    @reliancejio @JioCare @OfficialJioTV There is no customer support for Jiofiber and jioTV in Kerala - kazhakoottam. Even after escalating to appellate they simply close the ticket ! (SR00001G7MHC) . Employees care a damn about jio kerala appellete .Not trustworthy service provider

    It seems, Raghuram has little or no knowledge about the Internet speed available in India thanks to the service providers like Airtel (@airtelindia), Jio (@reliancejio), and Vi (@ViCustomerCare) who are not even equipped to handle 2G, but loftily claim to provide 4G / 5G.
