    "@JioCare @reliancejio Paid for 100MBPS, getting 1/5th the speed (20MBPS) for weeks. Store staff won't let me switch plans, customer care won't refund. This is unacceptable service. Resolve this immediately or I'm escalating to @TRAI "

    Dear @reliancejio your 5G service sucks on Thondamuthur Coimbatore. Something clearly wrong with stability of data connection. Signal strength drops quickly too. Clearly way below 4G connectivity and stability.

    @JioCare I have raised this issue many times. I don't thing Jio is doing anything to solve this. I have compalint about this several times since four-five years. Still the issue is there. So your aim we Jio users are already aware about this.

    Hi, @JioCare @reliancejio @AshwiniVaishnaw it's almost 10 days since I lodged my complaint no MR0001FCPQ03. There's regular issue in my area. No network connectivity. Even not able to explore myjio app. Pathetic service.
