    @reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic service. Would never recommend Jio Fibre to anyone in Bangalore. Booked a connection and waiting, customer care has no answer for the delays, all they know is to take money and abscond.

    @JioCare Do you know jio network and jio fiber service is becoming headache in India . The time it was launched, things were different but once you got the market just your Monopoly is working not the actual 4g network or fiber you guys need to have reality check now for customer services

    @JioCare I understood that @JioCare only for replying template response in different format to convince the customer instead of fixing the problem. So even if we tweet again and again and again, we will get only template response. This will continue for years till we get tired to send msg

    A worst internet provider Jio Fiber.. @JioCare They just ask details and never come back.. They commit a fake commitment, close service request without information.. No solution nothing... A worst Fiber brand in the city. A higly paid ambani group earning with fake commitment.

    I used to feel Jio was the best broadband provider, but I've now realized that their agents are careless about customer time. In my new office, I asked an agent to complete the task, but they are currently extending the installation date. What am I supposed to do now? @JioCare
