    @jiocare the problem ASAP. I didn't expect from the Customer care unit of Reliance Jio to disconnect the customer's call while issuing the complaint.

    @JioCare Where is the DM Link ? I raised this issue also through email.. But despite payment of Bill before due date, services stopped unilaterally. If someone maintains mobile number, that too postpaid, it should not be done like this..

    @ViCustomerCare One Feedback I was your customer for last 22 Years and now porting to @JioCare To switch from postpaid to prepaid your retention team told me carry xerox of of pan and aadhar & carry 2 passport size photographs. Please change your outdated procedures. (1/2)
