    @reliancejio i am unable to use internet since 2 days , I can't able to watch videos and i am also not able to use my apps. When i called to your executive he said the network maintenance is going on please co-operate how many days i will co-operate with you .

    @JioCare If your internet isn't working at all, then this question is meaningless. My primary issue is not that I am facing problems with single or multiple users; my actual problem is that the internet is not working on a particular time period.

    @reliancejio I had made a complaint regarding internet issue SR No. SR000034AVX3. The engineer was expected between 10-11 am, but hasn't arrived yet. The appointment was rescheduled without informing me. Is this kind of service u are giving. It has already happened before.WORST SERVICE.

    @JioCare Facing 10+ days delay in Jio AirFiber installation after booking on 15th. Local team (Aurai) says device not available. No proper response from customer care (call & WhatsApp both useless). Please resolve urgently or initiate full refund

    @reliancejio @JioCare hi, I have a jioairfiber connection. I am facing an issue which came into suddenly. My wifi is not showing 2.4 Ghz band, due to this all my smart devices got useless. On customer care support they told me that now software is updated and can't show 2.4 Ghz.

    @JioCare Cancellation can done and refund can be initiated.. but no you ppl want to run around bush saying - we will sort/ we will look into blah blah. Stop this nonsence and refund my amount.. Since Tuesday am hearing these never-ending stories. Just CANCEL and REFUND NOW. SICK OF JIO!!

    @TRAI @reliancejio jio not allowing to port.. UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

    @JioCare I am tired of getting the same automated excuses for the past 1 month. Despite the assurance on WhatsApp, the network in Kantaliya (Pali) is still pathetic. I am unable to use the internet for which I have paid. Fix this immediately or I will have to Port my number @TRAI
