@JioCare My internet is down since July 30th. Within one month this is the second big outage. Service request SR00001CK0BO was raised is not complete since 10 days. They are not fixing it with the excuse that wire length required is a little longer.

@reliancejio and both the numbers are recharged with yearly plan so every customer who recharge with yearly plan will have to face same issue because now the chor company besharam jio knows you cannot move anywhere for a year
