    @JioCare why i cant use my internet.Although i can't open my jio app .No app is not open .It's very slow internet from last 15 days in night. When i call your customers care they tolded"multiple users at same time"solve this problem immediately otherwise i will change to other .

    Jio postpaid service is getting ridiculous as everyday have been facing the network and internet connectivity issue. Called customer service and they were unable to resolve and lodge complain today SR00001918. @reliancejio @JioCare

    I regret to inform @reliancejio @JioCare in our area #Jio 4G network connectivity is very poor.Internet speed less then 10.0kb/s due which unable to access network.we can't execute work in this speed. As a user we are facing so many critical problems.i request for necessary steps

    @JioCare Sir phase wise means it's horrible office is in our same pin code but just 2km from office, service is not reachable .

    @airtelindia network is so bad that when I called @Airtel_Presence , call got disconnected in middle when I was explaining my concern. ye ggn ka haal h. 4G inse chalta nahi h, chale h 5G chalane 🙄 @JioCare pls don’t try to jump here. Your network is equally bad

    @reliancejio I used jiopos for recharge and SIM activation in my shop AFTAB COMMUNICATION in Howrah WB In March 2022 app Disable for use I loss money in JIO. it's not showing balance my balance was Rs 7,200/- approx. I approached Jio Associate TL didn't help me. money stucked in JIOPOS.

    @JioCare Hello check what jio has done in 2017 which killed the competition by giving all free to make customer base without even launching it. Now charging every thing on its own will and wish. Most unreliable is this reliance.
