    @JioCare @JioCare Still no engineer visit and my internet is not working. You have been giving only assurances for 3 days now. This is extremely poor service. If this issue is not resolved immediately today, I will permanently disconnect JioFiber and switch to Airtel.

    @JioCare Temporary issues ?? Its happening everyday now do something and make some permanent solutions to this issue bcos this is just annoying. Can you share customer care number so atleast i can talk to somebody and not the automated messages from the other numbers ??

    @JioCare Ported from Airtel Postpaid to Jio with clear request for postpaid conn., but number was activated as prepaid. Raised escalation through email, unable to reach human support, and service now interrupted. Need urgent for prepaid to postpaid conversion without additional deposit.

    @JioFiber @reliancejio Fiber No: 3335649625, SR No: SR00002L2SPU. Instead of resolving the issue, Sanju kept forcing me to switch to Jio AirFiber. This decision should be mine.

    @reliancejio my jio air fiber number is +91-7258796878. I had raised complaint on 10/5/26 vi number SR000035K11D and issue is not resolved till now. Every time I contacted customer care new request has been generated but no action has been taken. Please resolve the matter

    @JioCare Tired of following up. Even the X post will not make @JioCare to work towards resolutions. So don't buy jioairfirber. No customer service and in fact no ways to contact a human in customer service to raise the issue

    @JioCare This has been going on since May. I have been giving you details and you people keep saying wait. Never ending drama. Anyways I am sharing the details in DM. If you cannot provide the service at least give me the process to cancel and refund.

    @reliancejio My mobile network & internet connection is very poor for the last 3 months, every week I am calling at 199, call centre simply give same excuses of network outrage that’s all, no improvement thereafter, they don’t even bothered to check?
