    @JioCare It was confirmed on call that Bill was issued and service was suspended for the billing period. So i'm not liable to pay that amount for suspended services. Please discontinue my services from your end as well.

    @reliancejio I am being harrased to the highest order in reactivating my sim. My daughter studies in a hostel and lost her sim. I am trying to reactivate the sim but being denied as some rep of urs entered wrong name not matching the IDs. This is not done. Pls help!!

    @JioCare wtf, this is the shittiest service I've ever experienced, I am baffled and out of options, no customer care, no representative calling me after I've complained about an outage, this is what I get for switching to your "superior" network?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Unacceptable service. Account: 520173108292 ₹1000 advance not honored, no April bill, forced recharge (expires in 2 days), and false 50GB usage shown. Fix this immediately, or will escalate to the consumer forum.
