Think twice before buying or porting to Jio. Instead of bad network and worst Customer service you will get nothing. Porting all the numbers of jio in my family to airtel. This is personal experience with jio final decision will be yours @reliancejio @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare I did an annual recharge of jio. Does anyone knows how to cancel the subscription and get the remaining balance back. I just want to port my number to @airtelindia But because of the annual recharge i am not able to do the same. Worst service of @JioCare making me sick.

@nitinbhatia121 @JioCare @reliancejio I am also inactive sill I have #jio sim as you promised for 4 G network but facility is worst.i hve lost faith from jio.tower is in my village but 4G works like 2G.i complained no action taken by jio office.looks you are losing faith from customers.

@JioCare It's been two days since your last reply but still no proper network availability. The operator of tower comes and goes but still no concrete solution. Most of the time Jio network is down. What the hell r u guys doing? 😡😡😡😡😡

@JioCare I have registered for jio fiber installation on 14th and still not got it installed.. Each day I get a message that your installation has been scheduled for next day.. Currently i got a message for 20th..no resolution by calling ,order id NO0000H4ST0I.

@reliancejio Thank you #jio😠 because Jio's network is so fast (3.00KB/s) that I have to wait 15 minutes to download a 10mb PDF. This is called jio 4G network.🙄😤😠
