    @JioCare why i cant use my internet.Although i can't open my jio app .No app is not open .It's very slow internet from last 15 days in night. When i call your customers care they tolded"multiple users at same time"solve this problem immediately otherwise i will change to other .

    I regret to inform @reliancejio @JioCare in our area #Jio 4G network connectivity is very poor.Internet speed less then 10.0kb/s due which unable to access network.we can't execute work in this speed. As a user we are facing so many critical problems.i request for necessary steps

    @RVCJ_FB @JioCare The network and browsing speed is very slow even with #jio5g .I have already talked to their customer care but the problem is not resolved.

    I mean this is how @airtelindia claims to be India’s top network provider. Just to retain their customer from not switching to some other network provider, they can pretend themselves to be @reliancejio @JioCare employee.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Customer care ensured that local engineer will callback and do the installation but no response after 4 days. For every request to get processed, we have to call 100 times. #Jio is Least bothered to retain its customers. #Ambani
