  @JioCare Shireen, any update on SR00003BM2X1 I know you guys are working hard to resolve it ASAP. It's already 2+ month of equipment picked up. But in last 1+ months there were more than 3+ SR same way but no outcome. Due to which I am more concern & pls need quick resolution.

  @reliancejio @JioCare your service is too bad at Sharjapura. Azimpremji University, Benglore. From last 15 days I am facing network issue. LTE+ is what I am getting instead of 5G. All students came from all states and seniors told us to port sims in others.

  @agra58843 @JioCare I am also facing jio fiber wifi disruption since last one month. But even after raising multiple requests i am not getting any solution from jio. Engineer is not visiting at my location. I contacted escalation team as well but no use. Very pathetic service.

  Why should our village suffer for something happening somewhere else? Bhutahi, Sitamarhi, Bihar – 843317 is a rural area, yet 5G has been slowed to the point it's barely usable. @JioCare Fix the network. If this is how you treat your customers, don't expect them to stay forever.

  I'm living in an urban area still it doesn't work @JioCare @reliancejio i wonder what would be your coverage in rural areas. And your customer care service doesn't work at all. 2-4 rupees spend kr do customer care pe bhi. Ya sb dakar hi jana h. Customers jaaye bhaad m.
