  @JioCare My JioFixed broadband has been down since the storm. You promised resolution in 24 hours — it's been much longer with zero real update. Provide a real resolution timeline and actual ticket escalation right now, not more copy-paste messages from Nelson/Harshit/Kavita. (2/2)

  @JioCare what is status of Internet connection in east delhi? There’s no internet since Thursday midnight. All I can get an update is expected resolution by 11.25 am today but no clarity of what the fault is and where the problem lies!
