    @JioCare We got a new Fiber connection 2 weeks back. Haven't had even 1 day of consistent internet. Raised 5 service requests. Gets fixed only to get disconnected again. No net for last 5 days. No email customer response. Phone care just keep creating new service requests that..

    @JioCare @JioCare i don’t understand why are you raising new service request when the old one raised should be reopened. Issue was never resolved. Tell me why was it closed without my consent. Did I tell that issue is resolved?
