@jiocare the problem ASAP. I didn't expect from the Customer care unit of Reliance Jio to disconnect the customer's call while issuing the complaint.

Why the Internet connection of @reliancejio is so slow . How a person lives in tier 2&3 cities continue their studies and work in these tuff times , where internet is so slow . Nowadays , internet is the basic need for each of us . @JioCare

Recharged by 999 in Jio Fiber. Unable to watch the TV. Called at @JioCare and the telecaller disconnected the call when I asked for the ticket number and the issue is not yet fixed. Shame on you @JioCare @reliancegroup
