    @jiocare the problem ASAP. I didn't expect from the Customer care unit of Reliance Jio to disconnect the customer's call while issuing the complaint.

    @JioCare @reliancejio After raising a complaint, the network problem has become even worse. Internet speed is extremely slow, and voice calls are also being affected. This is the kind of service we are receiving from Jio?

    @JioCare @reliancejio My office work has been hampered for the last 3 days. The Router connection is down. The engineer gets scheduled for the next day rather than immediate. How can a person work like this? Everyone’s time is imp.

    @JioCare My Jiofibre connection atLocation: Lakadganj, Nagpur-440008 is disrupted since Friday, 17th July, and till today no technician has come to visit. They gave the number of the engineer allocated for service who is not picking up calls. Totally pathetic service from Jio.

    @JioCare I'vw already provided the screenshots etc. of everything i have. Clearly @JioCare doesn't have any intention to resolve the problem. I'll be putting formal complaint through consumer court @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare wasting my time. What is going on with Jio Customer Care? Is this how you treat your customers? If you are unwilling to honor the commitments made by your own team, at least verify your records, call recordings, and service history before responding. (3/4)

    @JioCare Still waiting. 5 calls from Jio today to tell me Engineer is coming. Repeated messages with contrary confusing messages. Called Engineer Rahbhar, said he's coming. NO ONE HAS COME. 4 days with no wifi, no Jio. Terri le service
