    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio , it almost 9 days since I paid for my Jio Fiber connection Order Number NO0000IJ9XC4 with no updates. You are always saying "rescheduled your appointment". Please cancel this request and plan for my refund of INR : 11612 ASAP.

    @JioCare I would like to place refund request as I didn't get the service or plz connect with ur end of bank account @YESBANK as said @paytmbankcare the amt has already been transferred to your account, I have been harassed by too long time.

    So @reliancejio @JioCare you guys ask to DM just to suppress the complaint.. Just generic replies to complaints.. when it comes to payments you start reminding customers 3 days in advance.. when it comes to network coverage, you guys will keep working on it forever.. Shame!

    Jio care doesn't care for e waste. Past few days being stonewalled by customer care opted for other connection. Saddled with Junk stb courtesy Jio. @reliancejio @JioCare Pleases hv a practical policy for on your old stb recycling.

    I don't pay monthly 233 for this crap & when i wanna port to other networks you would come flying what is the issue sir & all that, but really this is so bloody annoying why this should happen everytime & I'm not your mum to scold & then the network will get fixed😡 @JioCare
