  @reliancejio @JioCare your service team is pathetic I have been trying since weeks that my number has been leaked and I’m getting 24*7 calls from unknown numbers and this is what you do ! Service center of jio is helpless so is ur voice care. Your plans are fake too , adds on every OTT when you say add free.

  @reliancejio My JioFiber connection was suspended due to non-payment. On customer care’s assurance that payment would allow one month of service, I paid ₹722 on 07.08.2026 and the connection was restored. However, a fresh bill of ₹798 was generated on 11.08.2026 without adjusting my ₹722 payment, and my connection has again been suspended. I effectively received service for only 3 days against my payment. Please verify the payment, billing records and call recording, adjust ₹722 appropriately, waive any incorrect charges and restore my connection immediately.   @JioCare @reliancejio I had checked current location availability, talked to coustomer care, before the whole thing and now can't even reach a human. Is this the customer service? The myjio app checked the availability through live location and now suddenly there is no connection? Fraud jio
