    @JioCare This level of service is completely unacceptable. Please cancel my fibre internet connection immediately and close my account. I no longer wish to continue with such unreliable service and WORST SERVICE PROVIDER.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Agar is complaint ka satisfactory resolution nahi diya gaya, to main ek customer hone ke naate apne legal rights aur consumer rights ko protect karne ke liye is matter ko higher authority/appropriate consumer grievance forum tak forward karne ke liye majboor hounga. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio filed a complaint for non connectivity this morning and whole day passed and app shows ENGINEER BEING ASSIGNED. Poor service.

    It’s been nearly 4 months since my cancelled Jio recharge on 20 Apr 2026, but my refund is still pending. I was asked to provide the refund transaction ID, which I never received. Raised multiple tickets, yet no one has resolved it. Please resolve this urgently. @reliancejio

    @Neend_Ki_Rani @JioCare Vi network sahi hai. Kuch bhi problem ho bs vi whatsapp care pe msg kr do next day problem solve. Mera low latency ka issue tha. Next sahi ho gya

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your network is horrible, have ported just last month end and now I am facing problems with my network and internet what rubbish is this. And your contact center team only replies with one thing that there is some operation going on in your area.
