    @JioCare How do I raise a service complaint for my Fiber connection? If I call the customer care number, it asks me to use the app; if I use the app, it asks me to call the number. The experience is so frustrating, I spent 30 minutes on this already - and I have work to do.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Since yesterday evening my internet is not working...raised a ticket Number SR000018ZODH your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 25-02-2022 : 10:00:00...till now no body called me, nor fixed my issue...

    @reliancejio I have a jio Fibre connection and it gets disconnected every other day, we have been requesting them to do a proper wiring but they join the wire, a temp solution and after 2 days it's the same problem Request some permanent fix.
