    @JioCare my old balance is with you and problem is in your side and your engineers didnt returned device to jio which they took from me since feb 2026 and now ur asking to pay due.cheating is daily habit for jio?threatening

    @JioCare @reliancejio I ported to Jio on March 29 (Order: NO00015CKH6D). 11 days later — no SIM, no communication, no delivery attempt. Your own website promises 5 days. My Airtel plan expired, I'm now without service at college. I've complained multiple times. STILL NOTHING.

    @jiocare @jio_fiber @_reliancejio PExtremely frustrated with JioFiber service. Despite multiple follow-ups via calls & emails, there is no response from your team. Service request is closed automatically even no engineer assigned, and the service remains unusable.

    @JioCare 2. I called him and he said he is not responsible for this pickup company is making you fool as they do not have any service for anything. What is this behaviour and now he is disconnecting the call . Raise this to higher authority and i wanted this pickup done by today
