    Every day they just keep giving appointment but no one ever shows up. You just keep waiting for them for hours. I’m sure @JioCare @reliancejio understands that we are not some unemployed people who are always at home. Pathetic service is an understatement.

    @JioCare It's been 35 hrs since I raised the complaint and my Internet is still not working. No action has been taken and you folks are not telling by when it will start working again. Instead you are constantly lying that someone has visited, whereas no one has visited. @reliancejio
