    @reliancejio I am a Jio postpaid customer,I am having a lot of network problems since few days,I have called the customer care and there is no solution for this problem,I have to pay a good amount at the end of the month,so I hope to you get better quality service. Thank You..

    @JioCare I am a Jio postpaid customer, I am having a lot of network problems since few days, I have called the customer care and there is no solution for this problem, I have to pay a good amount at the end of the month, so I hope to you get better quality service. Thank You..

    @JioCare I dnt kno in 2G,3G how much speed customr get,so not abl to calculat 4G speed using the formula given by you,so pl furnish the info how much speed customer suppose to get in 4G service of RJIL?So that sam can b compard with exact speed jio customr is gettng while using 4G service

    @reliancejio it is very pathetic that there is no facilities to talk to customer support over the call. I recharged my number for internet but still same not reflecting. It is really struggling with Jio. My number is 9582098898

    @JioCare After multiple emails and tons of calls to customer care still no refund received. I also tried redeeming again and lost 1000 more. So total 2000 is with jio now. And no resolution. Not able to redeem the STB

    @JioCare Jio doesn't seems to be interested in providing refund for postpaid deposit. I provided account details before 2 weeks but they haven't processed refund yet. When I mailed them they asked for account details again. And still not processing refund. Pathetic service.

    @JioCare Since half an hour I m breaking my head with your customer care for same problems, no one comes and issues are being added to the list, now getting error (2002) for few channels . I think now I have to seriously think of changing service provider

    @reliancejio i got jio fiber connection on 2nd Sep 22 and from yesterday my jio fiber is not working, after frequent complain not getting any solutions from your team. I request all prospective customer plz beware before getting new connection.
