@reliancejio @JioCare I have addressed an issue , yet no response. Without using a data the whole night, and getting a msg stating that I have used 80% of Jio data. Why is this like that in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. When am in Bangalore the data is sufficient, bt in kkd its not

I'm waiting since morning atleast a picture would come in Netflix but our ******* #jio was not capable, worst #4g ever. Please #banjio ban JIO #Jiocare . Atleast youtube video without bufferring in the middle with 240Pixels is not helping. @cyber please take necessary action

@JioCare Problem is you don’t understand the concern. If you had then your customer service would have been much better. I see lot of complaints. Hence I am closing my jio Fiber network.

@JioCare I haven’t seen such a worst customer service till now. Planning to close my jio Fiber across multiple locations within my family. No concern for customer case resolution. SR00001BCB4Z is pending from last 24 hrs. Have mailed to jio appellate mah and Goa.

@JioCare @navi_official94 #jio jio aap removed my jio no. & picked Airtel. to know the plan expiry as couldn't remove the sim from dongle to again rectify the aap settings I called jio, agent kept on repeating like a robot that I need to use jio aap not understanding the above issue. Pathetic service.

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Don’t buy Jio. They will take the money but no one will come for Installation. It’s been more than 1 week but installation not yet done . Such a big company and such unprofessional behaviour . Don’t buy jio fiber . Worst experience
