I regret to inform @reliancejio @JioCare in our area #Jio 4G network connectivity is very poor.Internet speed less then 10.0kb/s due which unable to access network.we can't execute work in this speed. As a user we are facing so many critical problems.i request for necessary steps

@JioCare why i cant use my internet.Although i can't open my jio app .No app is not open .It's very slow internet from last 15 days in night. When i call your customers care they tolded"multiple users at same time"solve this problem immediately otherwise i will change to other .

@reliancejio dear Reliance Jio. The jiofi’s network service is very poor in Diphu, Karbi Anglong, Assam. Can you do something? It’s not even loading even the browsing pages. Forget about the downloading pictures and videos.

It's pointless harping your issues. My suggestion is don't renew with them unless you don't have a choice. I am switching too Alliance soon
