    @JioCare @reliancejio I recently switched to jio from Airtel as internet speed was slow. Looks like I did a mistake by switching to an inconsistent network

    @JioCare You guys eaten my 1500 rs. It's very frustrating for me to say same thing more than 100 times and you are not understanding and giving same reply without any solution.I m a student 1500 is big amount for me.But you guys eaten them and didn't refunded me.worst experience

    @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence bought a jio phone , was told it’d activate within an hour. Trying even this late ! No info. How do I get my money back? Or is it gone? My present No is jio too, paid for a year. Thinking of letting it lapse and switch. What a crap set up jio has😡

    @JioCare @reliancejio Resolution provided on 23.1.22 at 4.27 pm against Request Number SR000018HZ2Q for my JioFiber connection and the same has STOPED WORKING at 9.30 pm on 23.1.22 itself ??? This is very disappointing. This needs to be fixed immediately.
