@reliancejio @JioCare Need your immediate action towards jio network issues. There's no power backup to jio tower. If there's a powercut in the town, we don't receive mobile network for even 10 mins. Please fix this.

@JioCare Ticket closed again without resolving - this has happened today evening. Billing cycle from 14th june to 13th august to be changed as no service has been provided from 14th june till date. I don't want to pay for days i am not provided internet connection/ other service

@reliancejio @JioCare network drop past 8 month follow. Yesterday onwards heavy network drop Customer care executive repeated same dialogue “issues resolved in shortly in 90 day’s” but 240 day’s gone. I’m not able to work efficiently. Waiting for @SpaceXStarlink Indian.

@JioCare i made a service request regarding jiofiber not working..service no.SR00001BNY68....tecnician came, cut wire from mid and then said i will do tmw till then give otp you recieved and went.....he never turned back ....i am still waiting for resolution....
