@JioCare I understand the number can not be activated again but the concern was that I was never informed this before disconnecting the number. This information should have been passed in advance to avoid the inconvenience.

@JioCare @JioFiberVoice I have a jiofiber connection and since last 3 days my parents internet is not working. I have raised complaint for the same on 3rd May. After that I’m the only one who is making call and following up but there is no action from jioside.
