    Worst experience with Jio AirFiber (Con. XXXX2856). Frequent outages poor support are causing immense stress to my elderly parents at home Family members living outside cannot stay connected during emergencies. This is nothing short of mental harassment. @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare

    @JioCare This is to escalate an issue with scheduling of the JioFibre service which has been unsuccessful for last 3 days and caused trouble to my aged parents. The service has been denied by the person and the rescheduling option is not available on the app -showing “on hold”.

    Dear @TRAI, why is there a double standard for telecom operators?I've paid my @reliancejio bills on time for 4 years but face constant network drops at my home office in Nashik.Yet,a late payment triggers instant fines and disconnection.Hold them accountable for service! @JioCare
