Within days of installation, the TV developed a vertical line on the display, indicating a defect in a virtually new product. Despite repeated emails, calls, and follow-ups, I have not received any meaningful response or resolution from Reliance Digital. As the seller of this product, Reliance Digital is responsible for ensuring that customers receive a defect-free product. I purchased a new premium television, not one that requires repair immediately after purchase. I request Reliance Digital's senior management to intervene and arrange the replacement of my defective TV without any further delay.
