Unfortunately, the service failed again, raised a new complaint on 27 August (SR00003F780R). It is still unresolved, and your technicians are unable to identify the actual fault.

I’m still getting 3G–4G speeds instead of a proper 5G. Please escalate to network team and provide a real resolution.

srigopal1992 (@srigopal1992) reported@JioCare @TRAI why is jio allowed to change customer sim iccid without customer knowledge ? I never requested for new sim or anything in past and for the active sim the iccid has changed and now same sim shows different number when I insert into my device. Please look into this.
