    @jiocare the problem ASAP. I didn't expect from the Customer care unit of Reliance Jio to disconnect the customer's call while issuing the complaint.

    Stuck in the middle of nowhere because @JioCare @reliancejio on-device eSIM conversion failed! Now my physical SIM is dead, eSIM won't download, and I have ZERO network signal. Can’t even call customer care. Extremely frustrating. Please DM and fix my number ASAP!

    @JioCare So, I've paid for this kinda service?? Why should it be rescheduled?? Why can't you provide service within given time frame??? I need my installation to be done by tmrw. I'm daily loosing amount bcoz of this issue.

    @reliancejio I raised a complaint again today, but there has been no response so far. This repeated negligence is unacceptable. Please stop ignoring the issue and provide a clear response and a permanent solution to the poor network coverage at the earliest. @jiocare #poornetwork

    @JioCare @TRAI jioYour team provides very bad service. When a customer's recharge is due, your team calls us 5-10 times a day for three days before the recharge. Now, no one is picking up calls, and there's no single reply to emails. For the last 10 days, when its resolve ??

    I recently recharged for a 1-year prepaid plan and feel completely cheated. If you cannot fix the network congestion in my area, I want a pro-rata refund so I can port out. @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India
