    @jiocare the problem ASAP. I didn't expect from the Customer care unit of Reliance Jio to disconnect the customer's call while issuing the complaint.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @SanjayMashruwa1 Hi, i called on your customer care at around 2:30 PM as internet service on my Jio postpaid number suddenly stopped working and i was in the middle of something important. The lady who picked up the call simply said that there is some issue

    @excitel_rocks worst customer service, even aftef calling more than 10 times. No proper response from these guys. I dont understand why they are doing the business. @reliancejio why dont you cover all parts of hyderabad.

    @reliancejio Iio have most customers in Tamil Nadu I think @ 3rd place. But your 5G service available in Chennai only. When will elaborate 5G service in rest of Tamil Nadu?

    @reliancejio I raised multiple complaints for poor network and you people paid no heed to it. Being loyal customer right from your inception without any option I'm porting out to Airtel. Good bye

    How can u close a complaint without resolution? No one called me, network is still 1-2 bar max. Forget download can’t even browse. I really regret my decision of porting the sim .. @JioCare and @Airtel_Presence you both are smilar

    @reliancejio Jio 5g is a complete disaster. None of my office sites and meetings are working with jio mobile data, facing this issue from 10-12 days and customer care says its going to stay atleast till Feb. What a pathetic service, why to launch 5g if u can’t provide the the services

    @Pratibha5991 @JioCare @reliancejio Jio network is not good at Tambaram. They are not resolving this issue since long back.
