    @jiocare the problem ASAP. I didn't expect from the Customer care unit of Reliance Jio to disconnect the customer's call while issuing the complaint.

    @JioCare Jio has very bad service that all we know but now they are fooling their cutomers. My internet was not working last 2 month. N number of complain raised on social direct customer care call everywhere no resolution. I paid execessive amount already and send multiple closure email.

    @JioCare @TRAI Very disappointing experience with JioFiber while trying to disconnect connection. Instead of a smooth closure process, I was pressured with statements like myou lose money pay for another full month.Customers should not be forced misled into continuing a service.

    @JioCare pathetic customer service. I raised a request for relocation of my JioFibre connection. Its been 1 week and it is still not resolved. Cancel my connection and refund Rs 1200 that I paid for the relocation

    @Airtel_Presence I have DM'd, but I have no hopes. Just send the steps on how to cancel the connection. @airtelindia was my primary connection with @reliancejio as my backup, but Airtel has been a disappointment.

    @JioCare This is absolutely pathetic service. My Jio AirFiber has been down for over 7 days and your team is only sending copy-paste replies without fixing anything. Stop fooling customers and resolve the outage immediately, otherwise I will disconnect Jio permanently.

    Dear @JioFiber @reliancejio what exactly are we paying for?Wi-Fi so bad that WhatsApp messages don’t load, Telegram hangs forever, and even Notability on my iPad is stuck syncing since last night. Constant buffering, packet loss, & unstable connection.Tried restarting everything.
