@jiocare the problem ASAP. I didn't expect from the Customer care unit of Reliance Jio to disconnect the customer's call while issuing the complaint.

@JioCare absolutely ridiculous service u dnt care a thing about ur customers i have complained so many times about network and net speeds all reason i get is too many user in my area. Then what should i do is it my fault ur charging me full na i expect full 4G service from u#TRAI

Still there is no revert I am facing the calling & internet fluctuation which is now really big headache for me if your network team is unable to resolve my concern please do refund my recharge amount.This problem is raised long back but no one is bothered. @JioCare @rsprasad

Hey @JioCare my jio fiber connection is down since 2 days and ur customer care has been absolutely of no use whatsoever,, only providing lame excuses time & again. I think it's better to switch to other network.
