@jiocare the problem ASAP. I didn't expect from the Customer care unit of Reliance Jio to disconnect the customer's call while issuing the complaint.

@JioCare Called many times your customer care number but gets same reply. Engineer has not visited yet. My office work is hampering but customer care has no concern. Last time in July , Engineer came after 3 days. Indore like big city has such pathetic condition of Jio fiber.

On 80m there is tower of Jio @reliancejio but last 3-5 years there is problem with network. Always get solution, We are working on it,very soon we will resolve this issue. When after becoming @RahulGandhi as PM? Address is already mentioned in message box.Check it @_DigitalIndia

@DoT_India My villege is in Maharashtra. Villege Name : Dabhole, Tehsil : Devgad District : Sindhudurg @reliancejio tower is in village but whole village is not getting network. @BSNLCorporate have built tower nearby, but not yet activated due to some litigation. Kindly look into it.

@JioCare An engineer visited thanks for that Smiling face with smiling eyes, but the problem is still not resolved, this is a hardware issue, if possible then i would want to change my jio stb, because it's still lagging and restarting in some even after hard reset.
