My Airtel broadband has no connectivity and they are not responding or resolving it!! It's been 24 hours.. Such a huge service provider and they are on the mercy of the local vendor! Poor Airtel @airtelindia Take help from @reliancejio atleast they will pick up ur calls!

The issue is not resolved completely. During the day never I've got the promised speed. No proper action inspite of multiple complaints. This is not fair to provide half the speed all the time on a fiber broadband subscription. @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare waiting since yesterday August 22 for service executives to repair the jio fiber network. Is this how Reliance Jio provided its services to its customers or do I need to change my network??

@JioCare Every time ur Engineer comes to rectify a defect of a house he ensures that there will be a defect in some other household. Yesterday someone came on some other call. He rectified the defect and in the process removes my line. Wow.. What a service by @reliancejio. @TRAI pls note
