I regret to inform @reliancejio @JioCare in our area #Jio 4G network connectivity is very poor.Internet speed less then 10.0kb/s due which unable to access network.we can't execute work in this speed. As a user we are facing so many critical problems.i request for necessary steps

@JioCare Worst 5G experience after getting the Jio welcome offer. I am not able to receive calls when on 5G network have to switch back to 4G. Also, slow 5G speed is lower as to what i was getting on 4G.
