I'm waiting since morning atleast a picture would come in Netflix but our ******* #jio was not capable, worst #4g ever. Please #banjio ban JIO #Jiocare . Atleast youtube video without bufferring in the middle with 240Pixels is not helping. @cyber please take necessary action

@reliancejio @JioCare I have addressed an issue , yet no response. Without using a data the whole night, and getting a msg stating that I have used 80% of Jio data. Why is this like that in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. When am in Bangalore the data is sufficient, bt in kkd its not

@JioCare my home WiFi just won't work it's been gone for an hour. Not able to talk to anyone the WhatsApp line and phone line are useless. please respond as to when I can get my service back.

Infact when we complain about the poor connectivity, they always give the same excuse that the network is slow due to multiple customers using the internet at the same time. If it is so, they why do we pay individually? One such incidence has happened to me with @reliancejio
