    Such a frustrating network.I have never seen such bad network till now. It turns into 2g and edge sometimes Thanks to @reliancejio @JioCare who saved sometimes during this situations. In this cyclone period @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia was no use. Its networkis disgusting.@TRAI

    @reliancejio JioFiber customer service is absolutely terrible. My connection keeps having issues, and engineers either don’t show up or don’t answer calls. Yesterday, the engineer ignored 15–20 calls. Customer care promised a priority fix, but instead booked me for August 10.

    @reliancejio @AkashMAmbani 4 DAYS WITHOUT JioFiber. ZERO INTERNET. External JioFiber cable was damaged. Engineer demanded payment;After I refused, the request was falsely marked “Internal Wiring”. Since then the issue is open/close/loop Please assist to fix! SR00003DB1X1

    @JioCare @reliancejio Completely unacceptable service disruption in Dakor Vada Bazar area for over a week. Internet has been unstable/down continuously despite multiple complaints. Need immediate resolution and an update today. Please look into this. @jiohome

    @JioCare Issue is not resolved only the request is closed issue remains the same and no one checks the DM. Fix this issue as soon as possible otherwise I'll going to consumer court now regarding disappointed with services after paying for them.
