    @JioCare Order number NO0000FNW8R0 for jio fiber is pending for installation since last five days. No body in customer care is helping. Didn't expect this poor service fro jio. Payment has been done but installation is not done.

    @JioCare whats wrong with ur network before it was 2g speed in name of 4g today it's gone no call no internet emergency call only... this is how you treat ur loyal customers 😑

    @reliancejio did 1big mistake chossing jiofiber over airtel..... Issue was not resolved from last 5 days.... Already raised service request 5 times ..m getting the response that we are working from 5 days.... @JioCare agar issue resolv nh kar skte toh tell directly customers...

    @JioCare Whole day gone. No action from Jio fiber. Not even issued a complaint number to the issues raised. 1. Start of time more than 20 minutes regularly. 2. Randomly becomes slow. 3. Not a secure network as per the assessment on PC security software. 4. Payment got deducted 1/n
