    @TRAI I understood. But why do @reliancejio comes with a resolution of DND not registered even when it is already activated fully on my number? This has been observed only for telemarketers having Jio number. For other service providers, a proper resolution is been taken.

    Hi @JioCare, I’m unable to pay my Jio Fiber bill because I don’t have access to the registered mobile number. It seems login is mandatory even to make a payment. How can I pay and reactivate my connection without OTP access? Please help.

    @JioCare @reliancejio on the decline A service started so well, ticked every box with respect to quality of service or cost or quality of support. But in just 10 years, things have begun falling apart and the whole system is crumbling under its own weight Mobile network is patchy, home internet is slow and intermittent, support is almost non existent - you keep breaking your head with a useless bot without getting a resolution. Is this how big brands are made? Sorry but this does not meet our expectations.

    @JioCare 40 hours is not temporary issue. And why instead of pre-warning and providing proper timeframe when it will get fixed you guys are giving notice every 6 hours.
