    If there would have been -1 rating to #JioFiber customer care service, I would have given that only. Not even able to raise a technician visit. After calling, emailing, online chat for literally MANY times! Problem: VERY FREQUENT internet disruptions. @JioCare @reliancejio #Jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio my jio gigafibre is not working since yesterday in Gurgaon phase 2. It was working till 12 am and after that the internet has stopped working. Please look into it. Jio fiber is constantly getting down in my area

    @reliancejio @airtelindia please check having 4g postpaid connection with dongle for both ISP, but still facing internet connectivity issue while doing WFH speed less than 1 mbps raised concern with customer care but no luck, there is no Mobile tower in my village and nearby one.

    @JioCare Another 1 had nt listen my prb properly and 3rd when i hd spoken to Ma'am I hd given her all my details. Sir cause of ntwrk issue. My deal was canceled and thats the reason my business partners and I hd lost my job too.. thats the reason I was angry cause of ur 2 coliques

    @JioCare pathetic service. @reliancejio only loots people's money. Been following up on an issue since 1 month n the customer care doesn't take a complaint n says will get a callback for which I have been waiting 4 a month now. #shutdownjiocare

    Hello @JioCare tell me one thing, what is your company Policy? What kind of service you are providing to your customers? From last 2 year I am complaining about poor network in my area( Pusa, Samastipur, Bihar) But always your customer care saying we are improving. But what ??
