They have blocked my number and I am not able to contact customer care. To use internet you have to be on call else nothing will work. @JioCare

I couldn’t properly speak to people and was embarrassed to call him multiple times despite having a good network connection.

We paid the amount but not getting the services during our validity period, not even decent speed creating problems for WFH. @reliancejio @JioCare
