    Such a frustrating network.I have never seen such bad network till now. It turns into 2g and edge sometimes Thanks to @reliancejio @JioCare who saved sometimes during this situations. In this cyclone period @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia was no use. Its networkis disgusting.@TRAI

    @JioCare Very bad Jio... again after one reply no action taken on this matter. Even today voucher of 807 rupees has been removed from from account without any refund. I'm suffering from last more than one month. Pl refund money.

    @jio_fiber @JioCare what kind of pathetic service are you providing? My Jio Fiber internet is not working since 21st night, i have raised the case on the same day and till now, the engineer has not visited or fixed the issue. I am really moving out of jio fiber

    @JioCare Customers are paying for stable service, not repeated disruptions and temporary fixes. Please provide a proper permanent resolution instead of vague updates with no ETA or accountability.

    but there is no response from him. I also tried calling JioCare, but the call only says the request is already raised and then disconnects. Please let me know if an engineer will visit and resolve the issue soon, as the internet is still not working.

    @JioCare Worst network in the whole world. People are only compromising with Jio because jio doesn't have the sufficient Tower. Jio has a totally sarakari system. I need to refund the money.
