    Really disappointing with @JioCare having trouble linking JioFi connection to my Jio app, called the customer care but it was really disappointing that the customer care executive couldn’t understand my problem! They just sent an sms with a link to the myJio app! #fail

    @JioCare @reliancejio what kind of pathetic customer care service you are providing. Last 30 mins trying to reach out and call gets disconnected after few mins. Then again start afresh with another person. Sales iresponsive, customer care irresponsive.

    There is a number give in SMS for rescheduling and when you call that number 18008969999 it only works for new booking. Once Mukesh bhai's Jio takes money, Jio forgets that service needs to be given to existing customers. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @GyanTherapy @reliancejio Bhaiya, you should make video on after sales service of different brands .. Because ye bhi bhot bda issue hai ab, Maine Asus Rog 3 diya tha service center me, 1 week phle , or abhi tak wo log latka rhe hai mujhe.. Worst service hai @ASUSIndia ki .

    Even 2g Internet speed was much better than (so called high speed) Jio 4g Poor Internet Speed , Poor connectivity, Poor network, Very disappointing @reliancejio @JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel Broadband is dead from 4 days in Bhagalpur Bihar. Local franchisee is sleeping. I will take @reliancejio service replacing Airtel Fiber.....This is the reason why reliance jio is number one. Airtel go to hell.
