@reliancejio has the worst network quality and customer care services. Even in the heart of the city, calls get dropped or unable to receive calls due to poor quality of network.I need a refund of my recharge and better shift to another network. @TRAI @DoT_India

@JioCare Yes I did see a few people from jio came outside my house on Friday but they left without any update i even contacted back customer care they assured me they will rectify the issue by Saturday but today is Sunday still I am facing the same issue

5 months, 100 plus calls, numerous emails and tweets later @JioMart @JioCare @JioMart_Support still haven't gotten a single update and your are still trying to pickup products that have been picked up already. Get the refund out of your asses and help here.
