    @JioCare I know software upgrade pushed by brand. But binary of your Jio5G service you are providing to brand. Why you are not providing binary of Jio5G to brand. That is the only reason brand are delaying to give software update. And also you have listed a F23 5G into incompatible list.

    Please help me to replace of my jio Sim Card. I have been trying to get it from long time. I have visited many jio stores in #Hajipur & #Patna but they all told me that they don't have green sim card. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Here network isn't running well, Even I can't download a 50kb file in 2 minutes... I have tagged my location down,i am facing too much disturbance by JIO Network in my online Study... Pls do something ASAP

    @reliancejio,@_MukeshAmbani,@ianuragthakur I have used only around 700mb data and message come from jio that you have used 100 percent data.if same condition remain same then I port my number to others service. And my data plan is 1.5gb/day.

    @JioCare my Jio Fiber is not working for the last 4 hours. Your WhatsApp account is useless. It cannot solve anything. No body has come online yet. Helpline number is as useless. How should one complain about their problems? Please revert.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I got jio fiber connection on 15 August 2022 after that installation team told for any issues please call now since last 1 week i am facing so problem and your staff is not receiving my call this is very bad and poor service and customer service is worst.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have a jio sim which is registered on my father's name. Now I'm officially 18+ so i want to change ownership of my sim. I called jio customer executive, he told me that you have to go jio center with aadhar card and other documents with your father.

    @reliancejio talking of 5G to launch. Atleast give data speed in 4G first,, worst data speed pathetic service. @airtelnews is giving fantastic speed in this area and Jio is dead. Only advertisement karo Service Zero.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia still no 5g coverage in my house, complained 1month back but no solution,counting days to port back to @JioCare after 90 days,one month passed ,60more days to go. Jio also doesn’t have great coverage in my area but they are better than Airtel.

    @JioCare How many times should I tell what the problem is I am not able to get any incoming calls as the person dialling my no receives a message as out of reach and I get a missed call notification everytime

    @JioCare is ABSOLUTELY useless, I have been on call with their customer support over 7 times within 24 hours and yet they fail to provide any solution. There has been no internet service since Friday, I scheduled an appointment for saturday there has been NO IMPROVEMENT since.

    @SayyedM0hsin @JioCare @reliancejio I completely agree.I'm facing the exact same issue. Despite having an eligible 5G recharge, my phone stays on 4G most of the time. I've also contacted customer support multiple times, but nothing has been resolved. Please take this issue seriously and provide a permanent solution

    @jiothings @jioMotive @JioCare Around one and a half months ago, I reported an issue where the device was falsely registering trips. Despite raising the complaint, the issue has still not been resolved.
