@JioCare @reliancejio Worst network coverage and the internet speed and this is when the newly installed jio tower is within 2km. About 2months ago when the jio tower installed everything is fine but it seems you people deliberately providing very poor services now. @DoT_India

@JioCare But after recharge it was activated immediately without taking any confirmation from me resulting it expired in days and whole Rs 222 was wasted. Why do you do this? These is no options to talk to your support staff. Even on chat its a programed robotic answer which is useless

Feed-up with Exploitation of Jio Services and Support. Tried all possible methods to register my complaint but Jio doesn’t care at all. Losing customer is a fun for them. Finally decided to Port 7011355069 in to other provider. Jio experience was horrible. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare What's the use to buy a 84 day,1.5gb/day plan if you can't fulfill your promise of designated speed. It's awfully bad network speed. Pathetic to run a simple website. Wish you ppl had worked on quality rather ramping new connections. Quite unhappy with the service!

@JioCare @reliancejio In order to block a SIM kept in lost mobile, JIO care suggesting to login with OTP and do it with myJio app. Are you kidding me?? How can anyone get OTP is SIM and Mobile have been lost.

@ConnectBB You have the poorest connectivity in Punjab. Your broadband never works in continuity mode. Everytime have to take complaint route to get it work. Thinking over to change to Jio Broadband @reliancejio. My business is suffering. In next 7 days, will think to change.

@reliancejio i have purchased jio sim yesterday but till time sim not working on phone it shows not registered on network.And the vendor has charged Rs 250 money for new sim and package now he is not ready to change the sim card. Very worst service given by you its been 12hr

Usually I avoid mobile on sunday, so I took it in hand at 11 am and Ist msg I saw that I have used 100% data of my daily pack. I was surprised. I called customer care at 198 but they refused to take complaint on phone. Now a days speed of jio is also not that high.@JioCare
