It turns into 2g and edge sometimes Thanks to @reliancejio @JioCare who saved sometimes during this situations. In this cyclone period @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia was no use. The local team says there is a device issue and they are waiting for a response from Jio. Please provide an update or process a refund.
