@JioCare I have been trying to contact customer care for Jio Fiber since two days but after 10 minutes of hold, the call is getting cut from your side. This is not the service expected from @reliancejio . Quite disappointed.

@JioCare Is there any one from your senior level who can get in touch, as your people on ground level are not interested at all in relocation. They just want new connection activation. What's the use of giving out new connection if you cannot service the existing customers! @JioCare

This is why I have choosen @reliancejio over @airtelindia. Very poor service. Customer Executive were telling that it may take 6 to 8 months. I was like what the heck, 6 to 8 months, is this a joke? Please do something as soon as possible.

I switched to your network @airtelindia so that I can get good services but your services are also bad and of course @reliancejio has ended competition so there is nowhere to go and as usual both are ****** network and now @airtelindia is also on the same line.

@reliancejio @JioCare provide a broad plan with a speed of 50Mbps. 30Mbps plan is too slow for me and 100Mbps plan is soo fast for me. Provide the customers with a 50Mbps plan.
