    Out of all the OTT services I have used, @OfficialJioTV @reliancejio @JioCare has got to be the worst user discovery experience. Tried to watch F1 Qualifying in Barcelona but cannot seem to find it. Their search shows random results. Literally unusable.

    @JioCare Can you help with fastening up with the resolution process. Also can you push for earlier engineer visit, as to a major case issue still not identified and with later scheduled visit will only delay things further.

    @JioCare please resolve this immediately. It has been more than two weeks and no one is coming to fix jio fiber. Service engineers (kheta ram and duda ram) are asking for extra money and asking me to arrange fiber cable

    @JioCare If you are not able to fix i will go with zee5 again the zee 5 pack also part of the Ott plan in my jio fiber subscription list but they are charging additional amount. Please let me know if you are not able to fix i will close this account for sure
