Hi @JioCare Can you please help me in getting the resolution for Service Request# SR00001CVZLO. It's been 2 days and the Jio Fiber is down in Our Area. I have contacted customer support multiple times but not getting any resolution. This kind of service is not expected from Jio.

@reliancejio @JioCare Hello friends, Pls do not avail the free trial of Jio Fiber. It is not a trial but a scam. Reliance will take Rs 1500 as refundable deposit in lieu of providing the trial. Neither u will get free trial nor ur money. Its a scam . Thr is no customer care also
