    @JioCare I am not able to receive sms, but I can sent it. Incoming calls are not working, but outgoing calls are working. I am in Canada. What can I do? Your customer support on app and WhatsApp can't solve this problem.

    @reliancejio @JioCare its a pathetic scene inBiswanahakani,Tangi,Cuttack for Jio Network.The speed of internet here is 30kbps.Even a single call not connect and a single webpage not opening .Now at 5g Tym Jio has Provided its best service.Thanks jio for good speed&network covrge

    @reliancejio I had taken Reliance GSM Mobile No. 9548584243 13-14 years back. After closure of the company, I ported it to Vodafone about 6 years ago. I applied for the port many times when Vodafone's network was bad But Vodafone neither ported my number but disconnected the connection 2/n

    @reliancejio @JioCare NO0000P334EZ I am dissatisfied with the unprofessional and unreliable service of Jio Fiber. Despite having made the payment, I have been waiting for almost a week for the installation of the service. It's frustrating to see such an utter lack of concern

    Today is day 7 ....still the issue is not resolved....no set top box received....call center still just calls and says engineer will solve...engineer says call center will resolve....full circus at jio ....atleast have courtesy to either resolve or refund...@JioCare @reliancejio
