    @JioCare pathetic service at my jio store in Naupada, Thane. I visited here for getting duplicate sim as I lost the original, the man at the store was absolutely unattentive and was busy in his mobile and refused to give duplicate sim with an excuse of sim unavailability, really?

    @JioCare I had registered a complaint yesterday and the executive call me today and I had explained him the issue without even entering my premises he had mentioned that he did not get the permission to enter the premises. Please get this resolved ASAP (SR00001GWM2X)

    @JioCare All the time says it will refund 24hrs / 3days buisness working days completed 5mon till now i didnt got the refund i called customer care no response i mailed no response even i visit locals jio care they also didn't got the response what shall i do now say Rs 2500 for us is lot

    @reliancejio Very bad service. Being a existing postpaid customer nobody at your store is available to give a new sim. Says to come back tommorow. Manager is not contactable. No place to complain also. Disappointed
