    @JioCare You guys have an extremely complicated complaint mechanism. I have no idea if/when an engineer will come to fix my internet. Can't watch online classes because of you guys. Better to switch from this. Poor customer care.

    @JioCare Who to contact to ask the engineer to fix the issue. Have raised a complaint and noone has reached the premises. You guys don't have an easy way to connect to the local service centre. Am I supposed to just wait to whole day hoping for someone to show up?

    @JioCare what a pathetic service you have. For the last 3.5 yrs my problem has not been resolved (too slow internet). Your executives are only for DM msg. Not expected from a reputable company. Maybe the lack of competition leads to such worst service. @reliancejio

    @JioCare We had already discussion over message I didn’t get any solution. M facing issue of poor network connection in my house. Ur team said it will resolve but it take may be 3 month or 6 or 1 year. What to do ?
