@reliancejio @JioCare Plz consider my complaint. There is too poor network condition for jio users in my location. So many times call dropped problem facing and net speed is very slow. I have complained many times of #jio_customer_care but this problem isn't solved.

@reliancejio TRAI say JIO net speed is best but they not say on which area is the best. I think TRAI statment was wrong. In my area net speed was to much poor and network coverage also to bad. Not a singal page will be open.9135113044

After acquiring customers over these last two years @reliancejio @JioCare is slowly deteriorating to be the worst network I have used. I couldn’t properly speak to people and was embarrassed to call him multiple times despite having a good network connection.

Haven't seen a more pathetic broadband service provider than @airtelindia . Unable to solve a problem for a year and then don't bother to restore the internet either. It's no wonder that people like me would prefer shifting to @reliancejio for broadband services.

@Suhelseth @reliancejio I am in Gurugram and shifted to RelianceJio from Airtel for better connectivity. Unfortunately there are regular call drops in Jio also. I am wondering whether I took right decision because both are equally bad. It’s a Hobson’s Choice and customers continues to feel helpless😡
