@JioCare Waiting from last 24 Hours to solve the problem.. My all family use Jio. All members work stop because of Network not Available. This is the Worst situation for the Work from home.

@JioCare Tell me what update do you have since the time I first reported the issue. Has there been *any* progress at all? Because your on ground support team says resolution is beyond their scope of fixing, so “backend team” needs to resolve it first.

@JioCare My recharge has failed and the amount still has been deducted,the same thing had happened in past as well, precisely on nov 6 , and that amount is yet to be refunded ,is this another way of looting money from customers,i guess @airtelindia is much better service

@preshit @JioCare They are Jio biddy. They care about our wallet. Not the wear and tear in it. Moreover, they meed a week time to even understand the issue. Pathetic customer service
