  @JioCare I have a very b@d experience with #Jiofiber. Once you get some Service interruption you'll be bhagwan bharose for many days. Feel lucky if you get it rectified in 3-4 days. Nobody listens at @JioCare from top to bottom. This is in Delhi where every service is delivered in 5 min.

  @reliancejio You are talking about WiFi but i did complain abount network issue in my area but i didn't get any response by your technical team no visit in my location where i am facing network issue.

  @JioFiber @JioCare Ext. disappointed. Instal. failed and refund still pending since 20+ days. Every time the old complaint is closed and a new SR is raised for the same unresolved issue. Order No: NO0001D00NO8 SR0000343YQN, SR000034SII7, SR000034NN23 Need immediate resolution.

  It’s been over 1 week and my Jioairfibre is not even working worst experience.its just been 20 days of the connection and not working from past one week. No resolution constantly saying one thing "backend issue". If it's not getting resolved just close it. @JioCare @reliancejio
