    24 hours since service request raised SR00003BKVRT, whenever i gave call to customer support every time they said ek ghante mein ayega aadha gante mein ayega 2 gante mein ayega but engine is still not assigned lagta hain Jio ko ganta farak nahin padta customers ka @JioCare

    @JioCare I had recharged my father's Jio number, Amount is debited however plan was never made active. Kindly help us resolve issue at hand

    Dear @JioCare, Extremely disappointed with the poor service of #JioAirFiber. My internet has been down for the last 2 days. Every time I try to contact customer care, I only receive an automated response saying the issue will be resolved within 4 hours, followed by the same SMS.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare Customers are already highly frustrated, better teach your Customer Care Executive JANVI to be calm, customer knows to burst better then she could, ask her to keep her frustration at home
