    @JioCare Nothing has happened so far. I DMed details but the person or bot kept asking me for the number of the executive we interacted with. Fun fact - we also kept asking for this and never got it. We raised a request for a refund and haven't even gotten an acknowledgment yet.@JioCare

    @JioCare 27 days back I ported in to Jio in Bangalore. I am receiving SMSs in Kannada language even though I have chosen preferred language as English in MyJio App and also in IVR 199. Wrote mails but nobody attending the problem

    @JioCare Jiofiber is the only provider of broadband service in my society (Sindh colony, Aundh, Pune). Due to a lack of ports, they are not providing me with service. From a reputed company, I didn't expect such a lame excuse. Can someone help?

    @JioCare @JioCare - no coordination whatsoever, no sense of responsibility, no respect for customer's time, no interest in serving the customer, fake promises, and the list can go on. Installation needs instant payment, cancellation will take 21 working days for a refund.
