@JioCare @reliancejio it has been 4 days since I moved out, I need my broadband relocated only 15 blocks away, my provider doesn't accept my calls, u guys don't give me any other number, MyJio doesn't do much for relocation-issue. Paid 3 months already, so can't cancel & re-apply

@JioCare Please send messages and notifications in English. I haven't changed my language preference so why are you forcing regional languages on me without asking my permission? You are service provider. Fix this issue asap. Stop forcing regionalism on customers.

@JioCare Till what end? Does Jio not care about it’s customers I don’t think it takes that long for relocation and there is no action inspire of contacting via chat / Twitter / Email All I get is an empty bunch of promises and assurances which never materialised

@JioCare there is no signal in my house.. 2 bldgs from mine has full range and in my house internet speed has also reduced.. thinking of porting to @Airtel_Presence for a trial.
