Waited 7 days no improvement. To use the internet I had to be on call & as soon as you disconnect the call internet stops working. No device issue, I am using SAM Note 9

So many times call dropped problem facing and net speed is very slow. I have complained many times of #jio_customer_care but this problem isn't solved.

They have blocked my number and I am not able to contact customer care. To use internet you have to be on call else nothing will work. @JioCare

I couldn’t properly speak to people and was embarrassed to call him multiple times despite having a good network connection.
