@reliancejio I switched to Jio mobile to get better service. However I am not able to get signal and apparently understand from the support engineer that there is no BTS installed in my office Area. My number- +91 96195 97736. Office address- iThink Lodha, Thane 400602

@JioCare This is supposed to be the service request number and any layman can identify it is not a calling number.Still I have sent the details over DM. As I said earlier there is no room for talks now,I expect a fix in next 90 mins or I move out as simple as it can get!!

@JioCare My internet has not been working since a week. The complaints number takes so many processes to get connected to a service executive and they finally tell you it's area congestion. When 3 people in my house has the same network and have no issue. I wanted to escalate it
