    @JioCare I am facing frequent disconnections on my Jio AirFiber connection. Your engineer informed me that there is no Jio 5G tower in our area and the nearest 5G site is around 4–5 km away. Our village has only a 4G tower. Kindly conduct a network survey and consider installing

    @JioCare Next time engineer declines, we'll ask for his contact details, if he provides. Your system should show which engineer made the visit and put the ticket on hold. i fail to understand why are you requesting details which should be available with the ticket. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @Ashish_4vedi @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Mukesh kaka kick him out . Complain from Emplyee means really bad service. Ashish Ji salute you to complaint against boss company.nowadays jio service is at its lowest.

    @Ashish_4vedi @JioCare @Airtel_Presence agree. probable reason some upgrade some new connection installation. but 3-4 days in a single stretch never. talk to senior person down the line people very nikkama got nearest centre senior person no. he always help. Airtel can never match Jio price coz it has GUI support u=0

    @JioCare @reliancejio in the past 3 days have raised complaints 6 times on customer care but not a single visit till date! 6 slots selected 6 times tickets raised and yet no response seen. Such pathetic service. Will discontinue the service for sure.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Is there any update on the request? Note: Its more than 72 hours now after the completion of payment and still no resolution. I will have to eventually escalate the matter going forward if there is no update/confirmation.

    it's been nearly 6 days , the Fiber internet is not working & @airtelindia is jsut assigning the technician, who don't even care to contact. Resolution is just imaginary !! @reliancejio @JioCare - I miss your prompt resolution, never in 4 year had such long disruption !
