@JioCare and @JioSaavn gives us option to request for jio tune for songs that have not. But this service is pathetic... I've requested for so many but all in vain. You should remove this request facility asap. @reliancejio

I am facing Jio slow speed in my area for last 1 month and i contacted with Jio customer service 3-4 times but they all gave a false hope that service will get better..you are charging 600 for 3 months @JioCare for such service have a shame..plz look out this @rsprasad sir

They just advise "DM the contact details "after that nothing happened. If replied, they just assured wait for 90 days. We are working to install a new site in your area.

Worst service offered by @reliancejio even in 21st century subscribers are without network coverage!!!!! It is highly unfortunate that when our school administration is asking students to attend online classes but without network how it is possible!!!!!
