Your engineer visited and confirmed that the outdoor unit is continuously rebooting and unable to lock onto the 5G signal (signal light never turns green). I paid the full amount, but the installation was not completed and my request was cancelled without any proper resolution. This has been a very disappointing experience. @airtel's service are far better than Jio's.
