@JioCare @reliancejio : You need to teach your Customer care executives how to talk with an ex hacker, senior citizen & who understands technicalities of network. It won't make any difference to you in losing 1 Postpaid customer who diligently pays his bill from 500 millions.

I'm so frustrated with Jio's service! 😡 My payment & KYC for Jio AirFiber were done a week ago, but no installation. Customer care emails/calls go unanswered. They raised an SR after my tweet, but it's not even showing in the app! 😤 #JioCare #CustomerServiceFail
