@JioCare I am helpless, Jio team is not responding and has not fixed my issue. I took the connection on 1st of April and the internet worked for 10 mins only after that not working. I can't work office work. Today I am taking leave due to Jio Fiber. SR00001A7RO6

Struggling to get even a stable 50kbps speed in my JioFi device. It's been a year since I raised a complain regarding JioFi speed issue at my place. I was told by @JioCare representative that issue will get resolved soon as they are working on it. 1 year later issue is stil ther.

@JioCare My jio fibre/net is working since past five days your technician has not paid a visit I even tried calling you but no one is picking up all my work is pending cause of no net this is becoming a problem now I want the problem to resolve today itself

@JioCare Jio_fiber pe payiye tareek pe tareek for relocation connection but no resolution... #jiofiber worst post services... Been 6 days but not relocated yet.. Even In the same apartment
