    @JioCare I did an annual recharge of jio. Does anyone knows how to cancel the subscription and get the remaining balance back. I just want to port my number to @airtelindia But because of the annual recharge i am not able to do the same. Worst service of @JioCare making me sick.

    @airtelindia I think it's time to switch from airtel. The worst network quality ever. No response to complaint. Well @reliancejio will be better option

    Think twice before buying or porting to Jio. Instead of bad network and worst Customer service you will get nothing. Porting all the numbers of jio in my family to airtel. This is personal experience with jio final decision will be yours @reliancejio @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

    @nitinbhatia121 @JioCare @reliancejio I am also inactive sill I have #jio sim as you promised for 4 G network but facility is worst.i hve lost faith from jio.tower is in my village but 4G works like 2G.i complained no action taken by jio office.looks you are losing faith from customers.

    @JioCare @hsgambhir Sir they will do nothing. Even after continuous complaining for last 52 days the pathetic condition of the service is same with zero improvemnt.

    @JioCare It's been two days since your last reply but still no proper network availability. The operator of tower comes and goes but still no concrete solution. Most of the time Jio network is down. What the hell r u guys doing? 😡😡😡😡😡

    I was raised too much complaint regarding internet speed by calls as well as emails no one respond properly. Why you are so much carelesss for your customers. Since morning I'm unable to use my phone because of Airtel network. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio

    @Anurag809528991 Their services have went from bad to worse all they know is to give fake commitments I remember going through the same turmoil time & again with these guys and decided to port to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better than these guys suggest you also switch to @JioCare

    @JioCare JIO network for railway CUG user is having improper voice quality and call drop. kindly check on this. location mumbai, kalyan, thane, delhi etc. This problem is since last 2 months and is regularly increasing.
