@jiocare the problem ASAP. I didn't expect from the Customer care unit of Reliance Jio to disconnect the customer's call while issuing the complaint.

@JioCare Not at all helpful! Local exec. is now asking me to create new connection! They are unable to do activation! Never imagined your service will be so painful! It's been more than 24hrs since payment but I haven't received the connection. Better You refund! @reliancejio @DoT_India

@reliancejio Bull **** to reliance Jio, company is offering 10% cash back on 2000/- bill but denied to decide a bill of 8000/- in 2000x4. Third class offer ,I will get only 200/- on place of 800/- .Jio is making fool to people's.

@reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Sir, as a customer if I subscribed for 150 mbps for Jio Optic Fibre and getting a fluctuating speed of 10-20 mbps. Kids online school and exams getting affected. Complaining for more than 2 yrs. Pls help with a solution
