@reliancejio TRAI say JIO net speed is best but they not say on which area is the best. I think TRAI statment was wrong. In my area net speed was to much poor and network coverage also to bad. Not a singal page will be open.9135113044

@reliancejio @JioCare Plz consider my complaint. There is too poor network condition for jio users in my location. So many times call dropped problem facing and net speed is very slow. I have complained many times of #jio_customer_care but this problem isn't solved.

After acquiring customers over these last two years @reliancejio @JioCare is slowly deteriorating to be the worst network I have used. I couldn’t properly speak to people and was embarrassed to call him multiple times despite having a good network connection.

@JioCare One of my friend applied for jio fiber and when she enquire to concern person over phone he misbehaved with her. She complained about it in care c.no-SR00015MT0M. Now giving excuses that we are unable to give connection. Cancel it and take refund. Ord-NO0000HU4LVJ. Help

@JioFibre @reliancejio @JioCare Do not use jiofiber Customer care service is pathetic. When you want to return the box they would disconnect the call.Called customer care 15 times to pick up box from but they keep reschduling Requesting mukesh ambani to pick this jio fiber box.
