    @hharris_007 @reliancejio @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You will get the same in Jio, It's almost 15 days since I complained and the problem remains same. They have blocked my number and I am not able to contact customer care. To use internet you have to be on call else nothing will work. @JioCare

    @JioCare I did an annual recharge of jio. Does anyone knows how to cancel the subscription and get the remaining balance back. I just want to port my number to @airtelindia But because of the annual recharge i am not able to do the same. Worst service of @JioCare making me sick.

    @JioCare It's been two days since your last reply but still no proper network availability. The operator of tower comes and goes but still no concrete solution. Most of the time Jio network is down. What the hell r u guys doing? 😡😡😡😡😡

    Think twice before buying or porting to Jio. Instead of bad network and worst Customer service you will get nothing. Porting all the numbers of jio in my family to airtel. This is personal experience with jio final decision will be yours @reliancejio @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

    @nitinbhatia121 @JioCare @reliancejio I am also inactive sill I have #jio sim as you promised for 4 G network but facility is worst.i hve lost faith from jio.tower is in my village but 4G works like 2G.i complained no action taken by jio office.looks you are losing faith from customers.

    @reliancejio @JioCare i just ported a VODAFONE number to JIO. But after i porting i am fedup..no network in my area.. I tried to complain in 198 but no response they said me to wait.. I am tired of JIO network in my area..I want to go back to VODA I has happy in Vodafone.

    @JioCare i have submitted application to change at your JIO service centre for ownership change on 10 July 2022. And it's still pending. Been to service centre twice to ask for update, but no support from your team. Extremely dissatisfied.

    @JioCare There such type of behavior is regular to go home quickly without completing issue either by taking reschedule or by showing extra time on previous appointment and Mr Saif is solely responsible as he is hiding the issue of Aadil & Amas on frequent basis.
