    @JioCare The service is not up to the mark. I have got no update. Nobody is updating me. It's like i have paid the money and then installation will be arranged at your convenience. Plz arrange for immediate cancellation. I will be really grateful.

    @reliancejio i am unable to use internet since 2 days , I can't able to watch videos and i am also not able to use my apps. When i called to your executive he said the network maintenance is going on please co-operate how many days i will co-operate with you .

    @JioCare is the worst customer care service. Had ordered an jio air fiber connection. Made the payment and It's already been a week now. No one from the installation team is taking responsibility. It's too worst.

    @JioCare No one is asking you for your guidance on how to track service request. Since 60 days I am asking @JioCare to stop fraud and give my refund back. You better do that instead of sharing redundant knowledge. Ridiculous Yashoda and @JioCare team.

    @JioCare First experience with Jio and it has been the worst. Even after tweeting and repeated complaints, today the team only came for KYC and still no installation done. Entire day wasted with false assurances and no proper response from staff. Very disappointing service and support

    @JioCare If there's a problem, neither calls are made nor the internet works. The network is so bad. Will you fix it quickly, or should I port to Airtel? Airtel has a better network in my village. If you want to install a tower, it should be on the roof of my house.
