@JioCare why i cant use my internet.Although i can't open my jio app .No app is not open .It's very slow internet from last 15 days in night. When i call your customers care they tolded"multiple users at same time"solve this problem immediately otherwise i will change to other .

I regret to inform @reliancejio @JioCare in our area #Jio 4G network connectivity is very poor.Internet speed less then 10.0kb/s due which unable to access network.we can't execute work in this speed. As a user we are facing so many critical problems.i request for necessary steps

@JioCare The service team would never show up on their dedicated time unless they are being offered a bribe ? For fiber, can you direct how this grievance can be escalated ? I am already paying for the service need I bribe them when they are being paid by the company their job.

Failure of jio network , i can able to see full network strength when I called some one it s saying no plan.. but plan is available for 1 more day n jio app.. if some one calling my nu is switched off.. time to chnage sim @reliancejio @JioCare #Ambani
