    Such a frustrating network.I have never seen such bad network till now. It turns into 2g and edge sometimes Thanks to @reliancejio @JioCare who saved sometimes during this situations. In this cyclone period @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia was no use. Its networkis disgusting.@TRAI

    Hey @JioCare I'm from Villupuram city in tamilnadu. I need new jiofiber connection. In my area (City center) jiofiber service not available, but they provide service in nearby villages as well. what is the reason behind it. Is They getting bribe from other providers??

    @reliancejio My JIO Fiber has been down for 3 hours and my entire office staff is losing business on each transaction we conduct. I have registered multiple complaints and not 1 human has responded. Pathetic service from an internet provider serving business in South Delhi. FIX!

    Dear @JioCare team. It has been 5 days since I paid for Jiofiber and the installation is still pending. Customer care cannot provide with a timeline, your business executive is not responding over call. Absolute zero customer centricity being shown!!! Disgusted

    @JioCare This is what you call TIME'S top 100 most influential companies. Customer support is woeful. If you cannot resolve the issue within 2 hours, kindly raise a request to uninstall joi fiber.
