    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare there is no network inside my home. When I say "No" means not even getting calls. In a city like udupi it's happening. Please resolve it ASAP.

    I hv airtel sim and recently I recharged my number with 84 days plan. But @Airtel_Presence provide very poor net speed so I want to port my sim in jio . But 70 days validity of plan still remaining. Is it possible if I port sim in @JioCare this rechrge will continue.

    @JioChat @JioCare What kind of poor service are you offering in your text customer support. I mentioned my data got exhausted without usage and it suggests me to recharge. Is it how your system work? Get my query resolved or you loose on a customer by the EOD.

    1/2 @reliancejio @JioCare SERVICE ID 1293543448 Had the worst experience with JIO FIBER not working since more than 24 hours no response from customer support . want immediate resolution to this . This is happening despite of having paid subscription charges timely.

    @JioCare Hi I booked my Jio fiber connection on 10th April paid advance amount and it is more then 5 times appointment is scheduled for Installations ....no one turned up till date...can anyone address this issue..never expected the this kind of service from a Brand like Jio..

    @JioCare Do not make false commitment to customer, in really after the registration it takes more then 10 to 15days and your Representative don not bother to answer the call.
