@JioCare At my current location(Village Bairagna Dhandari Pauri, Pauri garhwal UK 24601) the internet signal and the speed is very slow..Even Indoor connectivity problem. Pls solve the issue ASAP @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI @VodafoneIN @Idea both same prblm with ur network also.

@JioCare so still not recieved my refund. No update from your "customer support" team too. I have no idea what is happening and clearly your customer support executive either. Really disappointed in Jio Gigafiber's service. Will never recommend anyone to use their service.

@JioCare no network since morning...and it's not a new issue. Whenever it started raining, network gone and never come back soon. What if I have to call someone in emergency? This is just insane level of service. Apart from this, extremely poor network rest of the time.
