@reliancejio @ril_foundation Stop this all promotion and start work on your customer service. I was initiated my MNP ptoc6 airtel to jio yesterday's. But jio staff has out wrong pin, hence my application has rejected. I am waiting since last 1hr but no one is responding.i already paid. #CustomerService

What a worst service provided by jio I didn't thought a big company work like this . But jio realise me that their service is very worst . Also their engineers taking a huge bride ₹200 from me for installation. @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India #fraud

@reliancejio its been more than 24 hours the network is down in shahpur dhoklam every alternate days there is problem with the network , its down we pay you so much but what is the benefit when there is no network the company say there is no generator working on the tower install
