    @reliancejio I don't have internet and I have given an appointment after 4 days , who pays for no connectivity in between ? The customer care doesn't pick the call as I have case open tickets. The local cable guy is better than this . #pathetic

    @JioCare You such a prominent company cant even ensure one resolution, shows your competence level spoiling the name of @ambani because of such casual and unprofessional response people talk adverse about company. I shared the complaint number still no response whole day is wasted

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have been complaining the network issue on my are from last 2 months to your support team but still issue is not solved, and from this morning I was not able to receive call and make calls #badsupport #badservice
