Such a horrible experience with @JioCare your app gives some stupid automated replies to queries and you have multiple numbers for customer support every time they give a new number to connect

@JioCare @reliancejio I have returned the device by 12th august and executive has taken my account details for refund as well But today 15 days over still not received the refund amount of 1500 and i have returned it by 7 days of installation. Can i get a resolution
