    @jiocare the problem ASAP. I didn't expect from the Customer care unit of Reliance Jio to disconnect the customer's call while issuing the complaint.

    @JioCare @reliancejio the worse service provided by jio team. Choosen jio but unable to use services. Myservice request number is SR000017OQAN. Since 24th Nov I am facing problem. Nobody is taking responsibility. They just listen and about problem and hang up the call

    @reliancejio In Mumbai, Network has become inferior now ....earlier it was superb, now it's sub standard ... Network strength is not increased in proportion to subscribers ....they claim 4G, even 2G is not available at many prominent places ...sheer eye wash of Indian customers, as usual!👎👎

    @JioCare Today I recharged my number which is with wrong subscription with the amount of 549 then I also recharged by 399 so plz cancel my 549 plan and refund amount order I’d - RJ740624683 and operator ref no - 12021993796. Help me for this.
