  @JioCare You heavily advertise your 5G network, but even your 4G service is not working properly here. The internet is completely unusable, making all those 5G claims meaningless for customers in my area. Please stop promoting services you cannot reliably provide and fix the issue

  Hey @JioCare , my AirFiber router is dead, but I can’t raise a request either from app, call, or chat because your algos don’t cover “router is dead” scenario. Request to raise a service request for JioAirFiber router change, as I am unable to do so from existing modes.

  @JioCare @reliancejio facing internet speed issues paid for 100mbos getting 19-26 Mbps speeds, within 2 days of installation, also e-mailed for missing ethernet cable in STB box but no resolution provided. Only router box was having ethernet cable.

  1/3 @JioCare My Jio AirFiber in Rajgamar, Korba, Chhattisgarh has been practically unusable for the last 7+ days. The network is so poor that I can't even watch videos or continue my online studies. This is causing serious inconvenience.
