@reliancejio @JioCare I am not receiving 5g network in my area:-Geetapalli ,Alambagh ,Lucknow on my Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5g ... it has received all the necessary updates and the jio website shows that it is 5g compatible and instead of this the jio app says that the device is not a 5g device

Dear @IndiaPOCO why @JioCare #jio True 5G is not working in pocof4 ( poco's first 5G device). As Jio True 5G works on n28 n78 & n258 band. and Mi 10i supports n28A & n78 band. still 5G is not working. If Any OTA update is required then when will we get. #f45g #jiotrue5g

If it’s the situation of metro cities, then i could not think about other cities and the service they get. And @reliancejio & @ViCustomerCare are not perfect too, they do have all issues, but what airtel feel is like @apple company but can’t able to provide service like apple
