Waited 7 days no improvement. To use the internet I had to be on call & as soon as you disconnect the call internet stops working. No device issue, I am using SAM Note 9

We paid the amount but not getting the services during our validity period, not even decent speed creating problems for WFH. @reliancejio @JioCare

They have blocked my number and I am not able to contact customer care. To use internet you have to be on call else nothing will work. @JioCare

I just want to port my number to @airtelindia But because of the annual recharge i am not able to do the same. Worst service of @JioCare making me sick.

A new connection was given around 10th april after which there are frequent disconnection in building. You may check for new connection in queenstown society, chinchwad pune, a wing, around 10 april .check ur records plz.
