    @JioCare My Internet is down, i have tried all possible ways to connect back via jio app and then tried calling jio customer support after holding for about 7 minutes, call got disconnected. How shall i log a complaint?

    1/2 It's a shame that @JioCare despite being such a big company, can't be prompt enough to address an issue as trivial as buying an STB remote. Earlier too, they failed to provide a proper link where I could buy an original remote, and even now their customer care executives

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed. My Jio Fiber installation (Order No. NO0001EIJF3S) was scheduled for 09/07/2026, yet after 2 days no contact or information. As a loyal Jio customer, I expected better. Please resolve this immediately. 2 schedule appointments and no one showed up.

    Is anyone else facing issues with Jio relocation? They've collected my old equipment, but haven't installed the new one, and customer care keeps disconnecting my calls. I paid a week ago. @JioCare, please fix this!

    @siddhmax21 @JioCare @jio Completely unacceptable. Customers shouldn't have to wait 10 days with false promises of "tomorrow." Internet is an essential service for work and education. Hoping this gets resolved immediately. #Jio #CustomerService
