    @jiocare the problem ASAP. I didn't expect from the Customer care unit of Reliance Jio to disconnect the customer's call while issuing the complaint.

    @JioCare Arrogant staff. Worst service. Naam bade darshan chote. Customer cant even do complaint . I dont recommend it . Jio fiber is a headache

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio fibre no. is 1179672869. My DTH remote is not working,I tried to chat with you advisor but as usual didn't get any support. Please open a service request and get the remote either checked or replaced at the earliest.

    @JioCare Customer support people are talking to me a little rude rather than methodical. Is this the value you give to customers?I put the port on today. Asked why? Should I say problem? Why call then? Can you hear me saying that the voice will be cut?

    @JioCare @reliancejio By mistake i have got the recharge done with 30 MBPS whereas I want to continue my 200 MBPS current running plan. I spoke with customer care and they have said that upgrade option is not there. Recharge 2824.92 Jio No +911243533670. Trans ID : TB00001IHSCG
