    Jio postpaid service is getting ridiculous as everyday have been facing the network and internet connectivity issue. Called customer service and they were unable to resolve and lodge complain today SR00001918. @reliancejio @JioCare

    I regret to inform @reliancejio @JioCare in our area #Jio 4G network connectivity is very poor.Internet speed less then 10.0kb/s due which unable to access network.we can't execute work in this speed. As a user we are facing so many critical problems.i request for necessary steps

    @JioCare why i cant use my internet.Although i can't open my jio app .No app is not open .It's very slow internet from last 15 days in night. When i call your customers care they tolded"multiple users at same time"solve this problem immediately otherwise i will change to other .

    He has asked some application to check me and then after seeing its result, he said that network is not coming in your house.he can't do anything. Sir I have three jiosim in my house but none of the network is coming properly. @reliancejio @JioCare

    engineer visit was scheduled for yesterday, then it got rescheduled to today. I specifically selected the 10 AM to 11 AM slot,Whenever I call the agent, he keeps saying, “Yes, I am coming,” but no one actually shows up. poor service is extremely frustrating. @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm trying to connect with Airfiber customer support via call on 18008969999 but it saying that "Dear customer, we are experiencing Temporary Network Congestion in your area, which may cause interruptions in your service." And cut the call. What I do?
