@jiocare the problem ASAP. I didn't expect from the Customer care unit of Reliance Jio to disconnect the customer's call while issuing the complaint.

@JioCare Where is the service engineer?! You assured that the service will be addressed at the scheduled time 11 AM on Oct 26! If you're not able to do it please disconnect my connection, there are other broadband services also I can happily switch to!
