Waited 7 days no improvement. To use the internet I had to be on call & as soon as you disconnect the call internet stops working. No device issue, I am using SAM Note 9

After raising my concern with Jio, instead of acknowledging and trying to fix it, Mr. Deblina Chakraborty from Jio said this, “We have checked your connection at our end and confirmed that you're receiving the appropriate speed based on your plan.” Speed test that I shared in the image are all through Router and not within any other device.
