@reliancejio @JioCare Need your immediate action towards jio network issues. There's no power backup to jio tower. If there's a powercut in the town, we don't receive mobile network for even 10 mins. Please fix this.

@JioCare 1. Sometimes there are speed issues due to which I have to turn off/on continuous wifi broadbandThen the problems are solved but for some hours. 2. Sometimes network towers are getting issue due to which my work is not doing anything but online gaming is getting more network.

@JioCare writing of my parents. Their jiofiber ac is not working for over 48 hrs. 5 calls later they haven’t responded back. This is incredulous service considering what they pay for the package!!!
