  @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejiocare This is absolutely unacceptable service! Yesterday, I was given one engineer’s number and today I have been given another engineer’s number. But the reality is — not a single engineer has bothered to call me. And when I’m trying to call them myself, they don’t even pick up the phone! After making me wait for 3–4 days, you finally share an engineer’s contact number, only for that person to completely ignore my calls. Will the engineer actually visit the site or not? Will my issue be resolved or not? Nobody has the basic courtesy to even communicate! Is this what Jio calls customer service? Extremely poor service, zero communication and absolutely no accountability. If you cannot provide a basic installation/service, then stop wasting customers’ time and give a clear answer instead of sending random numbers. I need a proper resolution, not another engineer’s number who won’t even answer the phone
