I'm waiting since morning atleast a picture would come in Netflix but our ******* #jio was not capable, worst #4g ever. Please #banjio ban JIO #Jiocare . Atleast youtube video without bufferring in the middle with 240Pixels is not helping. @cyber please take necessary action

As I ported to airtel from jio. I thought airtel is going well but now airtel isn't getting 2g or 3g signal! Now I'm trying to port to jio within a week if airtel doesn't corrected the problem! @airtelindia @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare I have addressed an issue , yet no response. Without using a data the whole night, and getting a msg stating that I have used 80% of Jio data. Why is this like that in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. When am in Bangalore the data is sufficient, bt in kkd its not

Awful service by @JioCare . Had a conversation with Abhijith from "senior desk" after which my plan related query turned into me disconnecting my service. **** customer service, had to call 4 times since they disconnect calls randomly.

@reliancejio STB was requested with new upgraded conection, the service was activated immediately and with full charges debited. The STB is still not installed in my premises. I have been charged without the service still . It's been more than 96 hours. Jio care is only fake
