They have blocked my number and I am not able to contact customer care. To use internet you have to be on call else nothing will work. @JioCare

Also calling problem and browsing problem. I am complain many times but company did not take any action.

So many times call dropped problem facing and net speed is very slow. I have complained many times of #jio_customer_care but this problem isn't solved.

So, i called to customer care executive Alpesh he told me Jio is not allowing to degrade plan once you recharge done.
