible UE but it doesn't work in your network. Same is with jio. Ethically you should delist the UEs from supported list till samsung fixes the issue for you. @JioCare , same goes to you.

@JioCare im unable to receive calls from any1.I only get misd call alerts stating they tried to call me.Facing the same issue all over hyd.l tested sim in 3 phones & same issue. I had the same issue 9-10 months ago, y'all raised a complaint and resolved it. Now the issue is back.
