@JioCare @reliancejio Serve network issue since Feb'19 in our area (area Pin code 396007).Internet speed almost near to zero.More than 2 mins taking in loading of any internet pages. M-9979642621,9979642821, 9687637038, bought 1 year plan of Jio and same is garbage for us now.

@reliancejio is only network to bring network to deep villages, bring tariff down, others @Airtel_Presence , @VodafoneIN & @idea_cares never install network to villages, still all these three network is not provide 3G/4G network to my place even 2G is not good @TRAI

Jio network-4G internet speed in Railway is much slower than 2G internet. Also in some where network is sufficient but not getting sufficient speed. In Vapi-Valsad area.@reliancejio please look forward toward the issue.

@Mahendr25939970 @reliancejio Maybe the people not helpful state wise or zone wise. You can tag their authorities here. Social media is good platform to raise the voice. It have helped me in many other cases where the company representatives were not helpful but after raising here issues were resolved.

@Mahendr25939970 @reliancejio 2/ resolution, after 18 months I ported to Vodafone, meantime I bought a jio Sim as well, its Internet was also not good in starting and I registered the complaint. Nobody arrived from their side but after 4 months tower was installed in the house next to me and issue resolved.
