I regret to inform @reliancejio @JioCare in our area #Jio 4G network connectivity is very poor.Internet speed less then 10.0kb/s due which unable to access network.we can't execute work in this speed. As a user we are facing so many critical problems.i request for necessary steps

@JioCare, good service from Jio Fiber however it's super annoying that even after 10 days of Installation, I get calls from agents asking 'connection ho gaya kya? I can give you one more month free!'. I received at least three calls like this. What's happening?

@JioCare Again lies, not as per my request. Cos your engineer visited at a time of his choice,9 am and he couldn't solve the problem by 11 am. I had to leave at 10 for an appointment. And that's what you get after waiting for 9 days. Please cancel my connection as I requested in my DM.

@JioCare I have a complain that there are dealers who port at rate of 100 with 2 month of free service than why did he charged me 400rs and when I asked to cancel port than he told I won't assure you for refund. So kindly refund my 300rs or else cancel the port request and refund my 400.
