    @JioCare Yeah I would love to. But since am under quarantine following my return from Oman, is it possible. Am not able to do my net banking too. I have been cut out from world by @VodafoneGroup. I have been using this mobile no. Since long and don't want to loose it.

    Dear @JioCare, Today I received an unsolicited call from an unknown number. The caller already knew my alternate contact number linked to my Jio account and asked about my network experience. This is deeply concerning. I never shared my alternate number with that caller. Why is my personal information being accessed or used through unknown numbers without my clear consent? Customer privacy is not optional—it's a right. If this happened to me, how many others are facing the same? Has anyone else received similar calls? If this is how customer data is handled, I'll seriously consider porting my number to another operator. #PrivacyMatters #DataPrivacy

    @JioCare @JioCare @DoT_India Its a scam. These guys take advance and dont refund. But if you get delayed by even a day to pay, they disconnect the service. Fraud Jio. Stay away from jio. #fraudjio

    @JioCare Again this is senseless reply. I have already mentioned that Rs 921 is refunded. My complaint is about balance Rs 1200 which is not yet refunded. I also shared screenshot of 2 debit entries of Rs 1200 and Rs 921. Why I cant reach your sales person or any human on your IVRS?

    @reliancejio don't launch 6G, 5G sucks and 4G is much faster than 5G, what jio is improving is price on customer but not the services. Price is inversely proportional to services and price is getting hiked always.

    @JioCare However, I received the same assurance during my previous complaints as well. Every time, I was asked to wait around 10 days for network optimization, but there was no improvement. Since 18 May, this has been the same cycle—assurance, waiting, and no actual resolution.
