@reliancejio @JioCare Need your immediate action towards jio network issues. There's no power backup to jio tower. If there's a powercut in the town, we don't receive mobile network for even 10 mins. Please fix this.

@JioCare @JioFiberVoice. I hv book a slot for relocate my Jio fiber connection 1 week back bt on the given day no 1 called or showed up. I called customer care several times but no action taken. My ref no -CO0000LR0XEG. Is this your service to a customer?

@utsavtechie @JioCare has the worst service, be it any part of india , dont go for jio ,my internet is down since 8 days , no action is being taken , i also saw people with internet down issue for 15 days / 6 months , you can search for yourself on twitter

How much time will be take for fix my gigafiber, there are already 10days past, no response from Engineer, I will go to Consumer Forum, if not fixed within 24Hrs. I am Consumer & I have power to fight with legal procs. Who will give my money for last 10days @JioCare @reliancejio
