    @JioCare Wi-Fi down for last 2 days. Your helpline is going to auto recording. Every message is extending no service by 24 hours !! Unable to understand how wifi can be down for 3 days

    @JioCare @reliancejio Why the hell customer support system is so poor??? No response from the customer care nor from the mail id. I requested for jio relocation as per ur request and I paid 1200/- for it. But now it's more than 15 days and still no response from your side

    @reliancejio @JioCare such a rediculas service provider for JioFiber. I ordered jiohome fiber it's been a week payment has done but nobodys pickup up call or coming for installation.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani kindly cancel and refund transaction id TB000067UBNO dt 10-8-26 for rs 1768 as same executed by mistake for 300 mbps instead of 30 mbps fibre recharge 01413556031. Recharge yet not activated
