  @JioCare Your customer support is completely inaccessible. I’ve tried calls and WhatsApp, but there is no way to reach a human representative to disconnect my Jio AirFiber connection. Preventing customers from cancelling a service through automated systems is unacceptable.

  Called JioFiber for a new connection today. An AI picked up, sorted everything, then recommended a basic plan with free router, free set-top box and hyped it up like a friend: "is it awesome." Didn't expect customer support to have this much personality. @jio_fiber @JioCare

  Installed the @jio_fiber in 2020 with refundable security 1500₹. Closed the connection in April/may 2026. But got only ₹500 as refundable amount. customer care person telling me that ₹1000 was charged for installation in 2020. What pathetic and disappointing service @JioCare

  @reliancejio @JioCare Service request no. SR00002NIBD4 JioFibre home connection. Almost 36 hours without internet. The service request was raised at 07.38am on 18th August 2026. No response on any platform. If I call the customer care on 18008969999 with my registered mobile number, then the system identifies it and only give the automated reply “YOUR REQUEST FOR ENGINEER VISIT IS ALREADY IN PROGRESS AND A TECHNICIAN WILL BE ASSIGNED SHORTLY”. The phone hangs automatically after that. I have no way of talking to a human customer representative. I called from another number with a hope that the system won’t identify it and put me in touch with an actual human customer rep. I called today morning, approx. 24 hours after the service request was raised. And finally, I could talk to a human customer rep. I was assured of quick resolution, but it is approx. 6 hours since that call, and no response on any channels. I have no idea what the problem is. Is this what you call customer service????

  @jitendraverma__ @JioCare This doesn't happen with me mostly but at least two times this happened with me. Never share your 5G data with a 4G network.
