Really disappointing with @JioCare having trouble linking JioFi connection to my Jio app, called the customer care but it was really disappointing that the customer care executive couldn’t understand my problem! They just sent an sms with a link to the myJio app! #fail

@reliancejio JioFiber is really high speed network connection with little fees, just amazing for your service. However I couldn't utilise it due to locality etc disturbance thus discontinuing it. Same like Amazon prime. I don't pay which I can't utilise fully. Is it 5G connection

@JioCare Why the hell is my service request not processed? It's been 8 days since the wifi is not working there has been numerous calls to the customer care support, 4 different engineer visits where they say they will pass it onto the team that is responsible for that issue

@JioCare @JioFiberChennai making me think if I should switch to BSNL. The poorest customer service! Have been calling the CC for the past 6 days for more 15times.. still didn't get the issue sorted. If not getting a reply to this, next uploading the call recording of CC call.
