    Such a frustrating network.I have never seen such bad network till now. It turns into 2g and edge sometimes Thanks to @reliancejio @JioCare who saved sometimes during this situations. In this cyclone period @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia was no use. Its networkis disgusting.@TRAI

    @JioCare I’ve shared all the details. Please resolve this issue asap. I do not want to continue with Jio anymore. The service is horrific. Even now the internet connectivity is poor and having wfh means it’s a nightmare.

    @JioCare Kitna zooth bologe.. there is a ticket raises doe the same by your customer care and he confirmed we will get it resolved… kuch bhi wrost customer service i have ever seen..

    @JioCare How many times do I have to share my problem with you? Can't you resolve an individual issue using a ticket ID or request ID number? The team always gives different answers. Do I have to explain my problem every time?
