Really disappointing with @JioCare having trouble linking JioFi connection to my Jio app, called the customer care but it was really disappointing that the customer care executive couldn’t understand my problem! They just sent an sms with a link to the myJio app! #fail

@reliancejio @JioCare Lagbhag 3 hapte se Sim replacement ke liye Delhi NCR ke bahut sare jio store visit Kiya. Excutive bolte hai all in sim nahi aa rha hai abhi or pure NCR me bahut customers ke out of NCR sim replacement ke liye pending hai. Please Fix it.
