    I regret to inform @reliancejio @JioCare in our area #Jio 4G network connectivity is very poor.Internet speed less then 10.0kb/s due which unable to access network.we can't execute work in this speed. As a user we are facing so many critical problems.i request for necessary steps

    @JioCare i have been trying install jiofibre at my home they installed it before my home and after but when i request for connection no response by the installation team...great service 👌🏻👏🏻

    @JioCare why i cant use my internet.Although i can't open my jio app .No app is not open .It's very slow internet from last 15 days in night. When i call your customers care they tolded"multiple users at same time"solve this problem immediately otherwise i will change to other .

    @JioCare Your service is also not so good . I have Jiofibre at my office . Weak signal outside the room where my Modem is ? Higher plans don't work . I had bad experience when i chose 150 MBPS plan but got only 10 to 15 MBPS speed last year

    @JioCare Worst service in Tenali area in Guntur distribution in Andhra pradesh 522202 They won't respond to the problem. I had given 3 times my complaint but no response had given and irresponsible guys closed the issue

    What a rubbish network of jio? I haven't seen before? It's provides speed of 2G instead of 4G. Can't sent a message on WhatsApp, even Facebook app is not open.If you will not improve your network then tell us we will all switches to other network provider. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare trying to get jiofiber for the past 3 days - no call back despite registering. the one number you give does not pick calls. if service is so slow - how will the internet be fast?
