I'm waiting since morning atleast a picture would come in Netflix but our ******* #jio was not capable, worst #4g ever. Please #banjio ban JIO #Jiocare . Atleast youtube video without bufferring in the middle with 240Pixels is not helping. @cyber please take necessary action

@reliancejio @JioCare I have addressed an issue , yet no response. Without using a data the whole night, and getting a msg stating that I have used 80% of Jio data. Why is this like that in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. When am in Bangalore the data is sufficient, bt in kkd its not

@TRAI Please look into this. I am also facing similar problems with Jio Fiber. They don't have any proper support system where we can resolve this issue. They have also not given any option to cancel the order. @JioCare It' been 5+ days since I ordered conncetion.

Jio tv+ app is horrible. It is constantly reloading or buffering. While Jio cinema & all other OTT apps are working fine, this app is constantly crashing. Please fix it ASAP. @JioCare @reliancejio
