@reliancejio @JioCare Need your immediate action towards jio network issues. There's no power backup to jio tower. If there's a powercut in the town, we don't receive mobile network for even 10 mins. Please fix this.

@JioCare since last six months I am trying to get the Jio Fibre connection. But couldn't get it. My location is Shyambazar, Kolkata. But in my nearby area ppl are getting this. This type of service is not expected from Jio.

@JioCare I have taken jio post paid connection and activated family plan but secondary no still not included in my plan .I frequently called to customer care executive and visited Jio store but still problem not resolved
