    Enough is enough. @JioCare @reliancegroup @TRAI This has become one of the most disappointing and frustrating service experiences I have ever faced. After months of waiting, repeated follow-ups, and countless assurances, the issue still remains unresolved.

    @JioCare Took payment for a JioFiber connection, failed to install it, marked it as "Activated", and withheld the refund. This is a clear case of deficient service. Immediate refund and compensation required, failing which I will pursue legal and consumer forum remedies

    @JioCare Is it possible to expedite same request by today by any chance . My office work is getting delayed due to broadband internet issue. I visited the office but they are saying it will take another 24 hrs @reliancejio @jiocare

    @reliancejio Hi can you pls assist as my Number isn't working. currently I am out of I dia & trying to use my number but it's not latching on any network. Because of this I am unable to get any OTP etc..

    I kindly request you to arrange the uninstallation today, as after tomorrow it will not be possible to access the premises or return the device since I will no longer be there. Your support would be greatly appreciated. @JioCare

    Travelling since 5 PM yesterday from Pune to Nagpur via railway, and the network experience has been absolute garbage. @reliancejio, it literally takes 5 minutes just to send a one-word text on WhatsApp.
