    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio we are available complete day & been waiting since 2 days & none of your engineer is being assigned in the portal. Yesterday there was a field visit at 5 PM & today at 9AM but unfortunately none of your engineer showed up in both the dates. Today fix it ASAP

    @JioCare Jio Fibre is down since Thursday. That's a long duration Lication: Mulund west, Nahur area. And all Jio has to say is there's no timeline when it will be fixed. Why does Jio think this is acceptable to customers.

    @JioCare @reliancejio If my services are not restored and this matter is not resolved within the next 24 hours, I will initiate proceedings before the Consumer Commission for deficiency in service and unfair trade practices. Enough follow-ups. I now expect a resolution, not another template response.

    @JioCare How much more time do you need? My complaint has been pending since 09.07.2026.Your support team keeps rescheduling visits due to lack of staff and resources. But if I delay my bill payment, Jio suspends my service immediately.Whyisthereonerule for customersand another for Jio?
