I paid the full amount, but the installation was not completed and my request was cancelled without any proper resolution. This has been a very disappointing experience. @airtel's service are far better than Jio's.

If your systems cannot assign an engineer for nearly a week, that's @reliancejio's failure—not the customer's problem. I've paid for an annual plan. Jio has taken my money but failed to provide the service.
