    Such a frustrating network.I have never seen such bad network till now. It turns into 2g and edge sometimes Thanks to @reliancejio @JioCare who saved sometimes during this situations. In this cyclone period @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia was no use. Its networkis disgusting.@TRAI

    @JioCare Are you serious? I have a 4G device, and my internet isn't working at all. Yet you're asking me about a 5G issue. What kind of copy-paste support is this? Instead of resolving the actual problem, you're sending irrelevant responses. Maybe, it's time to port.

    Took @reliancejio @JioCare 3 and a half days to finally send someone,who raised another service request And Lo! The technician again did not arrive as per the app schedule So basically,wait for them,sit at home and then no one turns up! Day 4 now

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI (7/8)A month of daily failures, technicians who won't stay on a call, support desks that don't sync with the ground team, and a system built around closing tickets rather than solving problems. Nobody here is actually accountable for the outcome.

    @JioCare Why can’t the IVR on 18008969999 allow the customer to talk to someone, fiber issues ongoing from 5th Aug ans still there is no permanent resolution. Every month the same thing, pathetic service as there is No n option to talk to someone.

    @JioCare @reliancejio what scam are you running with customers? Sold 1 year plan with promise of 100 Mbps...not even getting 1 Mbps. Have made more than 10 complaints, still no improvement. ****** service and pathetic experience. You people are a disgrace. Give me my money back

    The service of Jio operator is very bad. If you request for SIM porting, the employee calls and says don't port it, we will get it fixed very soon, but they do not take any action on it. @JioCare @TRAI
