@JioCare why i cant use my internet.Although i can't open my jio app .No app is not open .It's very slow internet from last 15 days in night. When i call your customers care they tolded"multiple users at same time"solve this problem immediately otherwise i will change to other .

He has asked some application to check me and then after seeing its result, he said that network is not coming in your house.he can't do anything. Sir I have three jiosim in my house but none of the network is coming properly. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare one of the worst experience using jio , didn't receive my jio set-up box for past 2 year then to I changed my plan from pre to post paid in assurance that they will provide me new set-up box , I have mailed and compliant to the customer service still no response 🙄

can't connect immediately while doing important calls when plan is about to expire,@JioCare @TRAI please look into this, this policy is not useful for making important call it keeps reminding to recharge ,which is not as important as any emergency call, SMS is enough as reminder

@JioCare Facing issue with sms service. I am unable to receive sms from anyone. Even OTPs i am unable to get. Pls help me to fix the issue. Last SMS was received on 28th April. Till now i don't see any sms. Even I deactivated DND aswel same issue.

Oftenly Rural areas customer's are facing low internet speed. It might be @reliancejio @JioCare either it is @airtelindia. We are preferring such companies for good services not for worst service's.

@JioCare @jiocare Engineer is not an issue, manager making numbers and cooking books to get commision is an issue.not recording issue or taking corrective action is. Corrupted mindset. Real sad state of affairs.
