I regret to inform @reliancejio @JioCare in our area #Jio 4G network connectivity is very poor.Internet speed less then 10.0kb/s due which unable to access network.we can't execute work in this speed. As a user we are facing so many critical problems.i request for necessary steps

@JioCare why i cant use my internet.Although i can't open my jio app .No app is not open .It's very slow internet from last 15 days in night. When i call your customers care they tolded"multiple users at same time"solve this problem immediately otherwise i will change to other .

@JioCare @reliancejio I ported my number recently. I have been charged for 400rs including prime amount of 100rs. In Jio app, the prime membership amount is mentioned as 0, so please help me to understand why 100rs is collected from me.I contacted via DM , but no replay.

Jio Phones are like ****. I bought 4th Jio phone in 3rd year and 25+ visits at service center, jio sales man said the latest feature phone is better than old but it also same like before , 4th visit to service center.@JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare The same was said 6 months ago by a Jio representative. In place of improvement, the network has deteriorated royally. Man, you are the number one telco of India. What is a puny cell site for Jio? In 2022, I have to go to the street to make a phone call. @reliancejio @JioCare
