  Can we file complaint in any forum against @reliancejio services where they are charging every months but in return poor service in network and calls received at customer end. Agent denied to take complaint as there service issue is going on & team is working but no resolution.

  10 days of chasing customer service for cancelling JioFiber relocation & refund. Emails go unanswered, agents have no clarity on call & issue keeps getting delayed. After days of follow-ups, do I really need to approach the Consumer Court for my own money? @JioCare @reliancejio
