    Think twice before buying or porting to Jio. Instead of bad network and worst Customer service you will get nothing. Porting all the numbers of jio in my family to airtel. This is personal experience with jio final decision will be yours @reliancejio @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare It's been two days since your last reply but still no proper network availability. The operator of tower comes and goes but still no concrete solution. Most of the time Jio network is down. What the hell r u guys doing? 😡😡😡😡😡

    @JioCare @india75339471 Worst support service ever, After complaining they askd to wait for 3-4 hrs since it's a temporary problem. Waited 7 days no improvement. To use the internet I had to be on call & as soon as you disconnect the call internet stops working. No device issue, I am using SAM Note 9

    @JioCare @hsgambhir Sir they will do nothing. Even after continuous complaining for last 52 days the pathetic condition of the service is same with zero improvemnt.

    @JioCare Just stop posting this useless tweets, you did nothing in last 8 days. You @JioCare asked me to wait for 3-4 hrs and todays is the 8th day. This is how @JioCare solves the problem. #worst_customer_service #Slowest_Internet

    @hharris_007 @reliancejio @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You will get the same in Jio, It's almost 15 days since I complained and the problem remains same. They have blocked my number and I am not able to contact customer care. To use internet you have to be on call else nothing will work. @JioCare

    @Aashish3105 @JioCare @reliancejio Since, No payment causes No Services there should be a right to the consumers to claim refund for the no service period. We paid the amount but not getting the services during our validity period, not even decent speed creating problems for WFH. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I did an annual recharge of jio. Does anyone knows how to cancel the subscription and get the remaining balance back. I just want to port my number to @airtelindia But because of the annual recharge i am not able to do the same. Worst service of @JioCare making me sick.

    @JioCare I am massaging you from last month, but No reply from your side. I also registered too much complaints in your care about network issues. But till the end not got any solution.

    @JioCare I never get connected the first time you put it on! Even the Ethernet connection has to be disconnected and connected several times to get it connected! Very frustrating!

    @Airtel_Presence I think time has come (after 3 years) to check on your services. @JioCare is not able to fix my internet issue in 48 hours. That's just too costly for me to not have internet. How do I get back @Airtel_Presence ? Sad that starlink did not come throught yet.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia such a pathetic customer service. My broadband isn't working from past 3 days and everytime I contact customer care i get generic response that it will be fixed in 4 hours but nothing happens. So much frustrated with this. May switch to @reliancejio

    While asking about the bill extension, @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice is not ready for it. I'm so frustrated with their services.. just think ur bill cycle is 21 to 21 and ur getting the service by 15th of the month... And that is also not sure... They are pathetic
