    @JioCare after change of plan observed data is finishing fast like viewing 5 min online consume 1.5 gb data i think there is some kind issues please call

    @JioCare Finally the technician arrived after 3-4 days of constant complaining but guess what, the wifi is still not working. This is such pathetic service by @JioCare Never expected you guys to be so incompetent at your job!

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani I have been in dignified by the customer service of JIO FIBER. I was given false promises & false information about my recharge pack of 999(Month). I called the customer service to return my set top box & downgrade my plan. BUT EVERYONE LIED.
