@JioCare Please confirm the process of refund the Jiofiber as I am fed up with the service as no body even visited or call for the issue, which is pathetic customer service. Please confirm the amount to be refund on surrendering the connection.

3 days ago I purchased a Jio phone, I use only for calling but phone discharge very fast like have to charge 2 times in a day. I went to shop for replace but he didn't co-operate & said visit to jio gallery. Very worst #jiophone @reliancejio @JioCare
