I have raised an SR for cancellation and refund on 14th April and I was informed that the resolution will be before 21st Apr before 03:02 PM. but no feedback received. customer care also putting my call on hold and disconnecting. #jio

Stop stalling with links. I'm losing paid annual plan days. Generate a replacement SR today or face a formal legal complaint for deficiency in service.
