    Hi @JioCare, the network is good outside my house, but the signal becomes very weak indoors. This causes call drops and poor internet, making it difficult to browse or watch videos. Please check the coverage in my area and resolve this issue. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, we're going to setup it after sometime, requesting you to cancel this one and issue the refund, we already informed to the agent here but haven't got any response, issue the refund as soon as possible

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare This is unacceptable. I am paying for a 30 Mbps JioFiber plan but getting barely 1 Mbps speed. Unable to work or even watch TV. Repeated disruptions with no resolution. Why am I paying for a service that doesn’t deliver? Please fix this urgently.

    @JioCare Your customer care is saying the same for more than 14 days now, and lot of escalations made and you just need to loot people money, WASTE customer care centre and WORST service support.

    My Jio Fiber internet is not working from 2 days. Appointment rescheduled twice without any intimation and even after that no update, no visit from any one. Contact Centre trying to dodge the questions and deliberately disconnecting call @reliancejio @JioCare worst experience

    @JioCare Work Order ES000002GO01 (02-Jul-2026) is still unresolved. Every day I receive emails saying an engineer is scheduled to visit, but not a single visit or phone call has happened. False commitments won't fix my internet. Please resolve this immediately. #jio #jiofiber
