@reliancejio @JioFiberVoice @JioCare Really disappointed with the sales service. I'm using the jio fiber and recommended my friend to use the same. But your sales agent has cheated my friend. Activate the postpaid connection by mentioning it as prepaid. This is a pathetic .

Hi @reliancejio I am from Kerala, Malappuram. we have jio tower near to us. About less than 500m distance. But speed is low and high latency when my phone connect to 4G+ network. During 4G only network no issue. Please solve my issue.

@Airtel_Presence Switching to @reliancejio as @airtelindia service is very poor. Got my Airtel Black unbundled & will port to other service providers. Three days to resolve a small issue is something unheard of and it’s not the first time. Had been with Airtel since 2001

Why not all trains have good network connection ? May be antennas on the train will help. @reliancejio @airtelindia
