    @jiocare the problem ASAP. I didn't expect from the Customer care unit of Reliance Jio to disconnect the customer's call while issuing the complaint.

    @reliancejio In my area jio not working last 6 month . I have registered many complain about it. But jio not taking action on it . So now i want to change jio to other network.

    @VidhuBhushan @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio Absolutely true. Any service is as good as the last touch points to the customer. Team Airtel are very lethargic in my area in responding. I think it is better if I stay away from them. For the time being at least.

    @JioCare I am subscriber of Jio Fibre very disappointed for any issues app is complicated and to reach to customer care through IVR very difficult. Tried 3 times each time call drops. Hope someone gives solution

    My Netflix keeps getting bundled with some Jio package and gets downgraded to the basic plan. I'm an Airtel customer btw. This is the second time it's happening and it's super annoying. Could I know why and how to make it not happen again? @JioCare @NetflixIndia

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am in Paliganj district Patna State Bihar pincode 801110. Why there is always very slow internet issues. you are cheating ruler areas of Bihar on name of 4G internet.
