    @jiocare the problem ASAP. I didn't expect from the Customer care unit of Reliance Jio to disconnect the customer's call while issuing the complaint.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio internet is very very very slow in our village. You always been saying the same Dialogues from 2 years. You never improved your service but increased the prices of plans. You would better use the caption "Jio- For Limited users only" 1/2

    @EElementsFR @reliancejio @JioCare DND is one of the biggest jokes in our country. everyone is earning except the customer, so no one cares / wants to do anything. i have received responses from EVERY telecom company that it was service call / sms so no action was taken.

    @reliancejio We have been struggling with our net since last 3 days , we booked the complaint yesterday and the engineer came today to fix it and told us to wait for approx. 25 min , but the issue is not resolved yet and it has been more than 12 hours after there visit.

    @JioCare My wifi shows connected but it says no internet and this is happening since 2-3 days and it is hampering my work, would request you to please fix the issue asap so i can have access to internet. If the issue continues then i will have to choose airtel
