    @reliancejio internet not working in day time only works in night time.. Raised multiple complain but still not resolved after a long year also. No DM message please @RelianceJioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I've recharged now before 1 hr. But still the speed is at 7.3kbs what the hell is this? Please fix this sir asap. Here in my area the network is always pathetic

    @reliancejio @JioCare Need your immediate action towards jio network issues. There's no power backup to jio tower. If there's a powercut in the town, we don't receive mobile network for even 10 mins. Please fix this.

    @reliancejio, My Jio Fiber connection is not working from past 6 days and I called Jio customer care several times but they have a standard answer “Services we be resumed in 2 hrs”, and as per customer care it is a service issue in the entire area, but my neighbour has no issues

    @JioCare Worst customer service. I registered a complaint for uninstallation of my router on thursday as I am currently shifting out of my house. Till now, no one has come. You have even discontinued the internet but have not yet sent anyone to pick up the router. 1/2

    Pathetic service from @JioCare. Too many fluctuations in Wifi. Network not stable. Router goes red all of a sudden. Facing this problem since a month without any explanation from Jio. Unhappy.

    @reliancejio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your towers were recently installed on our building but the work done by the contactors is pathetic. I has caused leakage in my house and due to which we are having issues with electrical appliances.
