Sushant Mehta (@SkyBarrister) reported@JioCare totally sick of your support for jio fiber. I raised a complaint yesterday, nobody came. Please today a service guy came and he saw the wiring has been destroyed and he said he will be back with wire and made my complaint on hold. He didnt arrive at all, I called him and he was saying today we have a meeting of all engineers, and he will be at my place by 3:30, he didnt arrive again and when i see in myjio app the complaint is now anymore shown and the guy doesnt even picks my phone now. They have no working habits or accountability. Only your vile team keep calling with useless messages without any resolution. Your service is a joke and substandard offering like all Jio operations. I have no hopes from your team at all, because you have gone totallly downhill with complaints. Zero responsibility Zero service Zero overall, shame on you.

His response was, “Go ahead, no problem.” This clearly reflects the lack of accountability and concern for customers.

Your wi fi engineer had already fixed new connection but there was no internet connection. I've also raised service request but no response. I've already the recharge fee. Pathetic service.

Usha (@usha06) reported@JioCare I am back again with the same complaint - internet not working. Green light on, but STB and all my devices detect no internet. Called your call centre, someone sent me to a back end team and that person checked at her end and REFUSED to take a complaint implying that I am lying!
