    @reliancejio @JioCare I have addressed an issue , yet no response. Without using a data the whole night, and getting a msg stating that I have used 80% of Jio data. Why is this like that in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. When am in Bangalore the data is sufficient, bt in kkd its not

    @JioCare I raised cancellation on 29th July. After multiple follow up device was picked up on 12th August and was informed that refund will get initiate after 7-14 WD. Now u r again informing me to wait more 14WD?? Is this the good customer service?

    @JioCare @reliancejio since yesterday morning my Jio Fiber connection is not working and till not I didn’t receive any update about that. I am using two connections. And I will disconnect both of them due to poor service. Even after creating the ticket also. SR000016FKXG.

    @Romil10Sharma I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

    Third Class Service of @JioCare . Despite several Requests they keep sending tens Text messages everyday to me and I have Disconnected their internet and Mobile Two years ago. Third class Service Association.
