It shows only that engineer wiil be allocated for this service request. New complain can not be raised till previous one is closed.This is disgusting.

I have 3 jio sims I recharged on 2 numbers bith received message that said recharge is successful and today when I tried to call someone from my other number I am being told that I don't have vaild recharge to make a call!
