    @jiocare the problem ASAP. I didn't expect from the Customer care unit of Reliance Jio to disconnect the customer's call while issuing the complaint.

    @JioCare Since @JioCare refuses to send a field engineer, I have formally filed a grievance with the National Consumer Helpline @nch1915 under Docket No: 9651949 and escalated to the Appellate Authority. Stop the scripted delays and fix my line today.

    @JioCare I would like to reiterate that I have called your local jio service provider for a fresh connection, to which he is replying as they don't have devices in their stock to install. That's why I'm not assigned with any reference number. Already communicated detailed address via DM

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio network in my area for the last 24 hrs. 5G speeds = 3G level, barely 2 bars,4G = zero indoor. Old unresolved issue: during power cuts, indoor coverage vanishes completely and takes 20-25 mins to restore even after power is back. pin401305

    @JioCare has the worst call center possible. Since morning fiber isn’t working. They send you that it will get resolved in 4 hours. You can’t lodge complain since automated machine won’t let you bypass. Since no complain no. you can’t track and they don’t report delay anywhere.
