After acquiring customers over these last two years @reliancejio @JioCare is slowly deteriorating to be the worst network I have used. I couldn’t properly speak to people and was embarrassed to call him multiple times despite having a good network connection.

@reliancejio TRAI say JIO net speed is best but they not say on which area is the best. I think TRAI statment was wrong. In my area net speed was to much poor and network coverage also to bad. Not a singal page will be open.9135113044

@reliancejio @JioCare Plz consider my complaint. There is too poor network condition for jio users in my location. So many times call dropped problem facing and net speed is very slow. I have complained many times of #jio_customer_care but this problem isn't solved.

@JioCare Dear jio don’t worry, we know #vi can’t provide service as expected…. After Diwali #vi we all customers will port to you or airtel for 5g service. Entire South India of #vi don’t have 4G indoor coverage or Vowifi. There is no updates except negative reviews. Thanks
