    @reliancejio @JioCare Need your immediate action towards jio network issues. There's no power backup to jio tower. If there's a powercut in the town, we don't receive mobile network for even 10 mins. Please fix this.

    @reliancejio internet not working in day time only works in night time.. Raised multiple complain but still not resolved after a long year also. No DM message please @RelianceJioCare

    @JioCare Yesterday I have installed Jio fiber and when I open Valorant for ping check I am getting 50-60ms ping from the Mumbai server!! After doing many things I still can't get lower than 50ms. Can you tell me any solution? I'm getting 60ms in the Singapore server.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence worst provider only increasing price every day, but service is worst, my money deducted from bank, but recharge not completed I should have switched to another provider before but not so late. going to switch in jio. @JioCare

    What's the complaint number for misinformation given by local jio fiber service provider,they made me pay wrong plan and dur to which im suffering,either refund that or downgrade my plan @jiocare @reliancejio

    @AJIOLife @reliancejio order ID : FN6907305729 I order bag but I recieved different bag, I also call in coustomer support on 31-03-2023 they told me refund is initiated, but I call today they told me quality check failed

    @TRAI @reliancejio @reliancegroup jio post paid network is worst in service. Want to move to some other operator. Just clear my bill and refund the security amount.

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is in regards to the Payment that has been deducted from my Bank account for Jio Fiber, however it is not reflecting on the MY JIO application and I’m not getting any help for Jio Customer care. Amount : 706.82 Requesting your immediate attention.

    @JioCare "Disappointed with the lack of action and communication from Jio Fiber. As a potential customer, it's frustrating to be denied a connection due to permission issues when the infrastructure is already in place nearby. Hope Jio Fiber can resolve this soon.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have already provided all the details and Screenshots of paymnet via email but haven’t heard back from Jio Care yet (Its been more than 48 hours now) Moreover Customer service is not at all helpful. Worst experience ever..
