    @jiocare the problem ASAP. I didn't expect from the Customer care unit of Reliance Jio to disconnect the customer's call while issuing the complaint.

    @TRAI please do the needful We are paying for the service, but not getting service. If we check the old record of 6 months how many times we had complained. No proper solution from @JioCare @reliancejio .

    @JioCare I am facing a serious issue with my Jio AirFiber connection. Service Request No. SR000037T8O5 has been pending for 4 days. The assigned engineer keeps rescheduling the visit and is allegedly demanding extra cash payment to come on-site. This is highly unprofessional.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber I have lodged a complaint for non availability of internet since 8th June 26.U r team instead of resolving the issue buying time and close the complaint number without resolve it. After reopening the complain again I have assigned with a new date.

    @sushilpathiyar @JioCare @reliancejio I use normal fiber cable which is good service in Udupi, from last 1.5yrs. Good experience, may be airfiber has issue.

    @JioCare 1/3 Thank you for the response, but I am looking for a resolution, not a generic assurance. The issue has been ongoing since 9 June in Sikiya Narayanpur, Mirzapur 231305, with near 0 Mbps speeds and latency of around 2000 ms despite showing 5G coverage.

    @JioCare has the worst customer service A tree was cut off this morning near my house so the Internet is gone this morning I raised a request at 9:10am & booked an appointment at 1-2pm slot The technician didn't reach and his phone switched off When called customer care they

    @JioCare We received a msg now that it shifted to tomorrow around 3-4 PM. Just pathetic, i really need to think about new service providers @JioCare really disappointed
