@reliancejio I request as well as challenge reliance jio team to kindly visit at my location & have a network connectivity test done. If I'm wrong penalty will be mine if I'm right jio will have to pay penalty??? Reliance jio claiming to be the fastest network is not true.

@reliancejio @JioCare Hi, I am from Hajipur city, Bihar. Since last 3days I am noticing that jio fiber internet goes out of service and doesn’t work till 3pm. Jio router blinks red light only and doesn’t turn green. Look into this and please fix this.

After battling for a long time with Jio Fiber relocation related problem, I finally had to cancel Jio Fiber. The cancellation has been completed for more than month but till now no member has come to get the Fiber back from @reliancejio nor has given any online updates till now.

Dear @JioCare , your operator at DHARCHULA, dist pithoragarh pin 262545 is giving pathetic and horrible services with jio network tower. Evrytime there is a issue of electricity, your network tower is shut down. Don't you have generator or any backup power source?.
