    @reliancejio @JioCare Plz consider my complaint. There is too poor network condition for jio users in my location. So many times call dropped problem facing and net speed is very slow. I have complained many times of #jio_customer_care but this problem isn't solved.

    Think twice before buying or porting to Jio. Instead of bad network and worst Customer service you will get nothing. Porting all the numbers of jio in my family to airtel. This is personal experience with jio final decision will be yours @reliancejio @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare 394V+2V9 Purushottampur, Bihar exact at that location internet is too slow to browse or download something .. even your jio app takes 1 or more minutes to open

    @hharris_007 @reliancejio @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You will get the same in Jio, It's almost 15 days since I complained and the problem remains same. They have blocked my number and I am not able to contact customer care. To use internet you have to be on call else nothing will work. @JioCare

    @NachiketaRathor @JioCare @reliancejio I used @Idea network since January 2018 quit jio, but due to some work, 2 days ago I was recharge my jio sim and then after there is no speed.

    Our internet speed is very bad, even after complaining how many times, the situation is the same for 2 years, if it is not going to be correct, then refund the money to all the customers of my area. We all have to transfer to another company @reliancejio

    @JioCare It was a prepaid service and had to stop within 3 months and rest amount was to refund as pro-rate basis which was still pending. Pls refund me within 72 hours or I shall have to approach consumer court for cheating. @nch1915 @jagograhakjago

    @reliancejio you have one of the worst customer service care. Worst officials with no knowledge are seating there at your call centre. Can't answer any queries properly. You just pay them to receive call not to help or care for customers.
