@reliancejio @JioCare Need your immediate action towards jio network issues. There's no power backup to jio tower. If there's a powercut in the town, we don't receive mobile network for even 10 mins. Please fix this.

@JioCare Worst customer support ever!!! Been more than i month ive been chasing for my refund, only msg i get that it is in process, 12 april my jio fibre connection is uninstalled after not even using for a month and now have to follow up everyday for my refund Not fairShocked!!

@JioCare Thanks a lot for the response, would love to switch to Jio broadband asap. Have been suffering at the hands of @airtelindia from last 2 years, my internet went down on 6th may and they are not bothered at all despite so many complaints and taking money from customers in advance.
